NG智能计量管理系统开发项目进度管理研究

【摘要】 计量作为钢铁企业运营中的重要环节之一,面临着管理、人力资源、工作效率三方面的巨大压力,建立一套高效、可靠、智能化的计量管理系统对企业越来越重要。而智能计量系统项目作为操作层管理系统,实施内容越来越多,越来越复杂,如何高效、快捷的编制出计量系统项目的进度计划成为保证项目能否成功实施的重点工作之一。NG集团是江苏省内的一家特大型钢铁企业,计划实施智能计量管理系统,本文采用基于遗传算法的关键链技术,围绕NG智能计量管理系统开发项目的进度计划编制和进度控制问题展开研究,对智能计量项目的进度计划进行设计,以得到在各种外界制约条件下项目总工期最短的进度计划方案。首先对NG智能计量管理系统开发项目进行WBS分解,编制网络图并对相关数据进行分析整理,以关键路径法编制出项目进度计划方案。然后研究使用关键链技术编制进度计划的过程,明确过程中的每个步骤和方法。重点研究关键链识别和缓冲区大小计算的方法,建立基于关键链的进度管理模型;再结合遗传算法,实现对项目进度计划的优化,从而得到项目总工期最小的各任务工期组合。最后通过案例研究方式,用NG智能计量管理系统开发项目的实际数据,验证上述过程、模型和算法的有效性。同时结合本人工作经验和部门实际情况,为NG智能计量管理系统开发项目设计专用的进度控制方法和沟通汇报机制。通过以上的研究与实践,实现对NG智能计量管理系统开发项目进度管理工作的改进,为类似项目在计划编制时想使用关键链技术提供参考与借鉴。

【Abstract】 As one of the important links in iron and steel enterprises,metrology faces enormous pressures in terms of management,human resources,and work efficiency.Establishing an efficient,reliable,and intelligent measurement and management system is increasingly important for companies.The smart metering system project,as an operation layer management system,is becoming more and more complex.How to compile the schedule of the smart metering system project is one of the important work to ensure the successful implementation of the proj ect.NG group is one of the very large iron and steel enterprises in Jiangsu province,and plans to implement intelligent measure system.This paper focuses on issues related to schedule planning and schedule control in the NG intelligent measure system project,and adopts critical chain technologies based on genetic algorithms.Design the schedule of intelligent measure projects to get the schedule with the shortest total project duration under various external constraints such as manpower shortage and limited resources.Firstly,WBS decomposition was carried out on the project of NG intelligent measure system,and the network graph was prepared and analyzed and sorted out.The project schedule plan was prepared by the critical path method.Then,the process of making progress plan based on critical chain technology is studied,and the content and usage method of each step in the process is clarified.The method of critical chain identification and buffer size calculation is focused on,and the progress management model based on the critical chain is established.Combined with the genetic algorithm and the critical chain technology,the optimization of the project schedule is realized,and the minimum project duration of the project is obtained.Finally,through the case study method,the actual data of NG intelligent measure system project is used to verify the validity of the above process,model and algorithm.At the same time,combining with my work experience and the actual situation of the department,I designed a special schedule control method and communication reporting mechanism for the project design of NG intelligent measurement management system.Through the above research and practice,we will improve the project schedule management of the NG intelligent measurement management system,and provides reference and reference for similar projects using the critical chain technology.
