基于SOC多路语音录音系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在当今信息技术时代,科技发展速度十分迅猛,语音处理技术也飞速发展,各种语音处理及通信技术应用于各行各业。其中,语音录音设备在金融、铁路、电力等系统中的监控、安全方面被广泛应用。然而,传统的录音设备由于体积大、存储容量小、处理速度慢、传输距离有限受到了极大的挑战。如果在实际应用中,录音设备能实现多路处理、远程传输等功能,将会大幅度改善传统设备的性能。因此,设计一套多路录音传输系统有着重大的理论意义和实际意义。为提高语音处理的实时性与高效性,本文采用多通道集成采样芯片,并结合嵌入式技术作为系统设计方案。在语音采集设计中,使用仪表放大器电路和5阶巴特沃斯带通滤波器对原始语音信号进行放大、滤波处理;并且采用一款集成采样芯片ADS8588S,可实现8通道数据同时采集且运行稳定。硬件开发平台选用TQ2416开发板,其核心处理器为ARM S3C2416,实现了数字化语音信号的高速处理,可外扩SD卡以便大容量存储,并可通过以太网传输,实现远程传输的目的。论文的主要任务是在研究了系统相关关键语音处理技术的基础上,设计并完成了一套可同时采集8路信号的语音录音系统,通过Linux系统辅助实现语音文件的可靠传输。本文对各个功能模块的设计方案和具体实现流程做了具体介绍,其中,硬件部分包括语音信号的采集、放大及滤波模块,实现了±5 V满量程采样范围的信号放大及频率300Hz~3400Hz的通带滤波。软件部分包括语音采样数据的处理和网络应用程序的设计。具体来讲,ADS8588S驱动程序采用定时器方式读取设备中的数据;语音编码采用单声道16位量化位数的WAV音频格式,从而实现语音录制功能。在此基础上,可通过网络应用程序实现Linux网络服务器功能,并且能够根据PC客户端的需求,对已保存的语音文件进行管理和传输。本系统主要实现了单个语音芯片同时处理多路语音信号,处理性能较强。另外,在各种实际应用中,语音传输处理技术往往具有通用性,本课题所提出的较为通用的语音传输方法也有一些参考价值。

【Abstract】 In the information age,science and technology are developing rapidly,then the technology of voice processing are also developing rapidly.And a variety of technology of voice processing and voice communications are used in various industries.Particularly,the voice recording equipment is widely used in the monitoring and security of financial,railway,electric power and other systems.However,the traditional recording system has been greatly challenged because of its large size,small storage capacity,processing speed,limited transmission distance.If the recording equipment can realize multi-channel processing and remote transmission in practical application,the performance of the traditional equipment will be greatly improved.Therefore,the design of a multi-channel voice recording transmission system has great theoretical and practical significance.In order to improve the real-time and high efficiency of voice processing,multi-channel integrated sampling chip is adopted and embedded technology is used as the system design scheme in thesis.In the design of voice acquisition,the instrument amplifier circuit and the 5-order butterworth bandpass filter are used to amplify and filter the original speech signal.At the same time,an advanced integrated sampling chip ADS8588S is used,which can sample 8-channel data at the same time and run stably.TQ2416,ARM S3C2416 for the core processor,is used as a hardware development platform.It implements high-speed digital voice signal processing,external expansion of SD card memory for mass storage,and real-time transmission via Ethernet to achieve the purpose of real-time remote transmission.The main work of the dissertation is based on the demonstration of the key speech processing technology related to this system and completed a set of voice recording system which can collect 8 signals at the same time and achieve the reliable transmission of voice files through the help of Linux system.The thesis introduces the design process and the concrete realization scheme of each function module in detail.Hardware circuit part includes the voice signal acquisition,amplification and filtering module to achieve the signal amplification of the 5V full-scale measurement and the frequency of 300Hz~3400Hz passband range.And,the software design is divided into voice processing program and network applications.Specifically,a timer is used to read data from the device in ADS8588S driver;a mono 16-bit WAV audio format is adopted for the voice coding to realize voice recording.On this basis,it can achieved Linux network server functions through the network application program,which realizes management and query of stored voice file according to the requirements of the PC client.The system mainly realizes a single voice chip processes multiple voice signals at the same time,so the performance of processing is stronger.In addition,in various practical applications,the technology of voice transmission and processing is usually universal.So the general voice transmission and processing system proposed in this paper have some reference value.
