【摘要】 党员是保证党活力和战斗力的基础。党成立以来,始终将党建工作作为主要目标。而确定正确的党员发展标准是保证党员质量的首要环节,也是维护党的先进性和战斗力的重要保证。党员发展标准作为党组织吸收党员的标准和要求,以党纲党章为根本遵循,以时代条件为现实依据,是对入党申请者加入中国共产党的基本条件的规定。中国共产党制定正确的党员发展标准,就是为了从社会各阶层中筛选为共产主义事业奋斗的先进分子,为实现共产主义远大理想积蓄力量。党员是保证党活力和战斗力的基础。党成立以来,始终将党建工作作为主要目标。而确定正确的党员发展标准是保证党员质量的首要环节,也是维护党的先进性和战斗力的重要保证。党员发展标准作为党组织吸收党员的标准和要求,以党纲党章为根本遵循,以时代条件为现实依据,是对入党申请者加入中国共产党的基本条件的规定。中国共产党制定正确的党员发展标准,就是为了从社会各阶层中筛选为共产主义事业奋斗的先进分子,为实现共产主义远大理想积蓄力量。改革开放以来,在中国共产党的坚强领导下,拉开了改革开放伟大革命的序幕。在改革开放的过程中,中国特色社会主义的道路、理论、制度和文化逐步形成,中国特色社会主义进入新时代。这一时期的党员发展标准和党员发展实践在中国共产党的建设史上极具特色并取得了显著的效果。党的十九大以来,为进一步做好全面从严治党视阈下的党员发展工作,有必要深入探究改革开放以来这一时期的党员发展标准的演变历程,总结成功经验,以期获得现实启示。论文以改革开放以来中共党员发展标准作为研究对象,试图呈现在改革开放的时代背景下党员发展标准四十多年的演变过程,总结出这段时期党员发展标准变迁的经验启示。通过挖掘马克思主义经典作家关于党员发展标准和党员发展工作的观点、见解,为中国共产党的党员发展的相关相关研究建立牢固的理论支撑。在简要回顾改革开放以前中共党员发展标准的历程后,将重点放在对改革开放以来中共党员发展标准的演变历程的梳理和探讨上。通过改革开放前后两个时期的比较分析和每个时期各阶段的总结归纳,结合当前全面从严治党的现实要求,得出了党员发展标准的历史经验和现实启示。这对在新时代下加强党的长期执政能力建设、先进性和纯洁性建设,对推进党的建设新的伟大工程,并实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略目标,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The participation of party members in party activities is the basis of party vitality and fighting capacity.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the development of the CPC has been the fundamental and important task of party building and an important part of party organization.Among them,the establishment of the correct level of party member development standards is the primary link to ensure the quality of party members,but also to maintain the party’s progress,integrity and combat effectiveness of the primary obstacle.As the criteria and requirements for party organizations to recruit party members,the standards for party member development,based on the party platform and constitution,and based on the conditions of the times,are the basic requirements for applicants to join the CPC.The CPC sets correct standards for the development of party members in order to screen the advanced elements struggling for the cause of communism from all walks of life and accumulate strength to realize the great ideal of communism.Since reform and opening up,under the strong leadership of the CPC,the great revolution of reform and opening up has begun.In the process of reform and opening up,the road,theory,system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics have gradually taken shape,and socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The development standards and the development practice in this period in the CPC construction history has the characteristic extremely and obtained the remarkable effect.Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC,in order to further do a good job in the development of party members under the strict and strict governance of the party,it is necessary to thoroughly explore the evolution process of party member development standards in this period,and sum up the successful experience in order to obtain practical inspiration.The thesis takes the development standards as the research object since the reform and opening up.It attempts to present the evolution process of the CPC member development standards over the past 40 years under the background of reform and opening up,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment during this period.By digging out the opinions and insights of the classic Marxist writers on development standards and development work,a solid theoretical support is established for the relevant research on the development of party members of the CPC.After briefly reviewing the course of the CPC development standards before the reform and opening up,the focus is on sorting out and discussing the evolution of the CPC development standards since the reform and opening up.Through the comparative analysis of the two periods and the summary of each stage in each period,combined with the actual requirements of the current strict and comprehensive governance of the party,the historical experience and practical enlightenment of the party member development standards are obtained.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the party’s long-term governance capability,advanced nature and purity in the new era,to promote the great new project of party building,and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.更多还原
