基于OBE理念的中职商品摄影教学设计与应用研究

【摘要】 我国电子商务正在从高速增长迈向高质量发展阶段,市场对电子商务专业人才的要求越来越高,培养质量也亟需进一步提高。人才培养质量的基础源于课堂教学,通过分析相关文献资料,反思本人自身的实际教学工作,发现当前中职电子商务专业商品拍摄课程存在教学目标不够明确、教学内容陈旧枯燥、教学方式单一、教学评价不够有效等问题。成果导向教育理念即OBE(Outcome Based Education),能够重构课堂教学,给中职课堂教学带来新的启示。将OBE理念融入到中职商品摄影课程进行教学设计与实践,改善目前中职商品摄影课程中存在的问题,以期提高中职商品摄影课堂教学和电商摄影人才质量。首先,利用文献分析法,概括了OBE理念的涵义和特征,梳理了OBE理念在国内外的研究发展,总结了OBE理念在国内外教学应用现状,阐述了布鲁姆教育目标分类理论、混合式学习理论、能力本位教育理论三种理论基础。利用调查问卷法和访谈法,对中职商品摄影课程的教学现状进行分析和问题梳理,探究OBE理念在该课程上的可行性。根据OBE理念的设计原则和思路,参考借鉴相关的教学设计模式,构建出基于OBE理念的中职商品摄影课程的教学设计模式,并且对模式中各组成要素进行深入分析:教学目标的确立、教学内容的重构、教学平台的分析、教学过程的组织、教学资源的整合、教学方法的选择、教学评价的优化等。其次,通过准实验研究方法,将OBE理念下的中职商品摄影教学设计模式应用于实际教学中,以广州市财经商贸职业学校20级电子商务专业2个班为研究对象,1班为实验班,采用基于OBE理念的教学,2班则为对照班,采用传统的教学,展开为期18周的教学实验,并以真实的企业工作项目《保温杯的拍摄》作为教学案例进行展示。最后,结合过程性评价和结果性评价,采用评价量表测量和访谈法对教学效果和学生的认可度进行了总结分析。研究表明,基于OBE理念的中职商品摄影教学,以学习成果为导向,重构教学内容,多样化教学方法、优化评价方式,获得了学生较高的认可度,可以促进学生的学习效果,提高学生的综合实践能力,激发学生的学习积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now China’s E-commerce is moving fastly from rapid-speed growth to high-quality growth,requiring E-commerce talents with higher demanded,and the quality of training needs to be further improved.The basis of professional talents training originates from teaching in class.There are many teaching feedbacks existing in E-commerce product photography courses in vocational schools finds themselves had many problems by analyzing related document literatures and reviewing practical teaching,such as vague teaching objectives,timeworn and boring knowledges,monotonous teaching methods,ineffective teaching evaluation and so on.OBE,Outcome Based Education,enables to reconstruct class teaching and brings some new inspiration into teaching.OBE concept,which is integrated into E-commerce product photography courses for teaching design and practice,is able to improve existing matters in photography courses and also to take benefits of enhancing teaching quality and E-commerce photographic talents quality in E-commerce.First of all,by using literature analysis,it summarizes the meanings and characteristics of OBE concept,sorts out the research developments in domestic,sums up the application status of OBE concept in teaching at home and abroad.Three theoretical foundations,Bloom’s classification theory of educational objectives,Blended learning theory and Ability-based theory,are brought into exposition as well.Teaching status and problems in quo of product photography courses are made an analysis and organization through methods questionnaire and interview.According to OBE concept design principle and rules,the teaching design model references to relative teaching mode is constructed that suits for product photography course teaching in vocational school based on OBE concept.And each component of the mode is conducted in-depth study,including established teaching goals,restricted teaching contents,analysis of teaching platforms,organization of the teaching process,integration of teaching resources,options of teaching methods,optimization of teaching evaluation and so on.Secondly,the product photography teaching design mode under the OBE concept is applied to effective teaching through quasi-experimental research methods.Two classes of the20 th grade E-commerce major in Guangzhou Vocational School of Finance and Business being taken as objects,an experiment has been carried out for a period of 18 weeks between class 1 adopting teaching methods based on OBE concept and a control group,class 2,adopting traditional teaching methods.And it is demonstrated through the real enterprise project The Shooting of Vacuum Cup as a teaching case.Conclusively,combined with process evaluation and result evaluation,product photography courses based on OBE concept by means of using evaluation scale and interviewing methods to summarize the teaching effect in vocational school have earned a high degree of recognition among students for its learning outcomes oriented,reconstructed teaching contents,diversified teaching methods and optimized evaluation methods,which are able to prompt learning effect,to improve their comprehensive ability and to inspire their learning motivation.更多还原
