【摘要】 目的:客观评价电针在治疗病理性近视早期黄斑病变对最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度(SFCT)、mf-ERG R1环P1波振幅密度、潜伏期的数据资料,以评估电针的疗效水平。方法:收集符合标准的病理性近视早期黄斑病变37人37只眼例作为研究对象,抽取随机信封分为治疗组21眼和对照组16只眼。对照组采用普通针刺治疗,治疗组在普通针刺基础接电针。观察两组治疗前后及1月的BCVA、SFCT、mf-ERG R1环P1波振幅密度、潜伏期。结果:两组患者在相关基线方面差异性无统计学意义(P>0.05),均衡性较好,具有可比性。(1)两组治疗后以最佳矫正视力(BCVA),进行统计分析,组间及组内比较(P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。(2)mf-ERG R1环P1波振幅密度,组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);P1波潜伏期无论组间及组内,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度(SFCT),两组比较(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论:电针可以改善患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA),mf-ERG R1环的P1波振幅密度高于治疗前,P1波的潜伏期无明显变化,中心凹脉络膜厚度(SFCT)没有明显变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Objectively evaluate the data of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),subfoveal choroidal thickness(SFCT),mf-ERG R1 ring P1 wave amplitude density,and incubation period of electroacupuncture in the treatment of early stage macular degeneration of pathological myopia to evaluate electroacupuncture The level of efficacy.Methods:A total of 37 eyes of 37 patients with pathological myopia and early macular degeneration that met the criteria were collected as the research objects.Random envelopes were drawn and divided into 21 eyes in the treatment group and 16 eyes in the control group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,and the treatment group received electroacupuncture on the basis of ordinary acupuncture.Observe the BCVA,SFCT,mf-ERG R1 ring P1 wave amplitude density and the incubation period of the two groups before and after treatment and in January.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the relevant baseline between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),and the two groups were well balanced and comparable.(1)After treatment,the two groups were statistically analyzed with best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),and compared between and within groups(P<0.001),the difference was statistically significant.(2)The amplitude density of P1 wave in mf-ERG R1 ring,the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.001),the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the P1 wave latency was no statistically significant difference between and within groups Academic significance(P>0.05).(3)The subfoveal choroid thickness(SFCT)between the two groups(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture can improve the patient’s best corrected visual acuity(BCVA).The amplitude density of the P1 wave in the mf-ERG R1 ring is higher than before treatment.There is no significant change in the latency of the P1 wave,and the foveal choroidal thickness(SFCT)has no significant change.更多还原
