【摘要】 市场竞争日益激烈的大背景下,各类先进技术高速发展,为了使公司产品拥有技术优势、在技术层面拉开与竞争对手的差距,各公司需要不断调整公司研发策略、快速研发具有技术优势的新产品、新服务,使得产品研发迭代周期变得越来越短,技术创新的速度也越来越快。技术创新能力与水平作为企业核心市场竞争力的重要组成部分,对于企业的市场占有率与地位起决定性作用。因此,高效率的、具体有可持续性的技术创新管理是企业满足客户不断变化的技术需求、进行连续技术创新的重要保障本文分析了国内外技术创新管理的研究现状,梳理了技术创新管理的理论发展过程和技术创新管理的理论体系。以A云计算公司的技术创新管理作为实例研究对象。通过案例分析与问卷调查,总结和发现A云计算公司技术创新管理的现状和存在的问题。主要内容包括扩展技术创新模式,增加新的技术创新源动力;建设数据平台,提高企业行业技术预测能力;调整组织架构,完善企业技术创新决策机制;增加企业市场跟踪能力,提升企业技术创新效果评估能力四个方面。基于A云计算公司技术创新管理存在的问题,本文给出了具体的优化策略,即:整合公司内外部资源,扩展技术创新模式;搭建数字平台,及时洞察行业技术趋势变化;构建完善的技术创新组织机制,提高科技创新决策主动性;加强市场反馈跟踪,持续评估技术创新效果。本文提出的优化策略目的在于增强A云计算公司在行业中的市场竞争优势和地位,提高市场的反应能力。目前,部分意见建议已经得到了A云计算公司的采纳与执行。但由于云计算行业不同公司存在企业文化、组织结构等方面的差异,因此本文的讨论在普遍性方面存在一定的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition,various advanced technologies are developing rapidly.In order to have technical advantages and widen the gap with competitors at the technical level,enterprises have to constantly adjust R&D strategies,develop new products and services,shorten the product development cycle,and speed up technology innovation.As a key factor of competitiveness of enterprises,the ability of technology innovation plays a decisive role in the market share and position of enterprises.Therefore,efficient and sustainable management of technology innovation is the important safeguard measures to meet the ever-changing needs of customers and constant technology innovation.This article describes the status of researching on technology innovation management at home and abroad.It proposes the theoretical development process of technology innovation management and the theoretical system of technology innovation management.Then the technology innovation management of A cloud computing company is regarded as the real research object of cloud computing enterprises in the process of technology innovation.With results from case analyses and questionnaire survey,the article studies the status quo and existing problems of the technology innovation management system of A cloud computing company.And to address the problems and methods of A cloud computing company in the management of technology innovation.Therefore,improvement ideas and implementation methods are proposed.It mainly includes the developing new technology innovation mode,increase new sources of technological innovation;Gathering industry technology trends with new digital platform;Optimizing the process of technology innovation decision-making by company reorganization;Improve the operation on market feedback collection for technology innovation results assessment.Based on the preliminary research results of the above-mentioned case analysis,improvement measures and suggestions have been put forward for mode-expanding of technology innovation,data-collecting of industry technology trend,process-restructing of technology innovation decision-making,and collecting and tracking of market feedback on technology innovation result assessment.The optimization strategy proposed in this article aims to enhance the market competitive advantage and position of A cloud computing company in the industry and improve the market response ability.At present,some opinions and suggestions have been adopted and implemented by A cloud computing company.However,due to the differences in corporate culture and organizational structure among different companies in the cloud computing industry,the discussion in this paper has some deficiencies in universality.更多还原
