【摘要】 表皮一直是建筑学科的重点研究领域,它同时与空间、材料、技术、文化等诸多要素相关,表皮的每一次进步和变革深深影响着建筑的构思和表达。进入21世纪,幕墙技术成为表皮营造的主角,已经被大量使用在几乎所有类型和高度的建筑上。从实际工程情况看,相较于封闭式幕墙,具有开放特征的幕墙在应对气候、地域、文化及防水、结构安全等方面具有多重优势。通过追溯建筑表皮的发展脉络,探讨开放特征幕墙的发展过程及影响因素;通过对表皮自身建造逻辑的思考,从材料、构造、结构三个方面探讨开放特征幕墙的建构问题;通过对表皮与形式、功能、环境、信息的关系的思考,提出开放特征幕墙的应用策略,并通过实际工程案例予以分析佐证。研究开放特征下的幕墙营造的理论发展和工艺做法,可以产生一定的实践指导意义。主要章节内容包括:第一章介绍论文的研究背景,明晰相关研究概念以及研究范围,总结国内外研究情况,以及介绍论文的研究意义与研究方法。第二章首先回顾了表皮的发展过程,突出建造技术对表皮发展的重要影响,并总结归纳了与表皮发展相关的主要思想主张。接着分析了开放特征幕墙的发展起源及影响因素,然后展开对开放特征幕墙的开放形式研究以及应用的优势与难点分析。第三章从探讨表皮“自治”问题的思路出发,从建构的角度分材料、构造、结构三个层面探究开放特征幕墙的建造工艺,将开放特征幕墙按照面板、支承装置、支承结构的构件逻辑分开进行例证说明,归纳具体的建构做法。第四章从探讨表皮与形式、功能、环境、信息四要素关系的思路重点展开对开放特征下的幕墙应用策略的研究,突出建筑表皮面对的主要矛盾,再结合具体条件提出相应设计策略。第五章以南京百水工业园一期A地块商业为工程实例分析实际工程中遇到的问题及立面开放特征幕墙的做法。第六部分结语章节对研究取得的主要成果及不足之处进行总结和反思。更多还原

【Abstract】 The epidermis has always been a key research field in the architectural discipline.It is also related to many elements such as space,materials,technology,and culture.Every progress and change in the epidermis deeply affects the conception and expression of architecture.In the 21 st century,curtain wall technology has become the protagonist of skin construction,and has been widely used in almost all types and heights of buildings.From the perspective of actual engineering conditions,compared with closed curtain walls,curtain walls with open features have multiple advantages in dealing with climate,region,culture and waterproofing,and structural safety.By tracing the development of the building skin,the development process and influencing factors of the open-featured curtain wall are discussed;through the thinking of the skin’s own construction logic,the construction of the open-featured curtain wall is discussed from three aspects: material,structure,and structure;by the skin and form,Thinking about the relationship between function,environment,and information,put forward the application strategy of open feature curtain wall,and analyze and corroborate it through actual engineering cases.Studying the theoretical development and technological practices of curtain wall construction under the open characteristics can produce certain practical guidance significance.The main chapters include:The first chapter introduces the research background of the thesis,clarifies the relevant research concepts and research scope,summarizes the domestic and foreign research situation,and introduces the research significance and research methods of the thesis.The second chapter first reviews the development process of the skin,highlights the important impact of construction technology on the development of the skin,and summarizes the main ideas and ideas related to the development of the skin.Then it analyzes the origin and influencing factors of the development of the open-featured curtain wall,and then analyzes the advantages and difficulties of the research and application of the open-formed curtain wall.The third chapter starts from the idea of ??discussing the problem of "autonomy" of the skin,and explores the construction process of the open feature curtain wall from the perspective of construction at three levels: material,structure,and structure.Illustrate separately and summarize specific construction practices.The fourth chapter focuses on the study of the relationship between the skin and the four elements of form,function,environment,and information.It focuses on the study of the application strategy of the curtain wall under the open characteristics,highlights the main contradictions faced by the building skin,and then proposes the corresponding design strategy based on the specific conditions.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems encountered in the actual project and the solutions by taking the first block of Nanjing Baishui Industrial Park as a project example.The sixth chapter concludes and summarizes the main results and deficiencies of the research.更多还原
