【摘要】 在当前的时代背景下,互联网的快速发展使得人们借助多媒体平台交流的频率逐渐增加,大数据在日常生活中得到了广泛应用。传统的生活方式和高校教育模式也随着数据化的深入不断更新,以此来适应人们的发展需要。教育是国之根本,教育的发展预示着国家未来的发展,习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调,做好高校思想政治工作,要遵循思想政治工作规律,遵循教书育人规律,遵循学生成长规律,高校老师要不断提高工作能力和水平。高校作为培养社会主义建设者的重要场所,将数据融入到学生思想政治教育工作中是顺应时代发展潮流的必然选择,作为学生管理者的辅导员要抓住数据给高校思政工作带来的机遇,积极应对大数据给高校思想政治教育工作带来的挑战,论文对这一问题进行详细的分析,并依据问卷调查结果有针对性的提出了创新思想政治教育工作的途径。论文采用了文献研究法、多学科交叉分析法、问卷调查法等研究方法。主要从以下几个方面进行论述:论文开头绪论对选题背景及研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法及本文创新点进行阐述。第一章对大数据时代高校辅导员思想政治教育工作进行概述,主要阐述高校辅导员的工作内容及辅导员这一职务的角色定位,并分析了大数据的概念及特性,阐明其内在联系,将大数据与辅导员思政工作相结合是适应时代发展的必然要求。第二章和第三章结合问卷调查结果分析了大数据时代给高校辅导员带来的机遇与挑战,包括教育理念、教育内容、教育方法这几个方面,并对当前高校辅导员开展思政工作存在问题的原因进行分析。第四章是本文的落脚点也是重点所在,首先肯定了创新思想政治教育工作的必要性,接着从创新思政工作的理念、内容、方法以及监管机制进行论述。思是行动的先导,首先要创新思想政治教育内容,其次要创新思想政治教育理论方法和实践方法;再次,辅导员要不断提高自身的政治素质、专业素质、坚持终身学习,高校要注重人才培养,提高辅导员运用数据的能力,最后,针对数据安全带来的问题,健全监管机制保障数据安全,从国家监督立法、学校建章建制、家校协同管理这三个方面进行阐述,最终实现辅导员思想政治教育工作的创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the current era,the rapid development of the Internet has gradually increased the frequency of people using multimedia platforms to communicate,and big data has been widely used in daily life.Traditional lifestyles and education models are constantly updated with the deepening of data,in order to adapt to people’s development needs.Education is the foundation of the country,and the development of education heralds the future development of the country.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that to do a good job in ideological and political work in colleges and universities,we must follow the laws of ideological and political work,follow the laws of teaching and educating,and follow the students The law of growth,and constantly improve the work ability and level.As an important place for cultivating socialist build ers,colleges and universities,integrating data into the ideological and political education of students is an inevitable choice to conform to the development trend of the times.As the instructors of student administrators,we must seize the opportunities that data brings to the ideological and political work of colleges and universities.Actively respond to the challenges brought by big data to ideological and political education.This article conducts a detailed analysis on this issue,and proposes a targeted approach to innovative ideological and political education based on the results of the questionnaire.This is also the idea of this article.The goal to be achieved.This article mainly adopts research methods such as literature research method,multi-disciplinary analysis method,questionnaire survey method and so on.The dissertation mainly discusses from the following aspects: The introduction,mainly from the topic background and research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods and innovations in this article.The first Chapter provides an overview of the ideological and political education work of college counselors in the era of big data.It mainly elaborates on the work content of counselors and the role of counselors.It also analyzes the concepts and characteristics of big data,clarifies its internal connections,and The combination of big data and the ideological and political work of counselors is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the development of the times.Chapters 2 and 3 combine the results of the questionnaire survey to analyze the opportunities and challenges brought to college counselors in the era of big data,including educational concepts,educational content,and educational methods,and carry out ideological and political work for current college counselors.Analyze the reasons for the problems at work.The fifth chapter is the goal and focus of this article.First,it affirms the necessity of innovative ideological and political education,and then discusses the concept,content,methods and supervision mechanism of innovative ideological and political work.Thinking is the forerunner of action.First of all,we must innovate the content of ideological and political education,and secondly,we must innovate the theoretical and practical methods of ideological and political education;thirdly,counselors must continuously improve their own political and professional qualities,and persist in lifelong learning.Colleges and universities must focus on talent training.To improve the ability of counselors to use data.Finally,in view of the problems caused by data security,improve the supervision mechanism to ensure data security,expound from the three aspects of national supervision legislation,school establishment and system,and home-school collaborative management,and finally realize counseling Innovation in the ideological and political education of members.更多还原
