【摘要】 创新是企业发展的灵魂,随着行业竞争愈发激烈,创新环境日益复杂,技术不确定性和市场不确定性越来越高,企业仅凭自身有限资源很难实现技术的突破和创新绩效的维持,因此,跨越技术边界获取异质性资源是企业保持创新活力的重要方式。基于此,本文将跨界连接作为研究对象,分析了连接强度和连接质量两个维度对企业创新绩效的影响,并从技术颠覆的中介视角探究了跨界连接对企业创新绩效的影响路径,旨在为企业跨界创新和技术发展提供理论指导。本文基于跨界行为理论、关系强度理论和颠覆性创新理论,构建了“跨界连接-技术颠覆-企业创新绩效”的理论框架,并对三者之间关系进行了实证分析。首先,通过对国内外文献进行梳理,从关系视角将跨界连接划分为连接强度和连接质量两个维度,并分析了跨界连接的两个维度对企业创新绩效的影响路径;其次,基于技术创新的基本理论,引入技术颠覆作为中介变量,探讨了技术颠覆在跨界连接两个维度与企业创新绩效之间的中介效应,并在既有研究的基础之上构建了本文的理论模型,提出了研究假设;然后,借鉴国内外成熟量表对连接强度、连接质量、技术颠覆和企业创新绩效进行测度,并在此基础之上进行适当修整以保证量表的可靠性;最后,以问卷调查法的方式收集了 312家企业的有效数据,借助SPSS25.0分析工具对其进行数据分析,包括样本描述性统计、正态性检验、变量的相关性分析与回归分析,验证了自变量跨界连接两个维度(连接强度和连接质量)、中介变量技术颠覆与因变量企业创新绩效之间的作用关系。研究发现:(1)跨界连接强度和跨界连接质量对企业创新绩效都具有正向影响,且跨界连接质量的影响更大一些。无论是连接强度还是连接质量都有利于企业跨越技术边界获取多元化创新资源,但从企业的长远发展来看,连接质量所带来的资源交换稳态和知识流动活性更有利于企业创新绩效的提升;(2)技术颠覆在跨界连接强度与企业创新绩效、跨界连接质量与企业创新绩效之间都存在中介效应,且在跨界连接强度与企业创新绩效之间的中介作用更加明显。连接强度和连接质量都能加快企业技术知识更新促成技术颠覆,但连接强度一方面有利于多元化技术资源获取,激发创新灵感;另一方面“强连接”能够加快企业对“新知识”的理解与应用,将灵感转化为技术创新实践,促进技术颠覆的形成,因此技术颠覆在连接强度与企业创新绩效之间的中介效应更明显。本次研究在理论上建立了“跨界连接-技术颠覆-创新绩效”的研究框架,从技术颠覆的中介视角探析了企业之间跨界合作关系对创新绩效的作用机理;在实践上则为企业制定合理的跨界创新战略,提高自身技术创新能力提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation is the soul of enterprise development.With the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the innovation environment is becoming more and more complex,and the technology uncertainty and market uncertainty is higher and higher.For enterprises,it is hard to achieve technological breakthrough and maintain innovation performance only with their limited resources.Therefore,it is an important way for enterprises to obtain heterogeneous resources across the technological frontier to maintain innovation vitality.Based on this,this paper takes cross-border connection as the research object,analyzes the impact of connection strength and connection quality on enterprise innovation performance,at the same time,analyzes the impact path of cross-border connection on enterprise innovation performance from the intermediary perspective of technology disruption,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for enterprise cross-border innovation and technology development.This paper constructs a theoretical framework of "cross-border connection-technology disruption-enterprise innovation performance" based on cross-border behavior theory,relationship strength theory and disruptive innovation theory.And paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship among the three.Firstly,based on the literature review at home and abroad,this paper divides cross-border connection into two dimensions:connection strength and connection quality from the perspective of relationship,and analyzes the influence path of the two dimensions of cross-border connection on enterprise innovation performance.Secondly,based on the basic,theory of technological innovation,this paper introduces technology disruption as an intermediary variable,and discusses the mediating effect among the two dimensions of cross-border connection and enterprise innovation performance in based on the existing research,and constructs the theoretical model and puts forward the research hypothesis.Third,referring to the mature scales at home and abroad,this paper measures the connection strength,connection quality,technology disruption and enterprise innovation performance,and makes appropriate modifications on this basis to ensure the reliability of the scale.Finally,useing the questionnaire survey method to collect 312 effective data of enterprises,and uses SPSS25.0 analysis tools to do analyze,including sample descriptive statistics,normality test,reliability and validity analysis and regression analysis.These analyses verified the relationship among the two dimensions of independent variable cross-border connection(connection strength and connection quality),intermediary variable technology disruption and dependent variable enterprise innovation performance.The results show that:(1)Both cross-border connection strength and cross-border connection quality have a positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,and the impact of cross-border connection quality is greater.However,in the long run,the steady state of resource exchange and the activity of knowledge flow brought by connection quality are more conducive to the improvement of enterprise innovation performance;(2)Technology disruption play a mediating role both between cross-border connection strength and enterprise innovation performance,and between cross-border connection quality and enterprise innovation performance,and the mediating effect between connection strength and enterprise innovation performance is more obvious.Both connection strength and connection quality can accelerate the renewal of technological knowledge and promote technology disruption.However,on the one hand,connection strength is conducive to the acquisition of diversified technology resources and the stimulation of innovation inspiration;on the other hand,"strong connection" can speed up the understanding and application of "new knowledge",transform inspiration into technological innovation practice,and promote the formation of technological disruption.Therefore,the mediating effect of technology disruption between connection strength and enterprise innovation performance is more obvious.This study theoretically establishes a research framework of "cross-border connection-technology disruption-innovation performance",analyzes the mechanism of cross-border cooperation between enterprises on innovation performance from the intermediary perspective of technology disruption;In practice,it provides theoretical basis for enterprises to formulate reasonable cross-border innovation cooperation strategy and improve their technological innovation ability.更多还原
