【摘要】 城市的发展是一个不断地新陈代谢与追求更新的过程。当城市发展到一个特定阶段,必定会出现其发展的困境,为了打破这种发展瓶颈,往往需要对城市进行更新或者改造,实现城市的自我调节。对城市原有的结构进行改造并开拓新的城市发展渠道,是城市自我调节的有效途径。怎样把握其中的规律,让城市功能、空间风貌等多方面都能满足城市发展需求是摆在城市管理者面前亟待解决的问题。为了促进新时期下的城市工作推进,快速推动城市健康有序发展,党中央和国务院先后多次出台了相关政策与法令。2015年,中央城市工作会议提出,针对当前各种城市病,在集约发展的总方针下,按照“框定总量、提高质量、盘活存量、限定容量”的原则,转变城市发展方式,同时对城市开发边界进行了合理界定。2016年,在三亚召开的全国“生态修复、城市修补”工作会议上,再一次对“城市双修”的重要性进行明确。会议上确定了城市双修在未来城市工作的重要性。标志着我国城市改造工作从之前的外延式扩张正式全面转向内涵式发展,此次会议为我国当前的城市改造工作提供了总体指导方针。本文基于这样的社会背景与研究契机,以北京市顺义中轴线片区为研究对象展开研究。首先进行相关基础理论研究、国内外城市更新综述及城市修补的理论综述,并进行系统全新的梳理与汇总。再通过对北京顺义中轴线片区的现状土地使用、功能结构、交通情况、设施水平、公共空间、风貌特色等因素进行全面分析并梳理出相关问题。并以问题为导向,通过对城市设计在城市修补中的适用性研究。从多个侧面分析城市设计与“修补型更新”的协同性,在城市设计层面提出城市修补方法。最后针对北京顺义中轴线片区提出针对性的两级策略。即整体式缝合修补,在城市功能、交通系统、城市节点、公共设施、城市风貌等方面,提出整体的引导策略。另一层面,通过切入式催化修补策略,来完善各层级存在衔接问题。最终达到优化顺义中轴线片区空间结构,促进土地的集约利用,提升城市功能品质,并推动北京顺义中轴线片区走上动态、可持续发展的道路。希望本文可以为顺义中轴线片区的更新工作提供必要的指导,并充实对现阶段城市修补工作的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of a city is a process of renewal of metabolism and pursuit of renewal.When the city develops to a specific stage,it will inevitably appear its development predicament.In order to break this kind of development bottleneck,it is often necessary to renew or transform the city to realize the self-adjustment of the city.It is an effective way for the city to adjust itself by reforming the original structure of the city and opening up new channels for the city development.How to grasp the law,so that urban functions,spatial features and other aspects to meet the needs of urban development is placed in front of the city managers to solve the problem.In order to promote the urban renewal and development work in the new era and promote the healthy and orderly development of the city,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have issued many relevant policies and decrees.In 2015,the central urban work conference proposed that,in the light of current urban diseases,under the general policy of intensive development and in accordance with the principles of "fixing the total quantity,improving the quality,activating the stock and limiting the capacity",the root causes of the disease should be quickly identified and treated according to the symptoms Change the mode of urban development,at the same time,the urban development boundary is reasonably defined.In 2016,at the National Conference on Ecological Restoration and urban restoration held in Sanya,the importance of double restoration of the city was once again made clear.At the meeting,the importance of urban double-maintenance in the future urban work was determined.It marks that the urban renewal of our country has changed from the extensive expansion to the connotative development.This meeting provides the general guideline for the urban renewal work in our country.Based on this social background and research opportunity,this paper takes the Shunyi District axis area of Beijing as the research object.First of all,the relevant basic theoretical research,domestic and foreign urban renewal and urban repair of the theoretical review,and a new system of carding and summary.Then through the Beijing Shunyi District Axis area of the status of land use,functional structure,traffic conditions,facilities level,public space,features and other factors to comb out the relevant issues.And take the question as the direction,through to the urban design in the urban repair applicability research.This paper analyzes the synergy between urban design and urban renovation,and puts forward the urban renovation method in urban design.Finally,a two-level strategy is proposed for the Shunyi District axis region.That is,the integral sewing repair,in urban functions,transportation systems,urban nodes,public facilities,urban features,and so on,put forward the overall guidance strategy.On the other hand,through the cut-in catalytic repair strategy to improve the level of convergence problems.Finally,it optimizes the spatial structure of Shunyi District Shunyi District axis area,promotes the intensive use of land,improves the quality of urban function,and pushes the Beijing Shunyi District Axis area on the road of Dynamic and sustainable development.It is hoped that this paper can provide necessary guidance for the renovation of the Shunyi District central axis area and enrich the study of the current urban renovation work.更多还原
