【摘要】 在技术进步与国家政策的推动下,我国新能源汽车产业飞速发展,涌现了一大批成立时间不足10年,估值超过10亿美元的独角兽企业。这些独角兽企业在引领经济高速发展的同时,其生产经营活动方面存在诸多风险,如何科学有效的进行风险管理成为独角兽企业持续发展的关键。本文基于企业生命周期理论、信息不对称理论、风险管理理论以及企业全面风险管理理论,从企业内外部角度出发并结合事件研究法分析了我国新能源汽车行业独角兽企业存在的风险以及风险管理现状,外部风险主要包括政策风险带来的资金减少和市场风险;内部风险主要包括盈利持续性风险、技术风险和现金流风险。这些企业在风险管理方面普遍存在以下三个问题:风险管理理念不强、风险管理内部环境建设存在缺陷以及缺乏全面的风险管理制度。本文选取了新能源汽车行业有代表性的独角兽企业——宁德时代作为研究案例,研究其风险及风险管理,发现宁德时代除了存在行业内普遍存在的风险外,还存在来自资本市场的风险以及财务风险;发现宁德时代缺乏有效的风险管理文化、没有专门的风险管理部门、风险管理量化不足以及风险管理与具体业务融合不佳的问题。针对以上问题,本文提出了以下建议:新能源汽车独角兽企业应充分营造风险管理文化氛围、成立专门的风险管理部门、构建动态风险管理预警体系和弹性风险管理机制,以及将风险管理与具体业务有效融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Driven by technological progress and national policies,my country’s new energy automobile industry has developed rapidly,and a large number of unicorn companies that have been established for less than 10 years but are valued at more than US$1billion have emerged.While these unicorn companies are leading the rapid development of the economy,risks in production and business activities are frequent.How to conduct risk management scientifically and effectively has become the key to the sustainable development of unicorn companies.Based on the enterprise life cycle theory,information asymmetry theory,risk management theory,and enterprise comprehensive risk management theory,this paper analyzes the risks and risk management of unicorn enterprises in my country’s new energy automobile industry from the internal and external perspectives of the enterprise and combined with the event research method.The current situation,external risks mainly include capital reduction and market risks caused by policy risks;internal risks mainly include profit continuity risk,technical risk and cash flow risk.These companies generally have the following three problems in risk management: weak risk management concepts,defects in the internal environment of risk management,and lack of comprehensive risk management systems.article selected a representative unicorn company in the new energy automobile industry as a research case-the CATL,and explored the internal and external risks it faces and the status quo of risk management,and found that in addition to the common risks in the industry,the CATL there are also risks from the capital market and financial risks.Exploring the status quo of its risk management found that the CATL lacked an effective risk management culture,no dedicated risk management department,insufficient risk management quantification,and poor integration of risk management with specific businesses.In response to the above issues,this article puts forward the following suggestions: New energy vehicle unicorn companies should fully create a risk management cultural atmosphere,establish a dedicated risk management department,build a dynamic risk management early warning system and a flexible risk management mechanism,and combine risk management with specific Effective business integration.It is hoped that it can be of reference significance for the risk management of unicorn enterprises in the new energy automobile industry.更多还原
