管道智能封堵器的设计研究

【摘要】 随着我国油气管道使用年限的增长与铺设管路的增长,时常需要对其进行阀门更换、增加支路、管线修改及管段更换等维护抢修作业保证其安全平稳运输。因此,研究出能够快速维修封堵的管道封堵装置意义极其重大。而上世纪九十年代,管道智能封堵技术国外逐步发展起来,作为一项新型封堵技术,其具有能够远程控制、无牵绳、定点封堵以及无需开孔进入管道等特点,工艺简单且能够最大程度的减少对管道损伤,具备良好的经济性。本文在介绍国内外封堵设备发展概况的同时,分析了现有各类管道封堵设备存在的不足,从而引入了基于管道智能封堵技术的管道智能封堵器。并对管道智能封堵器的整体结构及实现原理进行了设计研究,针对管道智能封堵器设计要求与某输油处φ711管道具体情况设计了一种能实现了双端封堵作业的管道智能封堵器整体方案,通过上游发球端同时发送两个封堵头且能够在到达指定位置时分离,按照指令完成锚定动作与密封动作,从而分别封堵管道上游与下游的压力。针对所提出的双端封堵作业方案对管道智能封堵器进了具体结构设计,建立了管道智能封堵器的Solid Works三维模型,对其关键部件的结构尺寸,安全强度进行了设计校核。同时,针对所设计的管道智能封堵器液压动力系统设计了相应的液压回路并利用AMESim软件对整个工作过程进行了分析。最后,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对管道智能封堵器密封单元进行了密封性能进行研究,确定了所设计的胶筒结构以及胶筒组合方式的密封的可靠性;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对锚定工具锚定卡瓦与管道内壁进行了接触分析,确定其锚定的可靠性;利用FLUENT软件对锚定时的流场状态进行了分析,研究不同流速对其锚定性能的影响。

【Abstract】 With the growth of China’s oil and gas pipelines and the growth of pipelines,it is often necessary to carry out maintenance and repair operations such as valve replacement,additional branch roads,pipeline modification and pipe section replacement to ensure safe and stable transportation.Therefore,it has been extremely important to study a pipe blocking device capable of quickly repairing the plugging.Pipeline high-pressure intelligent plugging technology is a new plugging technology developed abroad in the 1990 s.It has the characteristics of remote control,no drawstring and fixed point plugging.It can enter the pipeline without opening,thus minimizing damage to the pipeline.In this paper,the development of plugging equipment at home and abroad are introduced.The existing shortcomings of various types of pipeline plugging equipment are analyzed.So pipeline intelligent plug based on pipeline intelligent plugging technology are introduced.In this paper,the overall structure and implementation principle of the pipeline intelligent plug are designed and studied.According to the design requirements and the specific situation of the φ711 pipeline in a certain oil delivery station,an overall scheme that can achieve double-end plugging operation is designed.The two plugging heads are simultaneously sent through the upstream serving end and can be separated when reaching the designated position,and the anchoring action and the sealing action are completed according to the instructions,thereby respectively blocking the pressures upstream and downstream of the pipeline.Aiming at the proposed double-end plugging operation scheme,the concrete structure of the pipeline intelligent plug was designed.The Solid Works three-dimensional model of the pipeline intelligent plug was established,and the structural dimensions and safety strength of the key components were designed and checked.At the same time,the corresponding hydraulic circuit was designed for the designed hydraulic power system and the whole working process was analyzed by AMESim software.Finally,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to study the sealing performance of the sealing unit,and the reliability of the designed rubber cylinder structure and the combination of the rubber cylinders was determined;The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the contact between the slip and the inner wall of the pipeline to determine the reliability of the anchoring performance.The FLUENT software was used to analyze the flow field state of the anchor timing,and the influence of different flow rates on its anchoring performance was studied.
