【摘要】 2019年中国餐饮收入4.7万亿元,同比增长9.4%。山东省蝉联“吃货”大省,2019年以4430.46亿元的营收排在全国第一。2020年新冠疫情的发生对服务业带来了巨大的打击,其中对餐饮业的冲击尤为剧烈。疫情的隔离没有中断餐饮业的发展,反倒通过今年餐饮业信息化的发展使得外卖、食品等细分产业也借此快速发展。在快速发展的背后我们也应该看到,现阶段中国餐饮行业的产业集中度还是较低,中国餐饮业百强的总营在总量中占比不足5%。论文首先分析梳理了国内外关于本课题的研究现状,明确了本文研究的方向与内容。以相关概念与信息化建设的相关理论为本文的理论基础,通过调研和问卷调查等方式,找到QY公司信息化建设中存在的主要问题,并就存在问题的原因进行分析。随后给予了QY公司的信息化系统建设以及保障措施等对策,分析完善的信息化建设给QY公司带来的成效。本文的创新点有,在实际运用信息化管理理论方法上有更大的操作范围和实战空间,以QY串串香公司为例,分析企业的信息化环境、信息化现状与信息化能力,实施的途径与模式。其次,采用了以实证分析方法。QY串串香作为新生小微企业,信息化过程中存在的问题与需求,提出解决方案与实施路径,并进一步延伸到应用领域,通过实践数据来论证反映QY公司信息化对公司产生的影响与成效,为其他餐饮行业小微企业引入信息化管理提供借鉴,给与其他同行提高信息化决策能力与管理水平,提供我们自己的QY方案。本文的研究也可为类似规模企业提高三产融合发展的质量和水平提供较为有价值的参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2019,China’s catering revenue was 4.7 trillion yuan,a year-on-year increase of 9.4%.Shandong Province has continued to be a major “foodie” province,ranking first in the country with a revenue of 443.046 billion yuan in 2019.The outbreak of the new crown epidemic in2020 has brought a huge blow to the service industry,and the impact on the catering industry is particularly severe.The quarantine of the epidemic has not interrupted the development of the catering industry.On the contrary,the development of this year’s catering industry informatization has enabled the rapid development of sub-industries such as takeaway and food.Behind the rapid development,we should also see that the industry concentration of China’s catering industry is still relatively low at this stage,and the total business of China’s top 100 catering industry accounts for less than 5% of the total.The thesis first analyzes and sorts out the research status of this topic at home and abroad,and clarifies the research direction and content of this article.Taking related concepts and related theories of informatization construction as the theoretical basis of this article,through investigation and questionnaire surveys,we find out the main problems existing in the informatization construction of QY Company,and analyze the causes of the problems.After that,QY company’s information system construction and safeguard measures were given to analyze the effects of perfect informatization construction to QY company,thus forming the research framework and research route of this article.The research in this article can also provide a more valuable reference and reference for companies of similar scale to improve the quality and level of integrated development of the tertiary industry.更多还原
