【摘要】 学校管理中,学生实习信息管理是一个非常重要的环节。教育部鼓励高校与企业开展校企合作,进行实习实践,但传统的学生实习登记管理全部是人工完成,效率较低。本文按照软件工程的主要思路,完成了学生实习信息管理系统的实现。通过设计出一套以实现学生实习信息登记为服务核心的管理系统,能够颠覆传统的人工登记方式,让实习登记信息化,推动登记及后续管理全流程的优化,极大地提高信息管理的效率,让资源得到更好地配置。其次,通过信息化管理能够把学生实习信息都整合起来,实现学校、人才、企业等多方的资源共享,让各方都有所受益。混合推荐模型中采取的推荐逻辑,是以内容和物品的协同过滤作为推荐算法的判断基点。对学生用户信息偏好、岗位关键词信息、岗位相似度进行建模,在混合推荐中,先对与用户信息匹配的内容进行推荐,再对偏好中的内容进行过滤,推荐评价较高的内容,然后在已经推荐的内容中,选择相似岗位信息进行推荐,过滤掉评价过的岗位,完成最终的岗位招聘信息推荐。在实际应用中,还解决了推荐模型中的冷启动和离线计算问题,更加符合平台运行情况。采用了SSH框架、My Eclipse、Oracle数据库等技术,系统的功能模块可以划分为几大块,包括注册登录模块、用户信息管理模块、实习单位管理模块、简历上传模块、简历文件管理模块、应聘管理模块、后台管理员模块、讨论区管理、实习打分模块、日志发布管理等。论文通过全面的需求调研分析,论证了系统的功能需求,阐述了系统的整体设计原理以及具体设计细节,开发出了实习信息管理系统的原型,同时对系统进行了测试,测试基于系统的实操有效性和可实现性。通过本文研究的学生实习管理系统的应用,能够大大提升学校实习管理的的效率,使学校实习信息相关登记与管理更加规范化,有助于学生实习工作的开展和高校信息化水平的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 In school management,student practice information management is a very important link.The Ministry of education encourages colleges and enterprises to carry out school enterprise cooperation and practice,but the traditional student internship registration management is all done manually,which is inefficient.According to the main idea of software engineering,this paper completes the realization of student practice information management system.Through the computer information system and database for student internship registration automation management,we can fully allocate resources,reduce costs,use the advantages of current database and technology,realize reasonable resource sharing from multiple parties,and improve the efficiency of student management.In the hybrid recommendation model,content-based recommendation and item based collaborative filtering recommendation are adopted.In the mixed recommendation,the content matching with user information is recommended,and then the content in the preference is filtered to recommend the content with high evaluation.Then,in the recommended content,similar position information is selected for recommendation,and the evaluated post is filtered out to complete the final post Recommended recruitment information.In practical application,the problems of cold start and off-line calculation in the recommended model are also solved,which is more in line with the operation of the platform.Using SSH framework,My Eclipse,Oracle database and other technologies,the system function is divided into registration and login module,user information management module,internship unit management module,resume upload module,resume file management module,application management module,background administrator module,discussion area management,internship scoring module,log publishing management,etc.Through the comprehensive demand investigation and analysis,the paper fully demonstrates the functional requirements of the system,carries out the overall design and detailed design of the system,and develops a prototype system for system testing.Through the application of student practice management system in this paper,it can greatly improve the efficiency of school practice management,make the registration and management of school practice information more standardized,and contribute to the development of student internship work and the improvement of university information level.更多还原
