【摘要】 近年来,我国的金融市场环境发生了很大变化。互联网金融高速发展、利率市场化程度不断加深、行业内竞争者不断增多、国家宏观政策对外资银行不断引进,使得商业银行的经营环境与以往产生了很大不同。各商业银行都面临着营销难度加大、利润不断降低、经营风险增大的新压力、新挑战,都在相继探索新的发展战略以适应环境变化,提升竞争力。中国银行唐山分行自建行以来,借助于唐山市这三十多年经济的快速发展,尤其是重工业企业的发展,拓展了各项业务,积累了大公司客户,打下了一定的基础。但是随着这几年唐山市经济与产业结构的调整和转型,中行唐山分行在多年经营中所产生的问题逐渐暴露,加之股份制商业银行、城市商业银行、村镇银行在唐山市内地不断发展与扩张带来的竞争压力,使得中行唐山分行已不能只维持现有的经营管理状态,需要探索与制定新的发展战略以适应当前的内外部环境变化,在激烈的竞争中站稳脚跟。本文借助于国内外现有的战略管理理论知识与方法,以唐山市的经济产业环境和同业竞争状态为背景,对中行唐山分行的发展战略进行了分析、研究与探索。首先,分析了中行唐山分行所处的外部环境:运用PEST分析模型,从政治法律因素、经济因素、社会文化因素和技术因素四方面对中行唐山分行所面临的外部宏观环境进行了分析;运用波特五力模型对中行唐山分行所面对的产业竞争环境进行了分析。其次,分析了中行唐山分行的内部环境:对中行唐山分行的组织结构、经营现状、各项资源和能力进行了详细分析。再次,运用SWOT分析方法,总结出了中行唐山分行自身的优势与劣势,以及所面对的机遇与威胁,选择了最适合中行唐山分行发展的SO战略,明确了未来发展的方向与目标,强调了各项业务发展的关键点,制定了未来的发展战略。最后,分析并提出了中行唐山分行所制定的发展战略的战略实施和战略保障措施,希望能对中行唐山分行以及其他同业的发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,China’s financial market environment has undergone great changes.The rapid development of Internet finance,the deepening of interest rate liberalization,the increasing number of competitors in the industry and the constant introduction of national macro policies to foreign Banks have greatly changed the business environment of commercial Banks from the past.All commercial Banks are facing new pressures and challenges of increasing marketing difficulties,decreasing profits and increasing business risks.They are exploring new development strategies to adapt to the changing environment and improve their competitiveness.Since the establishment of Bank of China Tangshan Branch,thanks to the rapid economic development of Tangshan city over the past 30 years,especially the development of heavy industry enterprises,the bank has expanded various businesses,accumulated large corporate customers and laid a certain foundation.However with the adjustment and transformation of Tangshan’s economic and industrial structure in recent years,the bank of China Tangshan branch in operation for many years the problems gradually exposed,and joint-stock commercial Banks,urban commercial Banks,rural Banks in Tangshan continuous development and expansion of the pressure of competition,make the Bank of China Tangshan branch can not only maintain the existing state of operation and management,to explore and develop new development strategy to adapt to the current internal and external environmental changes,to gain a foothold in the fierce competition.With the help of the existing theoretical knowledge and methods of strategic management domestic and overseas,this paper analyzes,studies and explores the development strategy of Bank of China Tangshan Branch,taking the economic and industrial environment of Tangshan city and the state of industry competition as the background.Firstly,the external environment of Bank of China Tangshan Branch is analyzed.PEST analysis model is used to analyze the external macro environment faced by Bank of China Tangshan Branch from political and legal factors,economic factors,social and cultural factors and technical factors.Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the industrial competitive environment faced by Bank of China Tangshan Branch.Secondly,the internal environment of Bank of China Tangshan Branch is analyzed.The organizational structure,operating status,resources and capabilities of Bank of China Tangshan Branch are analyzed in detail.Thirdly,SWOT analysis method is used to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Bank of China Tangshan Branch,as well as the opportunities and threats it faces.SO strategy,which is most suitable for the development of Bank of China Tangshan Branch,is selected to clarify the direction and goal of future development,emphasize the key points of business development,and formulate the future development strategy.Finally,the paper analyzes and puts forward the strategy implementation and strategic guarantee measures of the development strategy formulated by Bank of China Tangshan Branch,hoping to provide reference for the development of Bank of China Tangshan Branch and other peers.更多还原
