【摘要】 对于建筑设计理念和方法的探讨,值得每一位建筑师终身思考和追问。在设计过程中,我们需要解决各种各样纷繁复杂的问题。因此,形成一套完整的设计思维方法,对建筑师来说具有现实意义。互联网产品经理的设计思维是以成果为导向驱动产品设计的成功典范。建筑师作为传统行业的一员,在互联网下半场,一定会在行业融合中与互联网相遇,了解彼此的思维模式和做事方式就显得非常重要。医院标准病房是占据医院规模最大的部分,为患者提供了治疗、康复、生活等多重功能,也是患者停留时间最多的场所。对医院病房进行精细化、标准化设计,处理好医院病房设计问题,是当前医院设计中需要认真解决的问题。在医院设计领域,衔接业主、设计院和厂商桥梁的医疗工艺设计师已应运而生,其职责与产品经理非常相似。标准病房作为医院建筑设计中住院部的基本模块组成单元,其设计思考方法及关注点与互联网及工业设计中的产品具有诸多相似之处。本文总结了互联网“产品思维”的特点及设计方法,期望梳理出一套基于互联网“产品思维”的具有严密逻辑系统的建筑设计方法及框架,以此引导设计推进。文章从使用者需求入手,结合当前医院建筑本身相关设计方法进行研究,逐步探讨了病房基本布局、尺寸、洁污、效率等各种问题。对病房基本模块(病床床周空间、卫生间、陪护区、医护人员操作区)进行深入研究,提出标准病房单元的适宜空间尺寸、功能、构造、家具配置等设计要点,促进病房设计向专业标准化、精细化迈进,为医院病房设计提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The exploration of architectural design method is worth the lifelong thinking and questioning of every architect.During the designing process,we’ve got to resolve various kinds of complicated problems.Therefore,it is of practical significance for architects to form a complete set of design thinking methods.I hope to sort out a set of frameworks for the architectural designing mode with strict logic system and guide the promotion of the design based on the research method of Internet product thinking.The design thinking of Internet product managers is a successful practice of results-oriented product innovation.In the field of hospital designing,medical process designers have come into existence to bridge the gap between the owner,the design institute and the manufacturer and their responsibilities are very similar to those of product managers.As a basic module component of inpatient department in hospital architectural designing,general wards have got many similarities with Internet and industrial designing products in terms of design thinking methods and attentions.Through the research of relevant theories and methods such as preliminary planning,evidence-based design theory,lean design and "product thinking",this thesis expects to form a set of responsive architectural design methods based on "product thinking" of the Internet so as to guide the designing of hospital wards.Through the observation and interview of hospital ward users(medical staff,patients,and family members),this thesis conducts role portraits of ward users in order to find out their core demands and emotions.Moreover,it further discusses the problems of ward function,area,environment,efficiency,cost,cleaning and etc.,and puts forward the design key points and core functional modules(bed space module,toilet module)of general ward units,which can provide reference for hospital ward designing.更多还原
