【摘要】 沟域经济是山区发展研究的新视角,不同区域的沟域由于地理环境、发展条件、发展空间等方面的限制,发展方向也千差万别。在沟域经济发展研究中,如何将山区特殊的地理环境与产业规划融为—体,如何充分挖掘沟域的自身潜力和内在动力,以及面对沟域空间、资源分异特征如何针对性构建发展模式等问题亟待学术界和产业界探讨与解决。阿坝州黑水县属高山深谷特殊地貌,境内沟谷纵横,有黑水河、小黑水河、毛尔盖河三条主河流和上百条溪沟,县域内的产业、村落、环境、资源等要素均是以沟域为载体进行布局,特殊的自然条件决定发展沟域经济是其必然选择;同时,黑水县是边远山区、革命老区和少数民族聚集区,既属四川盆地向青藏高原过渡区,又是农区向牧区的过渡区,地理位置意义特殊,具有较大研究价值。首先本文通过梳理国内外沟域经济相关研究文献,从概念、内涵、基本特征、发展关键因素等方面深入探讨了沟域经济的基本理论,以便全面认识沟域经济面貌;其次对本篇论文的指导理论如可持续发展理论、需求理论、产业融合理论、利益相关者理论进行了研究,为笔者研究沟域经济发展模式奠定理论基础;然后以黑水县作为研究对象,从自然与人文环境、发展状况等方面进行详尽分析,解读出制约沟域经济发展的主要因素;接着利用DEM模型分析法,借助ArcGIS平台并结合实际调研数据,从沟域空间特征和资源特征两个方面对黑水县沟域基础特征进行分析,明晰沟域分异情况;最后,在前面研究基础上,因地制宜构建符合黑水县情的三大沟域经济发展模式,找到黑水县沟域经济发展路径。经研究和分析表明:①制约黑水县沟域经济发展的因素主要有自然地理条件受限、产业体系不健全、劳动力资源匮乏,技术人才短缺、组织管理机制不健全等因素。②依据沟域空间形态将黑水县分为毛尔盖沟域、渔巴渡沟域、卡龙沟沟域、沙石多沟域、三奥雪山沟域以及达占冰山沟域六大沟域。③六大沟域存在明显的空间分异,这也决定了各沟域的土地利用情况和产业布局存在差异性。④六大沟域存在明显的资源分异:渔巴渡沟域人文旅游资源相对丰富,农牧产业基础薄弱;达古冰山沟域、卡龙沟沟域、三奥雪山沟域和沙石多沟域等四大沟域自然旅游资源等级相对较高,有一定的旅游业基础,农牧产业基础相对薄弱;毛尔盖沟域主要以农牧产业为主,耕地资源相对集中。⑤针对黑水县沟域经济发展具体状况与沟域分异特征,本文构建了民俗文化体验型模式、旅游景区带动型模式、特色农牧驱动型模式三大沟域经济发展模式。其中,黑水县渔巴渡沟域适合选择民俗文化体验型模式,应考虑从完善传承保护机制、挖掘多元民俗体验项目、增强文化自生功能等方面采取措施;达古冰山沟域、卡龙沟沟域、三奥雪山沟域和沙石多沟域适合选择旅游景区带动型模式,应选择以景区为核心、以景带村以及创新管理运营等方式进行建设;毛尔盖沟域适合选择特色农牧驱动型模式,应采取特色化发展、标准化发展、延生产业链等策略进行发展。本研究在一定程度上丰富了沟域经济的理论系统,具有一定的理论意义,也为国内其他同类地区的沟域经济发展研究提供参考和借鉴;另一方面,本文以实现沟域经济良好持续发展为研究目标,具有较强的可操作性,对促进黑水县的沟域经济发展具有一定的实践指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The valley economy is a new perspective for the study of mountain development The development direction of valley in different regions is different due to the limitations of geographical environment,development conditions and development space.In the study of the valley economic development,how to integrate the special geographical environment of the mountain area with the industrial planning,how to fully find out the potential and internal motivation of the valley region,and facing the different characteristics of valley space and resources how to build suitable development models and other issues urgently need to be discussed and resolved by academia and industryThe Heishui County of Aba Prefecture is a special landform of high mountains and deep valleys.There are three main rivers such as Heishui River,Xiaoheishui River and Maoergai River,and hundreds of creeks.The industries,villages,environment,resources and other elements within the county are all laid out in the valley region,so,the special natural conditions determine the development of the valley economy is its inevitable choice.At the same time,Heishui County is the remote mountainous area,the old revolutionary base and the minority gathering area.It is also a transition zone from the Sichuan Basin to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,and a transition zone from the agricultural area to the pastoral area.So the Heishui County has a special geographical position and a great research valueFirstly,by combing the domestic and foreign research literatures on the valley economy,this paper deeply discusses the basic theory of the valley economy from the aspects of concept,connotation,basic characteristics,key factors of development in order to fully understand the face of the valley economy.Secondly,this paper’s guiding theories such as sustainable development theory,demand theory,industrial integration theory,and stakeholder theory are studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for me to study the development model of the valley economy.Then take Heishui County as the research object,make a detailed analysis from the aspects of natural