内蒙古战略性新兴产业发展的金融支持研究

【摘要】 新冠病毒全球蔓延之际,势必会再次加速世界产业结构的调整。以技术创新为主导的战略性新兴产业已经成为很多国家重点探索和扶持发展的领域。中国也积极颁布相应的战略性新兴产业发展政策,借助“一带一路”倡议不断提升我国高端产业的同时,2018年11月习主席宣布我国证券市场要建立面向世界科技前沿和国家重大需求的科创板,重点为我国的战略性新兴产业提供服务,通过实行注册制为符合条件的公司减少上市阻碍。各省市依据地域资源优势和产业基础着重发展相应产业,推动相关产业转型升级,重整实体经济。科技研发创新是新兴产业快速发展的关键,而在技术创新的研发阶段需要持续性的资金支持,金融作为支持产业快速发展的第一要素,研究其是否对产业的发展起到显著的支持作用具有现实意义。目前来看,现有文献对战略性新兴产业的研究重点着眼于宏观层面和沿海经济发达省份,而对内蒙古战略性新兴产业发展过程中金融支持是否显著的研究还很少,因此具有一定的研究意义。首先通过研读产业发展报告,分产业分析了目前内蒙古战略性新兴产业发展的状况。并根据数据的可得性、准确性和完整性选择了22家战略性新兴产业上市公司,选取2013-2019年的各项指标数据通过面板数据模型回归分析。依据实证结果发现,不同金融支持方式对产业的发展起到的支持强度不同,按照支持强度排序依次为股权融资、银行贷款、债券融资,整体来看对战略性新兴产业发展的支持强度较弱。通过将实证结果和内蒙古战略性新兴产业发展现状的对比,对实证结果进一步进行了解释,并从优化传统金融支持模式和打造新型金融支持模式两方面提出促进内蒙古战略性新兴产业发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 At a time when 2019-nCo V is spreading all over the world,it is bound to accelerate the adjustment of the world industrial structure again.Strategic emerging industries dominated by technological innovation have become the key areas for many countries to explore and support development.China has also actively promulgated corresponding policies for the development of strategic emerging industries,continuously upgrading China’s high-end industries with the help of the Belt and Road initiative.In November 2018,President Xi announced that China’s securities market would establish Science and Technology Innovation Board,which is oriented to the world’s scientific and technological frontiers and the country’s major needs.Focus on providing services for China’s strategic emerging industries,through the implementation of the registration system for qualified companies to remove the obstacles to listing.According to the advantages of regional resources and industrial base,all provinces and cities focus on developing corresponding industries,promoting the transformation and upgrading of related industries,and revive the real economy.Scientific and technological R&D and innovation is the key to the rapid development of emerging industries,and sustained financial support is needed in the R&D stage of technological innovation.Finance is the first element to support the rapid development of the industry.it is of practical significance to study whether it plays a significant role in supporting the development of the industry.At present,the existing literature focuses on the macro level and coastal economically developed provinces,but there is little research on whether the effect of financial support is significant in the development of strategic emerging industries in Inner Mongolia.therefore,it has a certain research significance.First of all,by studying the industrial development report,the paper analyzes the current situation of strategic emerging industries in Inner Mongolia.According to the availability,accuracy and completeness of the data,22 listed companies of strategic emerging industries are selected,and the index data from 2013 to 2019 are selected to regression through the panel data model.Based on the empirical results,it is found that different financial support methods have different support strengths.According to the support strength,the order is equity financing,bank loans,bond financing.Overall,the support intensity for the development of strategic emerging industries is weak.By comparing the empirical results with the development status of strategic emerging industries in Inner Mongolia,the empirical results are further explained.And from the two aspects of optimizing the traditional financial support model and building new financial support model,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of strategic emerging industries in Inner Mongolia.更多还原
