【摘要】 国务院发布的“46号文件”明确指出要以足球发展为出发点,大力发展社会足球项目,发挥其市场效益,提升其影响力。特别是2016年《健康中国“2030”规划纲要》的实施,为中国足球的发展制定了新的路线。社会足球是中国足球的重要组成部分,是中国足球发展的根基,由于其具有良好的群众基础,所以社会足球的良性发展对中国足球的发展有着巨大的推动作用。而社会足球赛事是社会足球的体现,只有当社会足球赛事得到良好的发展,才能更好的促进中国足球的健康发展。本研究运用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对影响湖南省社会足球赛事“湘超”联赛发展的因素进行调查分析,旨在全面了解湖南省社会足球赛事的发展现状,分析赛事发展过程中的存在的影响因素,为社会足球赛事的发展提供可供参考的建议。通过研究与分析发现“湘超”足球联赛的参与者主要以健身娱乐为主要目的,具备足球经验,职业分布广泛,年龄以18-35周岁为主,收入水平中等偏上,每年在踢球上的支出在2000-3000元左右。参加“湘超”足球联赛的俱乐部组队形式以企业赞助为主,经费往往来源于企业或私人赞助;因为工作原因,只能利用周六、周日及法定节假日在学校或社会足球场进行训练或比赛;且部分俱乐部没有专职教练员。“湘超”足球联赛的裁判员主要来自教师行业,年龄、级别构成不够合理,中间有断层;整体学历层次较高,但英语水平不足;裁判员管理制度合理规范,但实际执行有待加强。“湘超”足球联赛虽然有赞助商,但是联赛经费有限,仍显不足,进而也影响了俱乐部的持续稳定性。“湘超”足球联赛在开展过程中存在如下一些问题,发展历程较短,赛事组织管理人员较少;经费不足;联赛赛制不合理;俱乐部组织、管理松散;参赛球员年龄结构不合理;教练专职化程度低;裁判员队伍英语水平和培训不足;赛事安全、保卫、意外伤害保险机制不足等。建议政府相关部门应给予联赛更多的关注和支持,规划、建设更多的足球场;大力开放学校足球场,为“湘超”足球联赛提供更多的比赛场地。足协应当健全教练员培养、培训机制,全面提高教练员业务水平,从而提高俱乐部的战术水平、进而推动联赛的整体水平。为提高裁判员的执法能力,足协应加强对裁判员的培养。足协应加快联赛开发,并大力宣传,提高社会对该赛事的关注度和支持度,吸引更多的公司企业参加到比赛中来,从而形成良好的社会足球氛围,从而更早的实现湘超、湘甲、湘乙三级别足球联赛。健全安全保卫机制,为参赛运动员展提供安全健康的后勤保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "Document No.46" issued by the State Council clearly pointed out that it is necessary to take football development as the starting point,vigorously develop social football projects,give play to its market benefits,and enhance its influence.In particular,the implementation of the "Healthy China " 2030 " Planning Outline" in 2016 has laid out a new route for the development of Chinese football.Social football is an important part of Chinese football and the foundation of the development of Chinese football.Because of its good mass base,the sound development of social football has a huge boost to the development of Chinese football.And social football matches are the embodiment of social football.Only when social football matches are well developed,can the healthy development of Chinese football be better promoted.This research uses literature data method,field investigation method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods to investigate and analyze the factors that affect the development of the "Hunan Super League" of social football matches in Hunan Province.In order to fully understand the development status of social football games in Hunan Province,analyze the influencing factors in the development of the games,and provide suggestions for the development of social football games.Through research and analysis,it is found that the participants of the "Hunan Super League" football league mainly use fitness and entertainment as their main purpose,have football experience,have a wide range of occupations,are mainly 18-35 years old,have a moderate income level,and play football every year.The expenditure is around 2000-3000 yuan.The clubs participating in the "Hunan Super League" football league are mainly sponsored by enterprises,and the funds often come from corporate or private sponsorship;for work reasons,they can only use Saturdays,Sundays and statutory holidays for training in schools or social football fields.Or competition;and some clubs do not have full-time coaches.Referees in the "Hunan Super League" football league are mainly from the teaching profession.The age and level composition is not reasonable enough,and there are gaps in the middle;the overall educational level is high,but the English level is insufficient;the referee management system is reasonable and standardized,but the actual implementation needs to be strengthened.Although the "Hunan Super League" football league has sponsors,the budget for the league is limited and still insufficient,which in turn affects the continued stability of the club.The following problems exist in the development of the "Hunan Super League" football league.The development process is relatively short and the competition organization and management personnel are small;insufficient funds;unreasonable league competition system;loose club organization and management;unreasonable age structure of participating players;full-time coaches Low level of integration;insufficient English proficiency and training of referees;insufficient competition safety,security,and accidental injury insurance mechanisms.It is suggested that relevant government departments should give more attention and support to the league,plan and build more football fields;vigorously open school football fields to provide more venues for the "Hunan Super League" football league.The Football Association should improve the training and training mechanism of coaches,and comprehensively improve the professional level of coaches,so as to improve the tactical level of the club and promote the overall level of the league.In order to improve the referee’s law enforcement ability,the Football Association should strengthen the training of referees.The Football Association should speed up the development of the league,and vigorously promote it,increase social attention and support for the game,attract more companies and enterprises to participate in the game,so as to form a good social football atmosphere,so as to realize the Hunan Super League and Hunan Super League,The three-level football leagues of Hunan A and B.Improve the safety protection mechanism to provide safe and healthy logistical support for participating athletes in the exhibition.更多还原
