【摘要】 当前,我国经济发展正处于新旧动能接续转换、经济转型升级的关键时期,随着经济改革进一步深化与对外开放进程的加快,对资本市场的监管体系建设、资源配置效率、交易机制丰富性、金融服务水平、国际竞争力提出更高的要求。证券公司作为资本市场的重要组成部分,在外部经济环境改变、行业竞争格局激烈化、监管趋严、政策支持强化的背景下,机遇与挑战并存。如何顺应时代发展需求,把握行业变革的机遇,根据自身优势完善公司发展目标,制定切实可行的战略规划,在竞争激烈的证券行业中提升竞争力,实现可持续、高质量发展,是YH证券现阶段需要解决的首要问题。希望通过本文的研究为以通过业务创新来改善现状、提升竞争力的证券公司提供部分可行性参考建议。本文根据战略理论,运用案例分析法,对证券行业发展历程、发展现状和发展趋势进行分析研究与判断。结合企业发展战略管理制定流程,制定YH证券公司发展战略规划;应用PEST模型全面分析YH证券公司当下所面临的外部环境,发展机遇与威胁;采用波特五力模型和SWOT分析矩阵,通过EFE评价、IFE评价、QSPM矩阵评价等量化手段,分析探讨YH证券在行业竞争中的优劣势,机遇和挑战,并提出S-O组合创新发展战略;最后,针对战略方案提出实施路径和保障措施。本文通过把YH证券传统经纪业务与资产管理、基金投顾和产品销售业务融合发展,收费模式由单一收佣转向主动服务计提管理费模式;投资业务与投行业务条线相互协作共同创造价值,由项目模式向综合服务模式转变,由通道模式向客户需求模式转变,改变以往各业务独立发展的局面;加大金融科技投入,把传统交易和客户服务的低效模式变得更高效和灵活;形成“特色财富管理+投融资业务协同发展+智能服务模式”的创新发展战略体系,提升公司整体实力和综合竞争力,以期实现公司建设现代化大投行的战略目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays China’s economic development is in the key period of continuous transformation of new and old driving forces and economic transformation and upgrading.With the further deepening of economic reform and the acceleration of the process of opening up,higher requirements are put forward for the construction of the capital market supervision system,the efficiency of resource allocation,the richness of trading mechanism,the level of financial services and international competitiveness.As an important part of capital market,securities companies face both opportunities and challenges under the background of changing external economic environment,intensifying industry competition pattern,tightening supervision and strengthening policy support.The prior problem of YH securities is need solve at this time is How to adapt to the development needs of the times,grasp the opportunity of industry reform,improve the company’s development objectives according to its own advantages,formulate feasible strategic planning,enhance the competitiveness in the securities industry with fierce competition,and realize sustainable and high-quality development.I hope this thesis can provide some feasible suggestions for the securities companies that expect to improve the current situation through professional innovation.Based on the strategic theory,this thesis analyzes and judges the development process,current situation and development trend of the securities industry by using the case analysis method.Combined with the formulation process of enterprise development strategy management,formulate the development strategy planning of YH securities company,and apply pest The model comprehensively analyzes the external environment,development opportunities and threats faced by YH securities company;by using Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis matrix,through EFE evaluation,IFE evaluation,QSPM matrix evaluation and other quantitative means,this thesis analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of YH securities in the industry competition,and puts forward the S-O portfolio innovation development strategy;Finally,it proposes the strategic implementation path and supporting measures for the chosen strategic guideline.In this thesis,the traditional brokerage business of YH securities is integrated with asset management,fund investment advisory and product sales.The charging mode is changed from single Commission collection to active service.Investment business and investment banking business line work together to create value,and change from project mode to comprehensive service mode,from channel mode to customer demand mode In order to achieve the strategic goal of building a modern big investment bank,we should increase the investment in financial science and technology to make the inefficient mode of traditional transaction and customer service more efficient and flexible,and form an innovative development strategy system of "characteristic wealth management +collaborative development of investment and financing business + intelligent service mode",enhance the overall strength and comprehensive competitiveness of the company,so as to achieve the strategic goal of building a modern large investment bank,so as to realize the strategic goal of building a modern large investment bank.更多还原
