【副题名】以武汉市为例

【摘要】 全球化背景下,城市建设的价值取向和审美意象逐渐趋同,城市特色风貌作为公共资源,地方性、特色性、文化性不断消解,千城一面现象日趋普遍。城市风貌的特色问题成为城市建设从业者共同关心的话题,更多人认识到城市特色风貌的识别、引导和维育是破解我国快速城镇化下城市特色丧失、城市风貌乱象的重要路径。既往研究中,人们更多倾向于对城市风貌的空间形态、建筑风格、开发模式进行管控,缺少对风貌演化和文化本质的探索,而城市特色风貌是个动态演变系统,对其研究不能忽视风貌的形成发展规律,因此本文从时空逻辑出发,以武汉市为例,对武汉城市特色风貌在时间维度上的形成演变、在空间维度上的分布特征进行研究分析,并基于此提出“时空呈现”的维育策略。不同于传统上以物质形态作为管控依据的风貌管控方式,本次以空间格局管控区和风貌时序区作为维育空间范围、以文化特征作为风貌协同的基本要点,为城市特色风貌的维育提供理论与方法上的新思路。论文分为三大部分,共六章内容。第一部分为第一、二章节内容,是论文的概述与研究准备。首先对“城市风貌”、“城市特色风貌”内涵进行辨析,将特色风貌看做城市风貌中正向的、积极的、有别于其他城市的部分。在前人的基础上,引入“时空逻辑”和“风貌维育”的定义。通过对国内城市特色风貌的演进进行梳理、对城市特色风貌的构成进行总结、对城市设计管控进行归类,为后续研究做理论准备。第二部分为第三章内容,是对核心理念的阐述。对时空逻辑在城市特色风貌中的内涵进行解析,分为时间概念和空间概念。时空逻辑下城市特色风貌的构成主要指空间要素和时间要素,将空间要素看做城市空间中能反映城市形象面貌的独特的、积极的、他者所不具备的物质空间单元,时间要素是城市发展的各个阶段所遗留下来的物质形式,之后对两者的形成前提、价值特征进行论述。城市特色风貌的空间演化具备三大影响因素,而时间呈现的本质也是时间在空间上的反映。第三部分为第四、五章节内容,是论文的核心部分。文中以武汉市为例,对武汉城市特色风貌的时空演化、分布特征进行研究分析。在时间维度上从商朝盘龙城、汉末却月城鄂州城、明清武昌城汉阳城到现代武汉三镇的演变过程梳理解读,分别对各个时期城市演变的影响因素、风貌变迁和空间形态进行分析,总结其演变的本底逻辑和时间图谱。在空间维度上构建武汉城市特色风貌要素信息库,对武汉主城区内城市特色风貌要素的分布特征、空间结构进行地理分析并解释形成原因。在此基础上,提出“时空呈现”的维育策略,制定技术路线。空间维度上通过建立“武汉立体模型”,针对武汉典型空间格局划定五大管控区,针对五大管控区特点提出风貌定位、形态塑造、风格体现、禁行要求的管控。时间维度上以特色风貌要素为核心、以文化特征为依据划定八大风貌时序区,将风貌时序区作为武汉各个阶段的文化符号,将文化特征作为风貌协同规则,提出相应管控要求,从文化入手解决风貌乱象问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of globalization,the value orientation and aesthetic image of urban construction are gradually converging.As a public resource,the locality,distinctiveness,and culture of the urban characteristics are constantly disappearing,and “the same image of every city” is becoming more and more common.Urban characteristics features have become a topic of common concern for urban construction practitioners.More people realize that the identification,guidance and maintenance of urban features are an important way to solve the loss of urban features and the chaos of urban features under my country’s rapid urbanization.In previous studies,people tended to control the spatial form,architectural style,and the urban development mode,and lacked exploration of the evolution of the urban landscape and the nature of culture.The urban features are a dynamic evolving system,and their research cannot ignore the development forming.Starting from the logic of time and space,this article takes Wuhan as an example to study and analyze the formation and evolution of Wuhan’s urban characteristic feature in the time dimension and the distribution characteristics in the space dimension.Based on this,the maintenance strategy of "temporal and spatial presentation" is proposed.Different from the traditional style management and control methods that are limited to spatial forms,in this time the spatial pattern control area and the feature sequence area are used as the scope of the maintenance space,and cultural characteristics are used as the basic key points of the feature coordination,providing theoretical and methodological guidance for the maintenance of urban characteristics.The thesis is divided into three parts,a total of six chapters.The first part is the content of the first and second chapters,which is an overview and research preparation of the thesis.Firstly,the connotation of "urban features" and "urban characteristic features" is discriminated,and the characteristic features is regarded as the positive,positive part of the urban features,which is different from other cities.On the basis of the predecessors,the definitions of "time and space logic" and " maintenance of features" are introduced.Through combing the evolution of domestic urban characteristics,summarizing the composition of urban characteristics,and categorizing urban design management and control,the theoretical preparation for follow-up research is made.The second part is the third chapter,which is an explanation of the core concept.Analyze the connotation of space-time logic in the urban characteristic features,which is divided into time concept and space concept.The composition of urban features under the logic of time and space mainly refers to space and time elements.Spatial elements are regarded as unique,positive,and unavailable physical space units in urban space that can reflect the image of the city.The time element is the material forms left over from each stage of urban development.Afterwards,it will be discussed later on the prerequisites and value characteristics of the two.The spatial evolution of urban characteristic features has three influencing factors,and the essence of time presentation is also the reflection of time in space.The third part is the fourth and fifth chapters,which is the core part of the thesis.Taking Wuhan as an example,the article analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution and distribution characteristics of Wuhan’s urban characteristics features.In the time dimension,the evolution process from Panlong City in Shang Dynasty,Queyue City in Ezhou City at the end of Han Dynasty,Hanyang City in Wuchang City in Ming and Qing Dynasties to the modern three towns in Wuhan was combed and read,respectively,and the influencing factors,changes in style and space of urban evolution in each period The morphology is analyzed,and the background logic and time map of its evolution are summarized.In the spatial dimension,the information database of characteristic features of the city of Wuhan is constructed,and the distribution characteristics and spatial structure of urban characteristic features in the main urban area of Wuhan are geographically analyzed and the reasons for the formation are explained.On this basis,the maintenance strategy of "temporal and spatial presentation" was proposed,and the technical route was formulated.In the spatial dimension,through the establishment of a "Wuhan three-dimensional model",five major control areas are delineated for the typical spatial pattern of Wuhan,and the characteristics of the five major control areas are put forward to control the style positioning,shape shaping,style expression,and prohibition requirements.In the time dimension,eight styles and features are defined as the core and cultural features.The style and features are used as the cultural symbols of each stage in Wuhan,and cultural features are used as the rules for coordination of styles and features to solve the chaos problem of style and features from the perspective of culture.更多还原
