【摘要】 近年来,随着国家对教育教学改革的不断推进,基础教育课堂教学和教师专业发展共同体已是当下教育界中的热点话题之一。教师作为教师专业发展共同体的重要要素,其专业能力对课堂教学质量影响比较大,所以如何通过教师专业发展共同体推动课堂教学质量发展已成为当前教育改革中急需解决的问题。本论文在共同体理论基础上,对新疆生产建设兵团(下文简称“兵团”)继续教育国培项目中的初中美术教师展开初中美术课堂教学现状调研及问题的原因分析,探析教师专业发展共同体推动初中美术课堂教学质量发展的策略,最后通过案例描述将研究进一步深入。首先,通过解读有关教师专业发展共同体以及美术课堂改革政策方针,查阅相关文献资料,分析教师专业发展共同体推动初中美术课堂教学质量发展的研究可行性与意义。其次,通过调查数据结果了解教师专业发展共同体推动初中美术课堂教学质量的主要存在问题,为后续教师专业发展共同体推动初中美术课堂教学质量发展的策略研究提供数据支撑。在上述研究的基础上,提出搭建平台、完善制度、聚焦课堂、课题研究等策略以推动初中美术课堂教学质量的发展。最后,整合相关数据和策略进行综合分析,提出名师工作室与区域研修的初中美术课堂教学案例,把教师教研成果落实到课堂中去,有针对性的提升初中美术教师教学质量,从而使学生体验到精彩的美术课程,最大程度的提升学生的综合素质与美术能力。通过本论文的研究推动初中美术课堂教学质量发展,完善初中美术课堂教学中的不足、改善教师对专业发展共同体的重要性缺乏足够的认识等。在日后的研究中,希望能将本课题的研究成果可以推广到区域外,使初中美术教师向卓越教师更迈进一步,使学生在美术课堂上学到更丰富的美术知识与美术技能。最后,随着基础教育的不断改革,初中美术课堂教学以及初中美术教师群体的建设必将取得更为突出的成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the continuous promotion of national education and teaching reform,classroom teaching of basic education and teachers’ professional development community has become one of the hot topics in the current education field.As an important element of teachers’ professional development community,teachers’ professional ability has a great impact on the quality of classroom teaching,so how to promote the development of classroom teaching quality through teacher professional development community has become an urgent problem in the current education reform.Based on the community theory,this paper investigates the current situation of junior middle school art teaching and analyzes the causes of the problems for junior high school art teachers in the continuing education national training project of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps(hereinafter referred to as "XPCC"),and analyzes the strategies of promoting the development of Junior middle school art classroom teaching quality by teachers’ professional development community.Finally,the study will be further deepened through case description 。 First of all,through the interpretation of teachers’ professional development community and the policy of art classroom reform,and consulting relevant literature,this paper analyzes the feasibility and significance of the research on promoting the development of junior high school art classroom teaching quality by teachers’ professional development community.Secondly,through the survey data,we can understand the main problems in promoting the quality of junior high school art classroom teaching by teachers’ professional development community,and provide data support for the follow-up strategy research of promoting junior high school art classroom teaching quality by teachers’ professional development community.On the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as building a platform,improving the system,focusing on the classroom,research topics and other strategies to promote the development of junior high school art classroom teaching quality.Finally,the integration of relevant data and strategies for a comprehensive analysis,put forward the famous teacher studio and regional study of junior high school art classroom teaching cases,teachers’ teaching and research results into the classroom,targeted to improve the teaching quality of junior high school art teachers,so as to enable students to experience the fine art curriculum,to maximize the overall quality and art ability of students.Through the research of this paper,promote the development of junior high school art classroom teaching quality,improve the shortcomings of junior high school art classroom teaching,improve teachers’ lack of sufficient understanding of the importance of professional development community.In the future research,I hope that the research results of this topic can be extended to the outside of the region,so that the junior high school art teachers can step further to the outstanding teachers,so that students can learn more rich art knowledge and art skills in the art classroom.Finally,with the continuous reform of basic education,junior high school art classroom teaching and the construction of junior high school art teachers group will achieve more outstanding results.更多还原
