【摘要】 中央苏区时期,是指中国共产党于1929年初在江西南部、福建西部等农村地区开辟革命根据地为开端,一直到1934年10月中旬红军长征撤离根据地为止。这一时期是中国共产党独立领导革命战争的重要阶段,中共在所开辟的红色区域进行了局部执政和民生建设的首次伟大尝试。为了应对蒋介石对苏区进行的围剿与封锁政策,身处偏僻落后的赣南、闽西农村革命根据地的中国共产党力量薄弱,要想政权得以生存和发展,必须赢得广大苏区人民的支持与拥护。因此,中国共产党十分重视苏区的民生建设工作,以争取“创造第一等的工作”严格要求自己,通过带领苏区农民打土豪、分田地,进行土地革命;领导苏区军民进行农业、工业、商业、金融业建设,大力发展苏区经济;进行基础设施、教育、医疗、卫生事业建设;发展苏区社会保障事业等一系列措施,使得苏区民生建设取得了较大成就,解决了人民群众和红军战士的生活问题,人民生活质量与革命前相比得到了较大提升,中国共产党得到群众的广泛支持。同时,党在民生建设的过程中也积累了丰富的实践经验,为新中国成立后中国共产党独立执政、开展民生建设以及对于在全面建成小康社会的新时代继续推进民生工作提供了宝贵的借鉴和启示。本文主要对中央苏区时期中国共产党进行民生建设的必要性,中国共产党开展民生建设采取的具体措施,以及民生工作取得的成就与经验进行了较为全面的探讨。本文共分为五大章节,对党在中央苏区时期开展的民生建设进行了研究。第一章:绪论。这一章的内容包括论文的选题依据,以及研究该选题的意义,总结归纳这一问题在学术界的研究现状,阐述论文的研究方法、创新以及不足之处。第二章:中央苏区时期中国共产党开展民生建设工作的必要性。本章主要从苏区创建之前的民生状况以及进行民生建设是巩固和扩大中央苏区的必要条件两个方面来说明中国共产党在苏区开展民生建设工作的必要性和迫切性。第三章:中央苏区时期中国共产党进行民生建设的理论基础。本章分三部分对中国共产党进行民生建设的理论基础进行阐述,第一部分是理论溯源,主要包括马克思恩格斯以及列宁的民生思想;第二部分是中国共产党人的民生思想;第三部分是中华民族民生思想的深厚积淀。第四章:中央苏区时期中国共产党进行民生建设的措施。这一章主要阐述了中央苏区时期中国共产党开展民生建设的具体措施,主要包括解决土地分配问题,大力发展苏区经济,进行基础设施建设,发展医疗教育事业,开展社会保障工作五个方面。第五章:中央苏区时期中国共产党民生建设取得的成效和经验。这一章主要总结了中央苏区时期中国共产党开展民生建设工作取得的成就以及宝贵经验。中国共产党通过一系列的民生建设措施改善了苏区民生状况,人民经济收入水平有所提升,生产生活状况得到改善,民众更加拥护中国共产党,紧紧团结在党的周围,苏区的红色政权得到巩固。在取得重大成就的同时,也积累了丰富的民生建设经验,为我党在新时代进行民生建设提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The period of the Central Soviet Area refers to the beginning of the Chinese Communist Party’s opening of revolutionary base areas in rural areas such as southwestern Jiangxi and western Fujian in early 1929,and it lasted until the Red Army’s Long March withdrew from the base areas in mid-October 1934.This period was an important stage for the Chinese Communist Party to independently lead the revolutionary war.The Chinese Communist Party made its first great attempt in local governance and people’s livelihood in the red area that it opened up.In order to cope with Chiang Kai-shek’s encirclement and blockade policies on the Soviet areas,the Communist Party of China is weak in the remote and backward rural revolutionary bases in southern Jiangxi and western Fujian.If the regime is to survive and develop,it must win the support and support of the majority of the people in the Soviet areas.Therefore,the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the construction of the people’s livelihood in the Soviet area,and strives to "create the first-class work".It strictly requires itself by leading the peasants in the Soviet area to fight for the local tyrants,divide the land,and carry out the agrarian revolution;lead the Soviet area’s military and civilians in agriculture,industry,commerce,and commerce.The construction of the financial industry,the vigorous development of the economy of the Soviet area;the construction of infrastructure,education,medical care,and health;the development of social security undertakings in the Soviet area,has made great achievements in the construction of the people’s livelihood in the Soviet area and solved the lives of the people and the Red Army soldiers.The problem is that the people’s quality of life has been greatly improved compared to before the revolution,and the Chinese Communist Party has received widespread support from the masses.At the same time,the party has also accumulated a wealth of practical experience in the process of building people’s livelihood,which has provided valuable reference for the Chinese Communist Party to govern independently,carry out people’s livelihood construction after the founding of New China,and continue to promote people’s livelihood work in the new era of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Enlightenment.This article mainly discusses the necessity of the Chinese Communist Party for people’s livelihood construction in the Central Soviet Area,the concrete measures taken by the Chinese Communist Party to carry out people’s livelihood construction,and the achievements and experience of people’s livelihood work.This article is divided into five chapters to study the people’s livelihood construction carried out by the Party in the Central Soviet Area.Chapter 1: Introduction.The content of this chapter includes the basis of the paper’s topic selection,as well as the significance of researching the topic,summarizes the current research status of this problem in academia,and elaborates the research methods,innovations and deficiencies of the thesis.Chapter 2: The necessity of the Chinese Communist Party to carry out people’s livelihood construction during the Central Soviet Area.This chapter mainly explains the necessity and urgency of the Communist Party of China to carry out people’s livelihood construction work in the Soviet area from the two aspects of the people’s livelihood status before the establishment of the Soviet area and the construction of the people’s livelihood is a necessary condition for consolidating and expanding the Central Soviet Area.Chapter 3: The theoretical basis of the Chinese Communist Party’s people’s livelihood construction during the Central Soviet Area.This chapter is divided into three parts to explain the theoretical basis of the Chinese Communist Party’s livelihood construction.The first part is the theoretical tracing,exploring the people’s livelihood thoughts of Marx,Engels and Lenin;the second part is the people’s livelihood thoughts of the Chinese Communists;the third part is the people’s livelihood of the Chinese nation The deep accumulation of thought mainly includes the people’s livelihood thought in the excellent traditional Chinese culture and Sun Yat-sen’s people’s livelihood thought.Chapter 4: Measures taken by the Communist Party of China to build people’s livelihood during the Central Soviet Area.This chapter mainly elaborates the concrete measures taken by the Communist Party of China to develop people’s livelihood during the Central Soviet Area,including solving the problem of land distribution,vigorously developing the Soviet area’s economy,carrying out infrastructure construction,developing medical education,and developing social security work in five aspects.Chapter 5: The achievements and experience of the people’s livelihood construction of the Chinese Communist Party in the Central Soviet Area.This chapter mainly summarizes the achievements and valuable experience of the Chinese Communist Party in the construction of people’s livelihood during the Central Soviet Area.The Communist Party of China has improved the people’s livelihood in the Soviet area through a series of measures to improve the people’s livelihood.The people’s economic income has increased,production and living conditions have been improved,the people have more support for the Communist Party of China,firmly united around the party,and the red regime in the Soviet area has been consolidated.While making major achievements,it has
