【摘要】 生态环境问题是影响我国及世界可持续发展的重要制约因素,马克思恩格斯生态思想对于生态环境问题的解决有重要的指导意义。改革开放以来,我国社会经济发展迅速,然而,在社会经济发展过程中,由于生态意识的缺位及对于生态环境保护的重视程度不够,一系列日益严重的生态环境问题相伴而生,如生态破坏、环境污染、物种灭绝和粮食危机等等。党的十八大以来,社会各方面发生了历史性变革,社会主要矛盾发生了转变,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国生态文明建设取得了一定成效,但成效并不稳固,依然面临严峻形势。不仅我国如此,世界各国都饱受生态问题的困扰。马克思恩格斯生态思想是社会主义生态观的源头,二人在其生活的时代对生态问题早有相关论述,面对国内外愈加严重的生态环境问题,重新回到马恩经典著作,考察马克思恩格斯生态思想具有重要意义,对于我国生态文明建设,更是有着历久弥新的新时代价值。论文回归原典,以中国特色社会主义建设“五位一体”总体布局的研究视角,沿着马克思恩格斯生态思想的发展轨迹,从经济、政治、文化、社会等方面对其生态思想的主要内容进行梳理和总结,概况其基本特点,围绕新时代中国生态文明建设实际来探讨其蕴涵新时代价值。论文分为四个部分:第一部分绪论,交代研究背景、研究意义、相关概念界定、研究方法、创新点与存在的不足,对目前马克思恩格斯生态思想国内外研究状况做评述。第二部分考察了马克思恩格斯生态思想的形成的理论条件和现实条件及其演变历程。第三部分从理论上归纳总结了马克思恩格斯生态思想生态经济观、生态政治观、生态文化观、生态社会观四个方面的主要内容及其人本性、实践性、生态批判性、前瞻性的基本特征。第四部分围绕新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设实际,探究马克思恩格斯生态思想的价值。理论方面,是习近平生态文明思想的理论基础和统筹推进“五位一体”总布局的理论依据。实践方面,对我国社会主义生态文明建设具有实践性启发,也为构建人与自然命运共同体提供思维助力。因此,在新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设进程中,要重视马克思恩格斯生态思想,始终坚持以马克思恩格斯生态思想为指导,并结合时代发展变化实际,进一步发展马克思恩格斯生态思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecological and environmental problems are important constraints that affect the sustainable development of China and the world.Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts have important guiding significance for solving ecological and environmental problems.Since the reform and opening up,China’s social and economic development has been rapid.However,in the process of social and economic development,due to the lack of ecological awareness and insufficient attention to ecological environmental protection,a series of increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems have accompanied them,such as ecological damage,Environmental pollution,species extinction and food crisis,etc.Since the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,historic changes have taken place in all aspects of society,major social contradictions have changed,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and China’s ecological civilization construction has achieved certain results,but the results are not stable and still face a grim situation.Not only China,but all countries in the world are plagued by ecological problems.The Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts are the source of the socialist ecological concept.The two of them had already discussed ecological issues in their time of life.In the face of the increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems at home and abroad,we need to return to the classic works of Marx and Engels,to investigate the ecological thought of Marx and Engels,which is of great significance and has a long-standing new era value for the construction of ecological civilization in China.The thesis returns to the original text,from the perspective of research on the overall layout of the “Five-in-One” socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,along with the development trajectory of Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts,combing the main content of their ecological thoughts from the aspects of economy,politics,culture and society,summarize its basic characteristics,and discuss its implication of the value of the new era around the construction of China’s ecological civilization in the new era.The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction,explaining the research background,research significance,definition of relevant concepts,research methods,innovations and existing shortcomings,and commenting on the current research status of Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts at home and abroad.The second part examines the theoretical and practical conditions for the formation of Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts and their evolutions.The third part summarizes theoretically the main contents of the four aspects of Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts: eco-economic concept,eco-political concept,eco-cultural concept,and eco-social concept,as well as the basic features of humanism,practice,ecological criticism,and forward-looking.The fourth part focuses on the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era and explores the value of Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts.The theoretical aspect is the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought and the theoretical basis for promoting balanced economic,political,cultural,social,and ecological progress.In terms of practice,it has practical inspiration for the constructions of socialist ecological civilization in China,and it also provides thinking aids for building a community of common destiny between human and nature.Therefore,in the process of building a socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we must attach importance to Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts,and always adhere to the guidance of Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts,and further develop Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts combining the development and changes of the times.更多还原
