【摘要】 AB律师事务所于2014年9月经四川省司法厅批准成立的一家全面实行公司化运营管理的律师事务所,经过短短五年的发展,已在律师业界建立了一定的口碑和威望,形成金融法律服务、房地产法律服务、政府法律顾问为主的法律业务体系。但因AB律师事务所自身定位为精品中小律所,当前大型律所快速扩张及团队专业化越来越细分的浪潮下,其核心竞争力正在日渐削弱。AB(成都)律师事务所亟需时刻洞察律师行业的环境变化,及时调整自身发展策略,选择更加优化的发展途径。本文主要对AB律师事务所的核心竞争力进行了研究,主要包括对AB律师事务所的发展情况、所处内外部发展环境、核心竞争力结构、核心竞争力发展阻碍、核心竞争力发展策略等方面进行了研究。通过研究得到以下核心结论:第一、AB律师事务所目前的发展机遇与挑战共存,挑战来自于内部专业团队能力提升、外部竞争对手加入等,机遇来自于政治、法治、科技等方面的良好环境。第二、AB律师事务所的核心竞争力来源于社会资源优势、专业化优势、品牌优势、制度优势,是AB律师事务所围绕法律服务市场需求及自身实际,并在长期经营实践中不断进行精进创新,从而积累沉淀起来的,充分维护了AB律师事务所作为一家中小型精品律所,在激烈的法律服务竞争市场的优势。第三、AB律师事务所的核心竞争力发展阻碍包括人才引进及提升机制不健全、业务消化及开发遇瓶颈、行政管理团队专业化建设有待提高、行业之间恶性竞争打击等方面。第四、AB律师事务所核心竞争力发展策略需要遵循环境导向、优势导向、问题导向思路,从完善人才引进及培养机制、开拓新兴业务领域、提升行政团队专业管理能力、互联网+律师法律服务等方面发力。更多还原

【Abstract】 AB Law Firm was established in 2014 through the sanction of judicature authorization of Sichuan Province.Since its inception,it has gotten a good reputation and established its authority.It has formed a healthy legal service system,including financial field、government services and real estate.It is positioning itself as a boutique one,but along with the rapid development and further specialization of the big law firms,the core competitiveness of AB law firm has gradually weakened.Therefore,AB Law Firm urgently need to keep insight into the environmental changes of the lawyering,adjust its own development strategies,and choose superior approach.This article mainly studies the core competitiveness of AB law firm,including the development,the internal and external development environment which it is lived,the structure of its core competitiveness,the development obstacles and the development strategies of core competitiveness etc.The following core conclusions are obtained through the research of this paper: Firstly,challenges and opportunities coexist for AB Law Firm,Challenges come from external competitors,and opportunities come from a good environment in politics,science and technology.Secondly,the core competitiveness of AB law firms comes from the advantages of social resource,professionalization,brand image,and institutional innovation.Combining with self-condition,AB law firm is focusing on the market demands and innovating constantly.Meanwhile,it is accumulating experience to maintain its competitive advantages.Thirdly,the obstacles to the development of the core competitiveness of AB law firm include the distempered personnel training system,incomplete completeness,poor specialized level of the administrator,and the vicious competition among industries.Fourthly,the development strategy of AB law firm’s core competitiveness needs to follow the environment-oriented,advantage-oriented,and problem-oriented.It needs to improve the talent cultivating mechanism,open up new business areas,improve management capabilities,and strengthen the development patterns of Internet +lawyer legal services.更多还原
