【副题名】基于FDI的门槛效应

【摘要】 随着工业化与全球化的不断推进,我国的产业集聚区发展迅速,在参与国际分工的发展发展过程中,积极嵌入价值链发展的不同环节。在过去的三十多年来,全球价值链发展迅速,各国由简单的产品分工转变为依据各国生产要素参与国际分工,而我国制造业也积极参与国际分工,不断融入全球价值链体系。全球化进程的不断加快,外商直接投资(FDI)在促进产业集聚所发挥的作用日益受到重视,而产业集聚的发展也将进一步吸引外资,两者的相互影响将会对我国制造业全球价值链地位产生不同的影响。此次新冠肺炎疫情在全球范围内的爆发、蔓延,必将会影响全球价值链分工体系的正常运转,并在一定程度上影响全球价值链的重构。我国如何在当前特殊背景下有效应对不确定性,进而有效把握住机遇,是当前应当研究的重要问题。在此背景下研究外资和产业集聚对我国制造业全球价值链地位的影响具有一定的现实意义。本文遵循“绪论-理论基础-文献综述-理论机理-实证研究-结论建议”的步骤,探讨了产业集聚对我国制造业全球价值链地位的影响机理和FDI约束下产业集聚作用于制造业全球价值链地位的不同效应。第一章是绪论,介绍了本文的研究背景及意义、研究内容和研究方法及创新点和不足;第二章是理论基础和文献综述,结合产业区位论、国际生产折衷理论、FDI技术溢出、全球价值链地位等相关理论,对国内外相关文献进行梳理,并进行了文献评述;第三章是产业集聚、FDI对我国制造业全球价值链地位的影响机理,首先阐述了产业集聚对我国制造业全球价值链地位的影响机理,然后研究了 FDI约束下产业集聚对制造业全球价值链地位的影响机理;第四章是实证研究部分,本文采用制造业行业层面的面板数据,首先对不同数据来源做了统一的划分标准,选用筛选出的2005-2015年制造业10个行业的面板数据作为研究对象,运用交互项模型和门槛模型检验了 FDI对产业集聚作用于制造业全球价值链地位的门槛效应;第五章是结论与政策建议,这一章主要是对前文进行总结得出结论,并提出相关的政策建议。通过理论分析与实证检验,本文得出了以下结论:研究结果表明产业集聚对制造业全球价值链地位具有正向促进作用,纳入不同范围的FDI后,产业集聚对制造业全球价值链地位的影响呈“U”型关系,当FDI引入水平较低时,产业集聚抑制制造业全球价值链地位的提升,随着FDI引入水平的不断提高,产业集聚将不断提升制造业全球价值链地位。因此FDI对产业集聚作用于制造业全球价值链地位的提升具有门槛效应。本文与现有文献相比,其创新点如下:第一,研究视角的创新,现有文献多是将产业集聚、FDI和全球价值链地位两两之间进行研究,而容易忽视产业集聚与FDI交互影响的关系,因此本文创造性的以产业集聚为切入点,搭建起FDI-产业集聚-制造业全球价值链地位的整体框架,揭示了产业集聚与FDI的交互作用对我国制造业全球价值链地位的不同影响。第二,研究方法的创新,考虑到已有研究大部分是采用普通时间序列或者面板数据进行实证研究,但是该方法无法讨论FDI对产业集聚作用于全球价值链地位的非线性影响关系,因此,本文创造性的使用门槛效应模型进行估计,研究方法上具有一定的创新性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous advancement of our country’s industrialization and globalization,our country’s industrial agglomeration areas are developing rapidly.They are actively embedding different links in the development of the value chain while participating in the development and development of the international division of labor.In the past thirty years,the global economy has experienced a period of vigorous development of global value chains.Countries have changed from simple product division to participating in international division of labor based on their production factors.Our country’s manufacturing industry has actively participated in the international division of labor,deeply embedded in the global value chain system.As the process of globalization continues to accelerate,both foreign direct investment(FDI)and industrial agglomeration are impact on the positions of our country’s manufacturing industry in the global value chain positions,since FDI plays important role in promoting industrial agglomeration,meanwhile,the development of industrial agglomeration will further attract FDI.The global outbreak and spread of the new crown pneumonia(NPC)epidemic will definitely affect the normal operation of the global value chain division of labor system,and to a certain extent affect the reconstruction of the global value chain.How our country to effectively deal with uncertainties under the current special background and seize opportunities effectively is an important issue that should be studied at present.In this context,it is of practical significance to research the influence of foreign investment and industrial agglomeration on the positions of my country’s manufacturing global value chain.This article follows the steps of "Introduction-Theoretical FoundationLiterature Review-Theoretical mechanism-Empirical Research-Conclusion and Recommendation" to explore series questions,including the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on manufacturing global value chain positions;the different effect mechanism of FDI on industrial agglomeration on manufacturing global value chain positions.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of this article,research content,research methods,innovations and shortcomings.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and literature review,combined with related theories such as industrial location theory,international production compromise theory,FDI technology spillover,global value chain positions etc,combed the relevant domestic and foreign literature,and conducted a literature review.The third chapter is the mechanism of action.First,it expounds the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on the positions of my country’s manufacturing global value chain,and then studies the mechanism analysis of the threshold effect of FDI on the two.The fourth chapter is the empirical research part.This article uses industry-level panel data,the classification standards for different data sources are unified.The term model and the threshold model test the threshold effect of FDI on the role of industrial agglomeration on manufacturing global value chain positions.The final chapter is the conclusions and policy recommendations.This chapter summarizes the previous research results and puts forward relevant policy recommendations based on the conclusions.Through theoretical analysis and empirical testing,this article draws the following conclusions:Industrial agglomeration can significantly promote the promotion of global value chain positions.After FDI is included in the research scope,the influence of industrial agglomeration on the positions of manufacturing global value chain is in a U-shaped relationship.When the level of FDI introduction is low,industrial agglomeration has an inhibitory effect on the global value chain positions of the manufacturing industry.With the continuous improvement of the level of FDI introduction,industrial agglomeration will promote the positions of the manufacturing global value chain.Therefore,FDI has a threshold effect on the promotion of manufacturing industry’s global value chain positions along with industry agglomeration.The innovative points of this article are as follows:first,the innovation of research perspectives.The existing literature mostly studies the relationship between industrial agglomeration,FDI and global value chain position,and it is easy to overlook the relationship between industrial agglomeration and FDI.Therefore,this article creatively takes industrial agglomeration as the entry point to build an overall framework of foreign direct investment-industrial agglomeration-manufacturing global value chain positions,revealing the interaction of industrial agglomeration and foreign direct investment on my country’s manufacturing global value chain positions Different influences.Second,the innovation of research methods.Most of the existing studies use ordinary time series or panel data for empirical research,which cannot discuss the non-linear influence of foreign direct investment on global value chains.Therefore,this article creatively uses the threshold effect model to estimate,and the research method is innovative.更多还原