and human environment,development status,etc.,and interpret the main factors restricting the development of the valley economy.Then,using the DEM model analysis method,through ArcGIS platform and combined with actual survey data,the basic characteristics of the valley regions in Heishui County are analyzed from the two aspects of the spatial and resource to clarify the valleys’ differentiation.Finally,based on the previous research,according to local conditions,I construct three development models of the valley economy in line with the situation of Heishui County,and find the paths of development of the valley economy in Heishui County.The research and analysis show that:①The factors restricting the valley economic development in Heishui County are mainly limited by natural geography,unsound industrial system,lack of labor resources,shortage of technical personnel,and inadequate organization and management mechanisms.②According to the spatial shape of the valleys,Heishui County can be divided into six valleys,the Maoergai valley,the Yubadu valley,the Kalonggou valley,the Shashi-duo valley,the San’ao-snowymountain valley and the Dagu-iceberg valley.③There are obvious spatial differences in the six valleys,which determines the differences in land use and industrial layout of the valleys.④There are obvious resource differences in the six valleys:the Yubadu valley is relatively rich in humanities resources,but the foundation of agriculture and animal husbandry is weak;the Dagu-iceberg valley,the Kalonggou valley,the San’ao-snowymountain valley and the Shashiduo valley have relatively high levels of natural tourism resources and a certain tourism base,but the foundation of the agricultural and animal husbandry industries is weak;the Maoergai valley is dominated by agriculture and animal husbandry,with relatively concentrated cultivated land resources.⑤Aiming at the specific conditions of the valley economic development and the characteristics of the valley differentiation in Heishui County,this paper constructs three valley economic development models:the experiential model of folk culture,the model driven by scenic area,and the model driven by agriculture and animal husbandry.Among them,the Yubadu valley is suitable for selecting the experiential model of folk culture,and measures should be taken from the aspects of improving the inheritance and protection mechanism,digging multiple folk experience projects,and enhancing the self-generated function of culture;the Dagu-iceberg valley,the Kalonggou valley,the San’ao-snowymountain valley and the Shashiduo valley are suitable to choose the mode drivien of the scenic area,and they should be built with the scenic area as the core,driving village by the scenic area,and innovative management and operation;The Maoergai valley is suitable for the selection of a model driven by agriculture and animal husbandry,it should adopt strategies such as characteristic development,standardization development,and extension of the production chainOn the one hand,this study enriching the theoretical system of the valley economy to a certain extent,has certain theoretical significance,and also provides reference for the research of valley economic development in other similar regions in China;on the other hand,this paper takes the good development of the valley economy as a research goal and has strong operability,it has certain practical guiding significance for promoting the development of the valley economy in Heishui County.更多还原
