【摘要】 微信小程序是一种依托于微信平台的新型产品,其以轻便的体量、简洁的操作、低廉的开发成本与庞大的用户流量基础,在短短数月内对互联网生态造成了巨大的影响。截至目前,微信小程序的日活跃用户数量已经超过3亿,创造8000多亿的交易额,已上线小程序超过300万个,微信小程序潜移默化的影响着当代人的生活、行为方式。微信小程序在功能、用途、体验等等方面都和我们传统认知中的原生App有着差异性。本研究以用户体验相关的基础理论作为依托,将用户体验模型分为战略层、范围层、框架层、结构层、表现层五个层面,对微信小程序设计方法进行思考。首先,本文通过问卷调研、用户访谈、查阅文献、案例分析、比较研究等方法,对微信小程序的概念、发展历程、优势、痛点进行了分析。其次,基于用户体验思维剖析了用户对于微信小程序存在的高效性、社交性、趣味性需求,深入探讨微信小程序的用户体验模型的五个层面,总结出相关特征和规律。最后,从用户体验模型中的五个层次中,自下而上的分析、提出相应的设计方法,并总结出这些设计方法应当遵循的原则。通过研究,能够让人们在用户体验的层面对微信小程序有更清晰的认知,弥补当下微信小程序还不完善的交互设计体系,让微信小程序的“轻量化”优势不止体现在用户,也体现在广大设计师群体身上。文章为微信小程序的交互设计工作提供参考,让设计工作者能更高效、便捷的面对微信小程序这一当时的新兴领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mini program was a new product based on We Chat platform.It had a huge impact on the Internet Ecology in a few months with light volume,simple operation,low development cost and huge user traffic base.Up to now,the the number of the daily active users of the mini program has exceeded 300 million,creating more than800 billion transactions.And more than 3 million mini program have been launched online.Therefore,it could be found that the mini program had a subtle impact on contemporary life and behavior.As a new product based on the We Chat platform,the mini program was different from the native App in terms of functions,uses,experiences,etc.Based on the basic research theory of user experiences,including five levels of user experiences: strategy level,scope level,framework level,structure level and performance level,this research intended to study the design method of the mini program.First of all,this paper analyzes the concept,development process,advantages and pain points of the mini program by using the methods of questionnaire survey,user interview,literature review and comparative research.Secondly,based on the theory of user experience,this paper analyzes the needs of users for efficiency,sociality and interest of the mini program.So that to further study the mini program from the five levels of user experience model,generalized the relevant characteristics and laws.Finally,through the five levels of user experience model,the design methods are proposed from the bottom up relatively.At the same time,this research will summarize the principles that should be followed when using these design methods.Through this study,people can have a clearer understanding of the mini program at the user experience level.In addition,the current mini program interaction design system is not perfect,this paper has made some improvements for it.So that the mini program "lightweight" advantage can influence both users and designers.I sincerely hope that this paper can provide some reference for the interaction design of the mini program,so that designers can design the mini program more efficiently and conveniently.更多还原
