【摘要】 我国乡村义务教育存在城乡教育资源配置不平衡、教学质量不高以及义务教育发展不均衡等问题,大学生乡村支教正是为缓解以上问题而被大力支持的项目。在党和国家着重发展乡村教育及高校重点培养大学生实践能力的背景之下,大学生支教活动具有十分重要的现实意义。为了充分了解大学生乡村支教活动成效的现状、积极效应及存在的问题,本文以安义县S乡的支教点学校S中学为例,在理论研究与实证调研的基础上,总结S乡大学生乡村支教活动所取得的成效,并采用问卷调查法、个案研究法及访谈法等研究方法,从受援学校及地区、受援学校教师、支教大学生、受援学生及家长五个维度考察大学生乡村支教活动所产生积极效应与消极影响。大学生乡村支教的积极效应主要表现在以下几个方面:(1)丰富受援学校教学资源,提高乡村教育水平;(2)焕发当地教师习新知热情,提升教学水平;(3)拓展学生视野,发扬当地传统文化;(4)更新家长的教育理念,改变教育方式;(5)帮助支教生了解国情乡村,增强责任心。但是,经过研究分析发现大学生乡村支教带来积极效应的同时,也会凸显一些问题与不足之处:(1)受援学校开支及管理难度加大;(2)部分受援学校教师个人成就感降低;(3)受援学生频繁适应不同教学风格;(4)受援学生家长生活压力增大;(5)部分支教教师误解支教活动意义。接着本文从选拔机制、监管与评价体系、保障机制、支教时间、支教教师更换频率、支教内容、支教动机这几方面剖析问题产生的成因。为了进一步优化大学生乡村支教活动,使其更好地发挥成效,促进乡村教育事业的发展,提出以下对策建议:(1)完善考核评价和监督管理机制;(2)进一步完善保障机制;(3)合理安排支教时间;(4)合理设置教学内容;(5)完善支教大学生选派机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are some problems in rural compulsory education in China,such as unbalanced allocation of educational resources,poor teaching quality and unbalanced development of compulsory education.Under the background that the party and the country lay stress on developing the rural education and the university lay stress on cultivating the university student’s practice ability,the university student’s supporting teaching activity has the very vital practical significance.In order to fully understand the current situation,positive effects and existing problems of college students’ rural volunteer teaching activities,this paper takes s Middle School in Anyi County s township as an example,on the basis of theoretical research and empirical investigation,summing up the achievements made by the rural volunteer teaching activities of college students in s village,and adopting the methods of questionnaire survey,case study and interview,etc.,this paper examines the positive and negative effects of rural support and teaching activities of college students from five dimensions: Recipient schools and regions,teachers of recipient schools,college students,recipient students and their parents.The positive effects of the rural volunteer teaching of college students are mainly manifested in the following aspects:(1)enriching the teaching resources of assisted schools and raising the level of rural education;(2)coruscating the enthusiasm of local teachers for learning new knowledge and improving the teaching level;(3)expanding students’ horizons,carry forward the local traditional culture;(4)update the parents’ educational concept,change the educational method;(5)help the students understand the national conditions of the village,enhance the sense of responsibility.However,through research and analysis,it is found that college students’ rural support education brings about positive effects,but it also highlights some problems and deficiencies:(1)the difficulty of expenditure and management of aided schools is increased;(2)the personal accomplishment of teachers in some aided schools is reduced;(3)the aided students frequently adapt to different teaching styles;(4)the parents of the aided students face more pressure in life;(5)some teachers misunderstand the significance of the activities.Then this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the selection mechanism,the supervision and evaluation system,the guarantee mechanism,the supporting teaching time,the changing frequency of the supporting teachers,the content of the supporting teaching and the motivation of the supporting teaching.In order to further optimize the activities of college students supporting education in rural areas,so as to bring them into full play and promote the development of rural education,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)improve the mechanism of evaluation and supervision and management;(2)further improve the safeguard mechanism;(3)reasonably arrange the time of supporting teaching;(4)reasonably set up the teaching content;(5)perfect the mechanism of selecting students for supporting teaching.更多还原
