【摘要】 在工学结合人才培养模式下,我国中职院校传统的班级管理模式面临严峻的挑战,在班级管理过程中各类问题不断出现,班级管理面临新挑战。本文以惠州市H中职学校班主任作为研究对象,利用文献资料法、问卷调查法以及访谈法,分析了其在工学结合下从组织建设、教学管理、活动管理三个方面的重建意愿、方式、效果和问题,得出:(1)班主任组织重建的意愿和行为都是不够的,但做出重建的班级大多取得了较好的建设效果。重建措施中调研需要分专业分企业具体情况而定,在组织常规建设中需要重点加强,而评价和反馈的实施在组织机构、组织愿景和组织常规重建中都明显不足。(2)班主任班级教学管理重建意愿较高,实施了班级教学管理重建的班级也都取得了较为优秀的教学效果。但是在教学管理方式重建激励性上效果较差,需要重点加强。班级教学管理内容变更在约束性、激励性和规范性上还有提升空间。(3)班主任活动管理重建的意愿偏低,重建力度不大,但学校又有相关要求,所以班主任必须提高重建意愿和行为。做出重建的班主任取得的成效是不错的。娱乐休闲性活动管理重建中大多数班主任都运用了多种方式,但是由于企业在娱乐休闲性活动管理中对学生要求不高,所以其约束性效果比较差。研究发现,影响班主任管理因素有:(1)学校要求和支持度,以及班主任的管理重建意愿和实施手段是主要影响因素。(2)学生适应性以及企业支持度也是班级管理的影响因素,但影响程度相对有限。最后,针对工学结合模式下中职班主任班级管理出现的问题及影响因素,从学校层面、班主任层面、企业层面出发,给出了相应的班级管理建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the talent training mode of work study combination,the traditional class management mode of secondary vocational colleges in China is facing severe challenges.In the process of class management,all kinds of problems appear constantly,and class management faces new challenges.This paper takes the head teacher of H secondary vocational school in Huizhou City as the research object.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the willingness,methods,effects and problems of the reconstruction from three aspects of organization construction,teaching management and activity management under the combination of work and learning(1)The willingness and behavior of the head teacher to organize the reconstruction are not enough,but most of the reconstructed classes have achieved good results.In the reconstruction measures,the research needs to be classified according to the specific circumstances of the enterprises,and the emphasis should be placed on the routine construction of the organization.The implementation of evaluation and feedback is obviously insufficient in the organizational structure,the organizational vision and the regular reconstruction of the organization.(2)The teacher in charge of a class has a higher willingness to rebuild the teaching management,and the classes that have implemented the reconstruction of class teaching management have also achieved better teaching results.But in the teaching management mode reconstruction incentive effect is poor,need to focus on strengthening.There is still room for improvement in the content change of class teaching management in terms of restriction,encouragement and standardization.(3)The willingness of the head teacher to rebuild the activity management is low,and the reconstruction is not strong.However,the school has relevant requirements,so the head teacher must improve the willingness and behavior of reconstruction.The teacher in charge of the reconstruction has achieved good results.Most of the head teachers have used a variety of ways in the management and reconstruction of entertainment and leisure activities.However,due to the low requirements for students in the management of entertainment and leisure activities,the binding effect is relatively poor.The results show that the factors affecting the management of class teacher are as follows:(1)the school requirements and support,as well as the management and reconstruction willingness and implementation means of the head teacher are the main influencing factors of class management in H secondary vocational school in Huizhou City.(2)Student Adaptability and enterprise support are also the influencing factors of class management in H secondary vocational school of Huizhou City,but the influence degree is relatively limited.Finally,in view of the problems and influencing factors of the class management of secondary vocational class teachers under the mode of work study combination,the corresponding class management suggestions are given from the school level,the class teacher level and the enterprise level.更多还原
