【摘要】 高校是中华优秀传统文化传承发展的重要阵地。中华优秀传统文化融入高校人才培养是保持民族文化特色、树立文化自信的必然要求,也是帮助大学生健康成长的重要途径。党中央、国务院高度重视中华优秀传统文化独特的育人作用,明确要求:“将中华民族优秀传统文化全面融入国民教育”,真正实现以文化人、以文育人。为此,教育部印发了《完善中华优秀传统文化教育指导纲要》,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》,这些文件精神,为高校在人才培养中,加强中华优秀传统文化教育提出了基本要求。当前,在高等教育人才培养中,专业划分过细,在一些理工科高校从人才培养中,中华优秀传统文化养分明显缺失,中华优秀传统文化传承和创新需要进一步加强。如何发挥中华优秀传统文化独特的育人作用,积极推进中华优秀传统文化融入高校人才培养具有一定的理论和实践价值。本文坚持人才培养是高校中心工作,从立德树人出发,针对中华优秀传统文化融入高校人才培养,遵循“是什么—为什么一怎么办”基本思路,按照“何以融入、以何融入、如何融入”思维方式。笔者选取了西安市内几所具有代表性的高校作为研究对象,以习近平关于中华优秀传统文化育人理论,蔡元培高校德育思想和杜威德育思想作为理论基础,采用文献研究法和问卷调查相结合的方法,对这几所高校的学生情况分布数据进行取样调查,在师生中通过问卷星软件形式进行问卷发放,从高校师生对我国优秀传统文化知识的掌握情况、高校中课程设置情况、校园氛围中传统文化的融入情况、校园保障措施以及教师对中华优秀传统文化融入高校人才培养中的看法等问题分析,并结合教育相关理论进行研究,提出针对性方案。研究结果表明,高校师生普遍认为高校应该认知、实践、制度和方法上加强传统文化教育,笔者分别从加强校园保障措施、优化师资队伍、营造校园氛围和改善课堂教学不同层面提出对策建议,以其为中华优秀传统文化融入高校人才培养做出一定贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Colleges and universities are an important front for the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture.The integration of excellent traditional Chinese culture into university talent training is an inevitable requirement to m aintain national cultural characteristics and build up cultural confidence,as well as an important way to help college students grow up healthfully.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the unique role of Chinese fine traditional culture in educating people,and clearly require that "the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation be fully integrated into national education",so as to truly educate people with culture and culture.To this end,the Ministry of Education issued "the perfect Chinese excellent traditional culture education guidance outline(teach social science[2014]no.3),the general office of the central committee of the communist party of China,issued by The General Office of the State Council" about the opinions of the Chinese excellent traditional culture inheritance development project",the document spirit,in the cultivation of talents for colleges and universities,strengthen the Chinese excellent traditional culture education puts forward the basic requirements.At present,in the talent training of higher education,the division of majors is too fine.In the talent training of some science and engineering universities,the nutrition of excellent traditional Chinese culture is obviously missing.The inheritance and innovation of excellent traditional Chinese culture need to be further strengthened.How to give full play to the unique role of Chinese excellent traditional culture and actively promote the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into university talent training has certain theoretical and practical value.This paper insists that talent training is the central work of colleges and universities.Starting from cultivating people by virtue,and aiming at integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into talent training in colleges and universities,it follows the basic idea of "what--why--how" and the thinking mode of "how,how and how to integrate".The author selected the xi ’an city several representative universities as the research object,with xi jinping theories about Chinese excellent traditional culture education,CAI yuanpei ideological and moral education in colleges and universities Dewey’s moral education thought as the theoretical basis,adopt the method of combining literature research and questionnaire survey,several universities disciplines credits for this sampling distribution data,In the teachers and students through the questionnaire survey questionnaire star software form,from the teachers and students in colleges and universities of our country outstanding traditional culture knowledge mastering situation and situation of the curriculum in colleges and universities,in case of the traditional culture of the campus atmosphere,campus security measures and the teachers of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the views of the talent cultivation in colleges and universities such as problem analysis,and combining with the relevant theory of education,Put forward targeted programs.The research results show that teachers and students in colleges and universities is generally believed that universities should cognition,practice,strengthen the traditional culture education and method of the system,the author respectively from campus security measures,optimizing the teaching staff and create a campus atmosphere and improve class teaching different levels put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,as the Chinese excellent traditional culture into the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities to make a certain contribution.更多还原
