【摘要】 供应链金融是一种创新的金融模式,能够降低融资成本,提升供应链效能。继消费金融之后,供应链金融将在未来三至五年迎来爆发式增长,政策引导、经济转型、生态圈意识和颠覆性科技这四大趋势正引导供应链金融的快速发展。但国内供应链金融业务发展并不理想,其中煤炭这一巨大的市场仍有大量需求未被满足,相关标杆企业在各自垂直细分领域形成各自独有的竞争优势,但市场占比较小,存在市场竞争不充分的现状,煤炭供应链金融这一细分领域“蓝海”逐渐浮现。A公司自身具备广阔的煤炭供应链行业资源和强大的资金实力,同时亟待开展高流动性、低风险、高收益的业务解决短期现金流问题。A公司以供应链企业切入煤炭供应链金融这一垂直行业,在供应链金融风口来临前抢占这一细分领域的先机,机遇是否大于挑战,应该采用怎样的发展战略构建核心竞争力,是一个值得深入探讨与研究的问题。本文旨在对A公司的煤炭供应链金融业务的发展战略研究。采用理论与实践结合的方法,首先运用文献研究法研究和理解企业战略管理理论,总结国内外学者对发展供应链金融的趋势分析。而后,通过PEST分析法、波特五力模型等对A公司开展供应链金融业务所面临的外部宏观环境、行业竞争态势进行全面分析,得出彼时A公司发展煤炭供应链金融业务所面临的外部机会和威胁。通过公司内部资源介绍,分析A公司开展供应链金融业务的优势和劣势,运用SWOT模型深入组合战略分析,寻找最佳发展战略。结合公司现状和长短线目标得出A公司该业务发展的竞争战略建议,并在总体战略的基础上对战略实施和战略保障的方案进行研究。作者作为A公司的高管,根据自身真实经历的企业情况,高度结合A公司资源禀赋,以彼时2018年的时间点,在战略方案制定过程中充分考虑了实践操作度,努力使之具有较强的可操作性及针对性,希望能够对同类的尤其是国资参股的供应链管理企业有借鉴价值。现A公司已根据该战略方案开始实施供应链金融业务,未来作者也将根据实际实施过程不断完善和改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Condition of supply chain reflects the competitiveness of an enterprise,an industry or a country.Supply chain finance was a financial innovation aim at reduce financing cost and improve efficiency of supply chain.After consumer finance,supply chain finance will usher in explosive growth which reflected by four main trend.There are policy guidance,economic transformation,ecosystem awareness and disruptive technology.However,the development of domestic supply chain finance in China is not satisfactory.The supply chain finance of coal industry is the best option for Company A.While in the vertical market segments,relevant companies have their own distinct advantage.But the market share is small and the market competition is insufficient.Thus,Company A enters the coal industry as a supply chain enterprise and develops supply chain service are worth research in-depth.Company A’s wholly-owned parent company abundant financial strength.This paper combined theory with practice to analyze the Company A’s developmentstrategy of coal supply chain finance.First of all,the paper based on the literature research method to summarize the supply chain trend analysis.Secondly,the paper analyzed the external and internal environment of develop supply chain financial service through using PEST and SWOT analysis methods and Poter’s five force model.According to environment analysis and SWOT analysis,the paper proposed the development strategy which suitable for supply chain companies.In addition,the paper help the Company A build core competitiveness from three aspects,which are strategy,business model and operation model.As a executives in the Company A,author has been considered the actual situation of the company and the feasibility of the strategy implementation.The supply chain finance business of the company A is moving forward base on the strategic plan.The author will continue to improve the strategic plan in process.更多还原
