【摘要】 随着全球一体化进程的加速,“一带一路”的推进,中国与世界其他国家的商贸往来,互通贸易的频率不断地提升。外贸增长带动了国际物流产业,因此,加速发展与国际物流业务相匹配的现代物流产业既能抓住机遇,又能创造价值。本文从供应链中物流发展现状入手,收集和整理目前学术对企业战略、发展战略、货运代理发展的分析和研究,在大量理论的支撑下,探索启星铝业公司国际物流业务的发展战略。本文针对启星铝业国际物流的发展背景,以及成本控制难,过分依赖于代理公司的主要问题,分析了存在这些问题的主要原因,包括贸易条款下客户的干预,缺乏具有专业技术的人才以及缺乏信息技术系统等。首先,本文用PEST分析启星铝业国际物流发展的外部环境,包括政策环境中国家及省市政府对国际物流行业的支持。提出在全球化不断深化,国际贸易不断发展,“一带一路”的大背景下,以及2020年疫情影响下的国际物流发展面临的机遇和挑战。经济环境方面,介绍了物流业的稳步增长,给企业带来的机遇。社会环境方面,针对企业处在的交通位置,区域条件等方面进行分析,不难发现企业在人文环境中是处于劣势的。技术环境方面,物流行业的发展离不开技术的支撑,技术水平的高低决定了现代物流业能走多远。从企业发展战略的视角对国际物流业务的发展趋势进行研究,使公司在国际市场竞争中保持竞争力,这对企业发展具有非常重要的探索价值和重要的研究意义。其次,重点从公司物流资源,货物运输量,核心竞争力,专业人才素质等方面入手,分析其内部环境,探索启星铝业成立货运代理公司的可能性,得出货运代理行业具有较低的进入门槛,和较高的竞争力。最后,运用SWOT深度分析启星铝业国际物流发展中成立国际货运代理公司的优势与劣势,机会与威胁。根据公司的国际物流的发展目标,运用QSPM矩阵匹配并确定出适用性较高的国际物流业务发展战略。进而根据确定的战略制定出对应的保障措施,这些措施的制定是为了战略方案能够顺利实施。包括加强公司的信息系统的建设与利用、培养具备先进国际贸易知识的国际物流方面人才,与集团关联业务对接等措施,发展战略联盟,提高国际物流的业务规模。目的是达到为公司降本增效,攻克物流成本难关,提升综合服务能力的目的,为启星铝业公司国际物流业务进入货运代理行业奠定基础。本文综合国内外对企业物流发展战略、物流成本控制,货代发展等文献的分析和研究,阐述了对与企业发展战略和物流业务发展的相关战略理论,提升了本文的理论研究意义。本文的研究对象作为一家具有出口竞争优势的制造型企业,将要拓展国际货运代理业务,制定的发展战略是前向一体化,并针对制定的战略提出具体的保障措施。本文在分析和研究启星铝业国际物流发展战略的过程中,探索出启星铝业国际物流业务的发展目标和方向,在战略分析和选择上给予管理者和相关研究者以参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of the process of global integration and the advancement of "One Belt And One Road",the frequency of trade and exchange between China and other countries in the world is constantly increasing.The growth of foreign trade drives the international logistics industry.Therefore,accelerating the development of modern logistics industry matching with international logistics business can not only seize the opportunities,but also create value.This paper obtains from the current situation of the logistics development of supply chain,collects and organizes the academic analysis and research to the enterprise strategy and the development of freight forwarding.With the support of many theories,it explores the development of international logistics business strategy of QIXING Aluminum Company.In view of the development background of international logistics of QIXING Aluminum Company,as well as the difficulty in cost control and the main problems of over-reliance on freight agents,this paper analyzes the main reasons for these problems,including customer intervention under trade terms,the lack of professional and technical personnel and the lack of information technology system.First,this paper uses PEST to analyze the external environment of the international logistics development of QIXING Aluminum Company,including the support of national and provincial governments to the international logistics industry in the policy environment.In the context of deepening globalization,continuous development of international trade,"One Belt And One Road",as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of international logistics in 2020 under the influence of the epidemic.In terms of economic environment,the steady growth of logistics industry brings opportunities to enterprises.In terms of social environment,based on the analysis of the traffic location and regional conditions,it is not difficult to find that the enterprise is at a disadvantage in the cultural environment.In terms of technical environment,the development of the logistics industry cannot be separated from the support of technology,and the level of technology determines how far the modern logistics industry can go.The research on the development trend of international logistics business from the perspective of enterprise development strategy makes the company maintain its competitiveness in the international market competition,which has very important exploration value and research significance for the development of enterprises.Secondly,through analyzing the internal environment from the company’s logistics resources,the goods traffic,core competitiveness,professional talent quality and other aspects,it explores the possibility of QIXING Aluminum to establish a freight forwarding company,concluded that the freight agent industry with low barriers to entry,and higher competitiveness to stay.Finally,SWOT model is used to deeply analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of establishing an international freight forwarding company in the international development logistics of QIXING Aluminum Company.According to the company’s international logistics development goals,QSPM is used to match and determine the applicability of the international logistics business development strategy.Then according to the determined strategy to develop the corresponding safeguard measures,the formulation of these measures for the smooth implementation of the strategic plan.It includes strengthening the construction and utilization of the company’s information system,training international logistics talents with advanced international trade knowledge,docking with the related businesses of the group and other measures,developing strategic alliances,and improving the business scale of international logistics.The purpose is to reduce cost and increase efficiency for the company,overcome the logistics cost difficulties,improve the comprehensive service ability,and lay the foundation for QIXING Aluminum’s international logistics business to enter the freight forwarding industry.Based on the analysis and research of domestic and foreign literature on enterprise logistics development strategy,logistics cost control and freight forwarding development,this paper elaborates the relevant strategic theories on enterprise development strategy and logistics business development,which enhances the theoretical research significance of this paper.The research object of this paper,as a manufacturing enterprise with export competitive advantage,is going to expand the international freight forwarding business.The development strategy formulated is forward integration,and specific safeguard measures are proposed according to the formulated strategy.In the process of analyzing and studying the international logistics development strategy of QIXING Aluminum,this paper explores the development goal and direction of the international logistics business of QIXING Aluminum,and provides a reference for managers and related researchers in the
