【摘要】 2017年习总书记在十九大报告中提出乡村振兴战略,而目前乡村旅游同质化明显,急需转型升级,所以发展乡村民宿是顺势而为,不仅带动乡村经济,而且助力乡村振兴。本文基于乡村振兴战略理论、可持续发展理论、社会交换理论,通过实地走访、阅读文献、调查问卷等方法来研究阳城县乡村民宿的可持续发展。发现在本地乡村民宿实践的过程中,仍然存在一些问题。通过对问题的分析,结合东南沿海地区的先进经验,提出阳城县乡村民宿可持续发展的建议。本文共分为六章节,第一部分为绪论,阐述研究背景以及研究意义以及研究方法;第二部分为相关理论研究介绍了与本文相关的理论概念,农宿的相关概念及意义;第三部分通过走访调查的数据汇总分析了阳城县民宿的现状;第四部分回收调查问卷,通过卡诺模型进行数据分析,结合第三章的现状得出农宿发展中存在的问题并分析其原因;第五部分学习汇总国内南方先进省份的经验;第六部分结合前文给出合理性建议。最后总结全文展望未来,附调查问卷、访谈提纲。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2017,General Secretary Xi proposed the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.At present,the homogeneity of rural tourism is obvio us,and the transformation and upgrading are urgently needed.Therefore,the development of rural hom estay is based on the situation,which not only drives the rural economy,but also helps the Rural Revitaliz ation.Based on the theory of Rural Revitalization Strategy,sustainable development theory and social exc hange theory,this paper studies the sustainable development of rural residential buildings in Yangcheng County by means of field visits,reading literature,questionnaires and other methods.It is found that ther e are still some problems in the process of the local rural residential practice.Through the analysis of the problems,combined with the advanced experience of the southeast coastal areas,this paper puts forwar d some suggestions for the sustainable development of rural residential buildings in Yangcheng County.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first part is the introduction,which describes the research background,significance and methods.The second part introduces the related theoretical concepts,The third part analyzes the current situation of the residential buildings in Yangcheng County through the dat a collection of the visit survey;the fourth part recovers the questionnaire and analyzes the data through t he Kano model,Combined with the current situation of the third chapter,we can get the real problems in the development of rural housing and analyze the reasons;the fifth part is to learn and summarize the ex perience of the advanced provinces in the south of China;the sixth part is to give reasonable suggestions combined with the previous article.At last,it summarizes the whole paper and looks forward to the futur e,with questionnaire and interview outline.更多还原
