非正交锥面包络锥蜗杆副啮合理论研究

【摘要】 本文提出一种新型锥蜗杆传动装置,即非正交锥面包络锥蜗杆副,其包络锥蜗杆的螺旋面是由锥面砂轮磨削而成。本文主要研究了非正交锥面包络锥蜗杆副的啮合理论,并分析了设计参数及工艺参数对非正交锥面包络锥蜗杆传动啮合性能的影响。论文的主要研究内容包括:(1)推导出包络锥蜗杆螺旋面的方程,锥面包络锥蜗杆切齿的啮合函数、啮合特性参数;求解出锥蜗轮齿面方程,非正交锥面包络锥蜗杆副的啮合函数、啮合特性参数、啮合性能参数。(2)依据包络锥蜗杆切齿的啮合函数和锥蜗杆螺旋面的方程,提出一种绘制包络锥蜗杆齿廓的方法,并计算了轴截面分度锥上的齿形倾角。(3)分析了锥面包络锥蜗杆切齿曲率干涉特性和非正交锥面包络锥蜗杆副啮合特性,此研究的基础为求解多元非线性方程组,并应用消元法和几何图形法求得其在给定区域内的所有的解。(4)进行了基于参考点的啮合理论分析,介绍了参考点的选取及位置坐标的计算原理。(5)阐述了非正交锥面包络锥蜗杆副的齿面共轭区边界及瞬时接触线的计算原理,得到了其局部啮合性能规律,并提出了啮合不对称性的改善方法。通过数值仿真研究,分析了非正交锥面包络锥蜗杆副的宏观和局部啮合性能,揭示了设计参数和工艺参数对它的影响。研究结果表明,此非正交锥面包络锥蜗杆齿面精度高,承载能力强,润滑性能好,包络锥蜗杆工作长度长,包络锥蜗杆副齿面共轭区大,包络锥蜗杆副不根切。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a new type of spiroid drive is presented,which may be called the nonrthogonal conical surface enveloping spiroid pair.The spiral surface of enveloping spiroid is ground by a conical wheel.In this paper,the meshing theory of nonrthogonal conical surface enveloping spiroid pair is studied.What’s more,the influence of design parameters and technological parameters on the meshing performance of the nonrthogonal conical surface enveloping spiroid pair is analyzed.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)The equation of spiral surface of the enveloping cone worm is derived,the meshing function and the meshing characteristic parameters of the cone worm gear cutting are obtained.Meanwhile,the meshing function,the meshing characteristic parameters and the meshing performance parameters of the nonrthogonal conical surface enveloping spiroid pair are solved.(2)Combine with the meshing function of the enveloping cone worm gear cutting and the helical surface equation of the enveloping cone worm,a method is put forward to draw the tooth profile of the enveloping spiroid.Meanwhile,the tooth profile angle in the pitch cone of the axial section is calculated.(3)The curvature interference characteristics of the cone worm gear cutting and the meshing characteristics of the nonrthogonal conical surface enveloping spiroid pair is carried out.The basis of this study is to solve the multivariate nonlinear system,and the elimination method and the geometric figure method to obtain all the solutions in the given region are applied.(4)The analysis of meshing theory based on reference point is carried out,and the selection of reference points and the calculation principle of the position coordinates are described.(5)The calculation principle of the boundary of the tooth surfaces and instantaneous contact lines for the nonrthogonal conical surface enveloping spiroid pair is described.The local meshing property rule is obtained and the improved method of meshing asymmetry is proposed.Meanwhile,through numerical simulation study,the macroscopic and local meshing properties of the nonrthogonal conical surface enveloping spiroid pair are analyzed,and the influence of design parameters and technological parameters on it is revealed.Research results show that,there are some great advantages of this nonrthogonal conical surface enveloping spiroid pair,such as high precision of tooth surface,large carrying capacity,good lubrication condition,long working length of the conical surface enveloping spiroid,large conjugate zone of enveloping spiroid pair.And the phenomenon of undercutting will not appear.
