【副题名】以北京市怀柔区S村为例

【摘要】 随着我国综合实力的不断提升,人们的生活水平有了极大的提高。伴随而来的是城市居民的生活压力增加,使人们迫切需要一个释放压力的环境和渠道,乡村旅游在近些年发展迅速,极大的满足了人们的诉求。人们收入水平的增加,使人们消费需求更为强烈,对于乡村旅游的环境、住宿及特色旅游体验的要求也越来越高。乡村旅游中,民宿作为重要的组成部分,在近些年不断发展,已经具备了一定的规模及特色。民宿利用优美的生态环境、个性化建筑风格、独特的乡村民俗文化及政府的政策引导,成为了促进城乡交流的重要纽带。同时,民宿为乡村旅游发展多样化提供了新的发展思路,也为游客创造了美好旅居的条件。我国民宿产业的蓬勃发展,让沉睡的乡村资源转化为发展资本,为乡村旅游带来了新的发展契机。民宿也为当地产业融合发展、农民增收、地区脱贫、解决农村剩余劳动力、提升人口素质、农村就业、环境保护方面做出了诸多的贡献。民宿产业不仅是乡村旅游的重要组成,更是带动乡村产业转型、产业协调发展的重要纽带,更关乎到乡村旅游的发展未来。本文调研地点在北京怀柔S村,S村虽有较好的硬件条件,但民宿的发展却存在一定的问题。笔者通过问卷、访谈方法对当地的游客、民宿主、民宿管理人员进行实地调查,形成数据、记录的第一手材料。通过调研的材料,分析当地民宿发展现状,挖掘S村乡村旅游民宿存在问题,对比国内外优秀民宿地区的发展经验,提出合理的发展路径和建议。其主要的问题是:缺乏配套基础设施、同质化严重产业缺乏创新、人才缺乏、缺乏推广营销。建议分别以:加强基础设施建设、注重人才培养、政府引领,拓宽融资渠道、加强营销与宣传、提升民宿体验品质,四个方面来论述。笔者通过分析,为当地民宿产业发展提供一些意见,同时为其他地区发展民宿提供可借鉴的案例。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive strength,people’s living standards have been greatly improved.With the increase of the living pressure of urban residents,people urgently need an environment and channel to release the pressure.Rural tourism has developed rapidly in recent years,which greatly meets people’s demands.With the increase of people’s income level,people’s consumption demand is stronger,and the requirements for rural tourism environment,accommodation and characteristic tourism experience are also higher and higher.In rural tourism,home stay,as an important part,has developed continuously in recent years and has a certain scale and characteristics.With the beautiful ecological environment,personalized architectural style,unique rural folk culture and government policy guidance,B & B has become an important link to promote urban-rural exchanges.At the same time,B & B not only provides new development ideas for the diversification of rural tourism development,but also creates beautiful living conditions for tourists.The vigorous development of China’s home stay industry has transformed sleeping rural resources into development capital,which has brought new development opportunities for rural tourism.B & B has also made many contributions to the integration and development of local industries,increasing farmers’ income,poverty alleviation,solving rural surplus labor force,improving population quality,rural employment and environmental protection.Home stay industry is not only an important part of rural tourism,but also an important link to drive the transformation and coordinated development of rural industry,but also related to the future development of rural tourism.The research site of this paper is s village in Huairou,Beijing.Although s village has good hardware conditions,there are some problems in the development of B & B.Through questionnaires and interviews,the author conducted a field survey on local tourists,home stay owners and home stay managers to form first-hand data and records.Through the research materials,this paper analyzes the development status of local B & B,excavates the existing problems of rural tourism B & B in s village,compares the development experience of excellent B & B areas at home and abroad,and puts forward reasonable development paths and suggestions.The main problems are: lack of supporting infrastructure,serious homogenization,lack of innovation in industries,lack of talents and lack of promotion and marketing.The suggestions are discussed from four aspects:strengthening infrastructure construction,paying attention to talent training,government guidance,broadening financing channels,strengthening marketing and publicity,and improving the quality of home stay experience.Through analysis,the author provides some suggestions for the development of local B & B industry,and provides reference cases for the development of B & B in other regions.更多还原
