【副题名】以宜兴市新时代文明实践为例

【摘要】 基层理论宣传是党的宣传思想工作的重要组成部分,承载着推进马克思主义中国化时代化大众化的重要使命,肩负着推动习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想走深走实走心的重要任务。优化基层理论宣传路径对深化基层宣传思想文化工作和精神文明建设、掌握意识形态工作领导权具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。为了推进基层理论宣传工作,推动党的创新理论“飞入寻常百姓家”,各地积极贯彻党中央的工作部署,进行了一系列实践措施,包括借助文明实践中心丰富基层理论宣传、利用“学习强国”平台提升理论素养、建设县级融媒体中心壮大主流舆论、树立宣传典型传递榜样正能量等。宜兴市在进行新时代文明实践的过程中,通过搭建三级五建五平台架构、实施市校结对共建活动、共筑线上线下同心圆、以志愿服务推动理论宣传等创新措施,在提升群众思想道德水平、增强群众获得感幸福感安全感、实现强村富民等方面取得了积极成效。然而,新时代世情、国情、党情和社情发生深刻变化,基层理论宣传仍然存在领导干部重视程度不足、宣传体制机制有待健全、宣传队伍建设缺乏稳定性、宣传内容供求不平衡等问题。针对这些问题,以马克思恩格斯关于理论掌握群众思想、中国共产党的群众路线思想和习近平关于基层宣传工作的重要论述为理论基础,通过总结分析宜兴市基层理论宣传的先进经验,提出了加强思想政治引领巩固党的群众基础、健全体制机制打通基层理论宣传渠道、加强队伍建设提高基层理论宣传水平、创新内容形式提升基层理论宣传吸引力、充分运用新媒体技术创新基层理论宣传方式方法的优化路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Grassroots theoretical publicity is an important part of the Party’s propaganda and ideological work.It bears the important mission of promoting the sinicization of Marxism,the modernization and the popularization of Marxism,and the important task of promoting Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to go deeper,get real and take heart.Optimizing the path of grass-roots theoretical publicity has important theoretical and practical significance for deepening the ideological and cultural work of grass-roots propaganda and the construction of spiritual civilization,and mastering the leadership of ideological work.In order to promote the theoretical publicity at the grass-roots level and promote the Party’s innovative theory "flying into the homes of ordinary people",various places have actively implemented the work deployment of the Party Central Committee and carried out a series of practical measures.This includes enriching grass-roots theoretical propaganda with the help of Civilization Practice Center,improving theoretical literacy with the platform of "Learning to Strengthen China",building county-level media center to strengthen mainstream public opinion,and setting up propaganda models to transmit positive energy.Yixing city in the process of practice in the new era of civilization,through constructing three-level Wu Jian five platform architecture and implementation of city school pair altogether activities,build online concentric circles,to volunteer services to promote theoretical innovation measures such as propaganda,in promoting the ideological and moral level,enhance the masses get a sense of well-being of security,strong implementation aspects such as village rich achieved positive results.However,profound changes have taken place in the world,national conditions,party conditions and social conditions in the new era.There are still some problems in the theoretical propaganda at the grassroots level,such as the insufficient attention of leading cadres,the imperfect propaganda system and mechanism,the lack of stability in the construction of propaganda team,and the imbalance between the supply and demand of propaganda content.In view of these problems,based on Marx and Engels’ theory of grasping mass thought,the CPC’s mass line thought and Xi Jinping’s important exposition on grass-roots propaganda work,through summarizing and analyzing the advanced experience of Yixing grass-roots theoretical propaganda,It puts forward the optimization path of strengthening the ideological and political guidance to consolidate the mass foundation of the Party,perfecting the system and mechanism to get through the grassroots theory publicity channel,strengthening the team construction to improve the grass-roots theory publicity level,innovating the content and form to enhance the attraction of grass-roots theory publicity,and making full use of new media technology to innovate the methods and methods of grass-roots theory publicity.更多还原
