电动压气机电机设计及仿真研究

【摘要】 压气机是利用高速旋转的叶片给空气做功以提高压力的部件,其运转完全由开关磁阻电机提供,因此需要不断地开发新型电机,一种可以作为新型动力形式存在的电机,始于80年代中期,它的优势是兼顾其他异步电动机、直流电动机的优势,又解决了现代科学技术不易融入的难题。当今世界已经在低速、中低速方面有较大应用,但是在中高速、高速方面研究涉及较少,基于这种应用需求,当前急需研究一种超高速类型的电机。毫无疑问这就增加了研究的难度,所以后来磁力轴承和陶瓷轴承应运而生,磁力轴承具有无接触、无需润滑、高精度、高转速的优势,陶瓷轴承具有受温度影响小、接触范围小、摩擦力小的优点,因此选用时可根据实际情况选用不同的材料和型号。本文介绍了开关磁阻电机(Switched Reluctance,SR)的研究背景及意义,基本结构与原理,数学模型及线性分析、非线性分析,调速系统的介绍,磁路计算,电机参数等,利用开关磁阻电机的Matlab软件,分别在不同的电压、开断角以及执行调节控制方式(Proportion Integral Derivative,PID)下,输出开关磁阻电机调速系统(Switched Reluctance Motor Drive,SRD)的磁链、电流、功率、转矩等仿真图形,从而对比分析其性能。我们已经知道磁力轴承的支撑刚度与电机转子的支撑是各向同性的,通过对实验室样机的测量与计算,得出的结果是:当施加高速转速位为60000r/min,转换单位为1000r/s时,电机的仿真结果是可以达到85000r/min,转换单为1400r/s。
【Abstract】 The compressor uses the high speed rotating blade to work for the air to raise the pressure component,its operation is completely provided by the switch reluctance motor,therefore Society needs to develop the new type motor unceasingly,the switch reluctance motor is developed in the mid-1980 s new type motor,it combines with the modern power electronics technology,the control technology has the DC motor and the asynchronous motor superiority,today the world already has in the low speed,the medium high speed,the high speed aspect research involves little,based on this kind of application demand,the switch reluctance motor ultra-high speed development has become the hot research spot.This undoubtedly increases operation and control and the difficulty of making,so later magnetic bearing and ceramic bearing came into being,magnetic bearing has the advantages without contact,without lubrication,high precision and high speed.Ceramic bearing has the advantages of small temperature influence,small contact range and small friction force,so different materials and models can be selected according to the actual situation.This article introduces the research background and significance of switch reluctance motor(SRD motor),basic structure and principle,mathematical model and linear analysis,introduction of speed regulation system,magnetic circuit calculation,motor parameters and so on.The Matlab simulation and design of switch reluctance motor,output SRD system flux,current,power,torque and other simulation graphics,so as to analyze its performance.We already know that the support stiffness of the magnetic bearing is isotropic with the support of the motor rotor.Through the analysis and calculation of the existing prototype,the result is that when the high speed is applied to 60000,the conversion unit is 1000,the electric power is obtained.The simulation result of the machine is that it can reach 85000,the conversion unit is 1400 the magnetic force line distribution of magnetic bearing,the magnetic flux density vector distribution map and the equivalent node cloud map,as well as the magnetic force magnitude of rotor are obtained by using the Ansys.
