晃动条件下胺法脱酸再生系统性能实验研究

【摘要】 随着液化天然气浮式生产储卸装置(FLNG)的不断发展,胺法脱酸工艺的应用越来越受到重视,传统的脱酸工艺研究主要集中在陆地静止条件下,很少涉及在海上晃动环境下其脱酸性能,再生塔及再沸器作为海上天然气预处理工艺再生系统中的关键设备,其运行情况对天然气净化效果以及经济效益具有重要的影响。本文开展再生塔及再沸器在晃动条件下胺法脱酸气系统性能的相关实验研究。通过改造现有胺法脱酸气实验装置,使其能够满足不同晃动参数以及不同工艺参数下脱酸性能实验研究要求。通过对不同晃动工况(晃动形式、晃动幅度、晃动周期)以及不同工艺参数条件下再生塔及再沸器脱酸实验结果进行分析,得到了再生塔、再沸器在晃动条件下胺法脱酸气性能的影响规律:单一晃动形式中,横(纵)摇对再生塔性能影响最大,带有横(纵)摇的不同耦合晃动形式中横(纵)摇的影响占主导作用,其他晃动形式对再生塔性能影响较小;晃动条件下升高再生温度与降低再生压力能够在一定程度上改善再生效果,进而提升吸收效果,再生压力对再生效果的影响较小;单一晃动横、纵摇以及耦合晃动横摇+纵摇对再沸器性能影响较大,晃动周期对再沸器的影响可忽略不计。本文得到的不同晃动工况(晃动形式、晃动幅度、晃动周期)以及不同工艺参数条件下再生塔及再沸器脱酸性能规律对浮式生产储卸装置(FLNG)胺法脱酸中再生系统的设计以及运行具有一定的参考意义。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of LNG floating production storage and offloading device(FLNG),the application of amine deacidification process has received more and more attention.The traditional deacidification process research mainly focuses on land-stationary conditions,and rarely involves shaking at sea.The deacidification performance of the environment,the regeneration tower and the reboiler are the key equipments in the regeneration system of the offshore natural gas pretreatment process,and its operation has an important impact on the natural gas purification effect and economic benefits.In this paper,the experimental study on the performance of the amine deacidification system under the shaking condition of the regeneration tower and reboiler is carried out.By modifying the existing amine deacidification gas experimental device,it can meet the experimental requirements of different sloshing parameters and deacidification performance under different process parameters.By analyzing the decalcification experiments of the regeneration tower and reboiler under different shaking conditions(sloshing form,shaking amplitude,shaking period)and different process parameters,the regeneration tower and reboiler under the shaking condition were obtained.The influence law of acid gas performance: In the single sloshing form,the horizontal(longitudinal)shaking has the greatest influence on the performance of the regeneration tower,and the influence of the horizontal(longitudinal)shaking in the different coupling sloshing forms with the horizontal(vertical)shaking dominates,other shaking The form has little effect on the performance of the regeneration tower;increasing the regeneration temperature and reducing the regeneration pressure under shaking conditions can improve the regeneration effect to a certain extent,thereby improving the absorption effect,and the regeneration pressure has less influence on the regeneration effect;single shaking horizontal and vertical shaking And the coupled swaying roll + pitch has a great influence on the performance of the reboiler,and the influence of the sloshing cycle on the reboiler is negligible.The different shaking conditions(sloshing form,shaking amplitude,shaking period)and the deacidification performance of the regenerator and reboiler under different process parameters are obtained for the floating production and storage unit(FLNG)amine deacidification regeneration system.The design and operation have certain reference significance.
