【副题名】以商南县花园村为例

【摘要】 随着城镇化的快速推进,乡村空间的绿色发展成为新时期的重要课题,“三生空间”协同也是实现乡村绿色发展的必然要求。乡村三生空间功能提升能促进乡村生活环境的改善、社会经济的发展和生态环境的保护,可有效缓解乡村发展建设过程中生态空间质量下降、生产空间布局混乱及生活空间品质低下等问题。陕南地区作为我国内陆重要生态保护区及集中连片贫困区,面临着乡村社会经济发展和生态保护的双重需求。本文以陕南低山丘陵区乡村为研究对象,针对这一地区乡村三生空间功能问题,通过分析研究对象的三生空间功能需求,提出功能提升规划策略,对研究区乡村发展建设提供科学参考和依据。本文运用实地调查法和文献查阅法,并借助GIS工具,分析研究区乡村空间分布特征,解析乡村三生空间的构成要素与功能承载,依据研究区乡村三生空间的功能现状,剖析研究区乡村生活空间、生产空间及生态空间功能存在问题。聚焦于生活空间功能弱化;生产空间功能缺失;生态空间功能不足展开研究。针对研究区乡村三生空间功能存在的问题,运用访谈法,针对村民改善生活环境、社会经济发展及生态环境保护三个不同需求主体的诉求,对研究区乡村三生空间功能需求展开研究,进而提出研究区乡村三生空间功能提升规划策略。针对生活空间进行功能修补,通过改善居住功能的附属空间、模块化布局社会支撑功能、流动式布局生活保障功能、修补祠堂等社会文化功能、修缮村委会等社会保障功能等5方面提出功能修补策略;针对生产空间进行功能增补,通过簇群布局生产空间功能、完善道路等生产支撑功能、增设服务产品生产功能等3方面提出功能增补策略;针对生态空间进行功能织补,通过生态敏感性评价的生态基底管控、构建生态廊道修复山林景观、织补生态景观绿核与线状绿带等3方面提出功能织补策略。在此基础上,研究以商南县花园村为实践案例,借助三生空间功能提升的规划策略,探索了花园村三生空间的协同发展路径。研究提出的陕南低山丘陵区乡村三生空间功能提升策略,可以为生态敏感地区的乡村发展提供借鉴,为政府及相关部门制定乡村发展相关政策提供科学实践指导与典型示范。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the green development of rural spaces has become an important issue in the new era,and the collaboration of "Ecological-ProductionLiving Spatial" is also an inevitable requirement for the realization of green rural development.The improvement of rural Ecological-Production-Living Spatial function can promote the improvement of rural living environment,the development of social economy and the protection of ecological environment can effectively alleviate the problems of the decline of ecological space quality,the chaotic production space layout and the low quality of living space in the process of rural development and construction.Southern Shaanxi,as an important inland ecological protection area and concentrated contiguous poverty-stricken area in China,is facing the dual needs of rural social economic development and ecological protection.This paper takes the rural areas of the low mountain and hilly areas in southern Shaanxi as the research object.In view of the spatial function problems of rural areas in this area,this paper analyzes the spatial function requirements of the research objects and proposes functional enhancement planning strategies to provide a scientific reference and basis for the development of rural areas in the research area.This article uses field survey method and literature reference method,also with the help of GIS tools,analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of rural areas in the study area,analyzes the constituent elements and functional bearing of the rural Ecological-ProductionLiving Spatial,and analyzes the rural areas of the research area based on the functional status of the rural Ecological-Production-Living Spatial in the research area.There are problems with the functions of living space,production space and ecological space.Focus on the weakening of living space functions;the lack of production space functions;and the lack of ecological space functions.Aiming at the problems existing in the spatial function of the three villages in the study area,the interview method was used to investigate the demands of the villagers for improving the living environment,social and economic development and ecological environmental protection.Put forward the planning strategy of improving the spatial function of the three villages in the study area.Functional repairs are made to the living space,which are proposed through five aspects including improving the auxiliary space of the living function,the modular layout of the social support function,the mobile layout of the life security function,repairing the ancestral hall and other life security functions,and repairing the village committee and other Sociocultural function.Strategy;add functions to the production space,propose function addition strategies by clustering the production space functions,improving the production support functions such as roads,and adding service product production functions;Ecological datum management and control,construction of ecological corridors to restore mountain forest landscapes,darn green cores and linear green belts of ecological landscapes are proposed as functional darn strategies.On this basis,the study takes Huanyuan Village in Shangnan County as a practical case,and explores the collaborative development path of Ecological-ProductionLiving Spatial in Huayuan Village with the help of planning strategies for improving the function of Ecological-Production-Living Spatial.The research put forward the strategy of improving the rural three-generation spatial function in the low mountain and hilly areas of southern Shaanxi,which can provide a reference for the rural development in ecologically sensitive areas,and provide scientific practical guidance and typical demonstrations for the government and relevant departments to formulate policies related to rural development.更多还原
