【摘要】 党的十九届五中全会,明确提出要落实我国乡村振兴战略,其中一项要求就是要发展农村的金融市场,这是因为目前我国农村的金融市场无法真正满足我国乡村振兴发展的需求。而农村金融产品的匮乏,也为我国农村中小银行的发展带来了机遇和挑战。农村中小银行作为我国农村经济和金融发展的主体,要肩负起服务三农的责任,在推动农村经济建设,落实乡村振兴战略方面发挥主力军的作用,而如何履行农村中小银行的服务三农责任,则需要展开进一步深入的研究。金融市场可以为实体经济发展提供融资,推动农村金融市场的发展,才能解决在我国农村社会经济发展进程中的各项资金问题。本文采用文献资料法,归纳和整理了农村商业银行、社区金融、社区银行发展策略等相关的文献资料。采用案例分析法,研究了W农商银行在农村地区的发展现状,并结合前文文献资料中所提到的各类基础理论,分析了W农商银行的数据。本文详细的分析了W农商银行社区银行的发展现状以及存在的问题,包括缺乏科学合理的经营模式、在社区或乡镇缺乏明确市场定位,缺乏充足的创新资本、文化资本和人力资本等等,本文也从人才培养、创新型金融科技发展、差异化客户需求偏好和市场定位等4个角度出发,为W农商银行社区银行发展提供了对策,希望能够推动W地区社区金融的发展,贯彻落实我国的乡村振兴战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of my country clearly stated that the country’s rural revitalization strategy should be implemented.One of the requirements is to develop the rural financial market.This is because the current rural financial market in my country cannot truly meet the needs of rural revitalization and development in my country.The lack of rural financial products has also brought opportunities and challenges to the development of rural small and medium banks in my country.As the main body of my country’s rural economic and financial development,rural small and medium banks should shoulder the responsibility of serving the rural areas and farmers,and play a major role in promoting rural economic construction and implementing the rural revitalization strategy.How to fulfill the rural small and medium-sized banks’ responsibilities for serving the rural areas,You need to carry out further in-depth research.The financial market can provide financing for the development of the real economy and promote the development of the rural financial market,so as to solve various financial problems in the process of my country’s rural social and economic development.This article uses the literature method to summarize and sort out the related literature and materials of rural commercial banks,community finance,and community bank development strategies.Using the case analysis method,the development status of Wenzhou Rural Commercial Bank in rural areas is studied,and combined with the various basic theories mentioned in the previous literature,the data of Wenzhou Rural Commercial Bank is analyzed.This article analyzes in detail the development status and existing problems of Wenzhou Rural Commercial Bank’s community banks,including the lack of a scientific and reasonable business model,the lack of a clear market positioning in the community or township,and the lack of sufficient innovation capital,cultural capital and human capital,etc.This article also provides countermeasures for the development of Wenzhou Rural Commercial Bank community banking from four perspectives: talent training,innovative financial technology development,differentiated customer demand preferences and market positioning,and hopes to promote the development of community finance in Wenzhou and implement it.my country’s rural revitalization strategy.更多还原
