【摘要】 互联网时代,大到国际间的交流互通,小到普通群众在社交平台记录生活点滴都离不开网络。当利益产生摩擦和冲突时,网络舆论更是双方较量的角力场。伴随着我国综合国力不断增强,国际影响力不断增强,与西方资本主义社会整体政治经济控制力逐渐下降的消长变化,意识形态矛盾更加突出,网络话语权的争夺日渐激烈。近年来,网络爱国事件层出不穷,网络爱国主义也经过流变有了新的发展形态和新的要求。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,经济发展水平的提高推动着人们对于更高层次的精神文明的向往和追求。新时代厚植网络爱国主义情怀,是在原有的网络爱国主义的基础上,要求将爱国之知、爱国之情、爱国之志以及报国之行统一起来,要求用温和渐进的“厚植”的方式来培育网络爱国主义情怀。厚植网络爱国主义情怀在培育内涵和培育方式上都体现着新时代更高层次的发展方向和要求。现实网络社会中,网络爱国主义情怀的培育存在着发展困境。爱国之知、爱国之情、爱国之志以及报国之行四个主体内容存在着缺位、错位和发展不平衡的问题;新时代网络爱国主义情怀的程度把握很容易在认知、情绪、行为上出现过激的问题;新时代网络爱国主义情怀受到网络大环境的影响容易产生被消解和弱化的问题。针对此,新时代厚植好网络爱国主义情怀要做好以下三个方面的工作,一是要引导好新时代网络爱国主义情怀主体内容的健康有序发展,形成新合力。二是要抓住厚植的培育新方法,转变工作思路和工作方法。三是要优化网络舆论环境,净化网络风气,形成新格局。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the age of the Internet,the Internet is indispensable for international communication and communication,and for ordinary people to record their daily life on social platforms.When national interests produce friction and conflict,the network public opinion is the wrestling field of the two sides.With the continuous enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength and international influence,and the gradual decline of the overall political and economic control in the western capitalist society,the ideological contradiction is more prominent,and the struggle for the right to speak on the Internet is increasingly fierce.In recent years,the network patriotic events emerge one after another,the network patriotism has also undergone changes with new development forms and new requirements.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the improvement of the level of economic development has promoted people’s yearning and demand for higher spiritual civilization.To cultivate network patriotism in the new era is to unify patriotic knowledge,patriotism,patriotism and service to the country on the basis of the original network patriotism,and to cultivate network patriotism in a gentle and gradual way.Cultivating cyber patriotism reflects the development direction and requirements of a higher level in the new era in terms of both connotation and cultivation methods.In the real network society,there is a development dilemma in the cultivation of network patriotism.The four main contents of patriotic knowledge,patriotic feeling,patriotic aspiration and patriotic service to the country have the problems of vacancy,dislocation and unbalanced development.The degree of network patriotism in the new era is easy to be overheated in cognition,emotion and behavior.Under the influence of the network environment,the network patriotism in the new era is likely to be dissolved and weakened.In view of this,the following three aspects should be done to cultivate network patriotism in the new era.First,it is necessary to guide the healthy and orderly development of the main content of network patriotism in the new era and form new result-oriented forces.Second,it is necessary to grasp the cultivation of new methods,change the working ideas and methods.Third,we should optimize the network public opinion environment,purify the network atmosphere,and form a new pattern.更多还原
