【摘要】 当今农业发展面临着新的挑战,农业企业所处的环境也发生着巨大变化。特别是伴随着近些年极端气候的频发,市场的需求越来越多样化和特殊化,产品的生命周期缩短,企业间竞争加剧。因此,企业必须具有快速适应市场变化的能力,需要建立一个能快速了解市场了解客户需求的新型的合作组织,并设计有效的合作联盟利益机制。合作联盟是农业新品种开发当中,由种子企业,农户以及渠道分销商等利益相关者共同参与,并以产品和技术服务创新为目的组织。本文在回顾S公司合作联盟的发展历程,列举了公司近期的合作联盟绩效和未来发展目标的基础上,从利益分配机制、利益保障机制和利益调节机制三个方面来深入分析。本文首先在合作联盟利益分配机制方面介绍了 S公司目前新产品开发过程中农户参与合作联盟利益分配的主要内容,如农户试验费、试验品种相关利益以及知识和经验的分享等。之后对利益分配的过程及结果进行分析,并总结了具体利益分配的建议和改进措施。其次,在合作联盟利益保障机制方面介绍了农户参与联盟利益保障机制的组成部分,之后分析了联盟现有的利益保障机制运行过程中存在问题分析,涉及人员能力及培养、内部绩效管理和风险控制三个方面。最后,得出结论并提出障合作联盟的利益安全具体措施。最后,在合作联盟利益调节机制方面介绍了 S公司合作联盟的调节机制的呈现方式,之后从显性和隐性两个方面来分析利益调节机制的实施情况,最后总结促进利益机制调节的具体措施,包括制定详细而周密的合同与契约,组建监督小组进行检查与评估以及提高声誉市场的协调监督作用等内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural development is facing new challenges,and the environment of agricultural enterprises is also undergoing tremendous changes in recent years.Especially with the frequent occurrence of extreme weather,the demand of the market is increasingly diversified and specialized,the life cycle of products is shortened,and the competition between enterprises is intensified.Therefore,the enterprise must have the ability to adapt to the market changes quickly,need to establish a new type of cooperation organization that can quickly understand the market and understand customer needs,and design effective cooperation alliance benefit mechanism.In the chapter 4 to 5,an in-depth analysis is made from three aspects including benefit distribution mechanism,benefit guarantee mechanism and benefit adjustment mechanism,based on the reviewing of the development history of S company cooperative alliance,the performance of the company’s recent cooperative alliance and its future development goals in this paper.In terms of the benefit distribution mechanism of the cooperative alliance,this paper first introduces the main content of farmers’ participation in the benefit distribution of the cooperative alliance in the current process of S company’s new product cultivation,such as farmers’ trial fees,related benefits of trial varieties and the sharing of knowledge and experience.Then the process and results of benefit distribution are analyzed,and the cultivation suggestions and improvement measures of specific benefit distribution are summarized.As for the interest guarantee mechanism of cooperative alliance,this paper first introduced the components of farmers’ participation in the interest guarantee mechanism of the alliance,and then analyzed the existing problems in the operation of the existing interest guarantee mechanism of the alliance,involving personnel ability and training,internal performance management and risk control.Finally,the conclusion is drawn and specific measures for the benefit security of the alliance are put forward.About alliance benefit adjustment mechanism,firstly introduced S company alliance regulating mechanism in the way of rendering,after analysis from two aspects of explicit and implicit interest adjustment mechanism,the implementation of the final summary to promote adjustment of interests mechanism specific measures,including making detailed and exhaustive contract and contract,establish supervision team to inspect and evaluate and improve the coordinating oversight role of the market reputation,etc.更多还原
