【摘要】 制造业的基本单元,是一个个的工厂,而为了面对市场对产品多样化的需求和对产品交货期越来越短的要求,企业必须改变旧有的规模化大批量生产模式,柔性化生产成为未来工厂的迫切需求。数字化工厂改造正是搭建柔性制造系统的整体项目解决方案。数字化工厂改造是一个整体规划的系统工程,从传统工厂到数字化工厂的改造项目,需要达到产品的智能化、生产的自动化、信息流和物资流合一这三个目标,建立起工厂的“数字化双胞胎”。从数字化工厂改造项目来看,5G技术提供了性能水平较高的无线网络,此外,广泛覆盖有5G的物联网,实现了万物互联的基础,未来的工厂势必会让物理现实与数字虚拟得到结合,让现代制造业和IT技术得到结合,工厂再也不是独立存在的封闭个体,内外的界限将会越趋模糊,在整个价值链条中充当着重要组成部分,这便是我们所说的“数字化工厂”。由于各工厂之间的基础设施差异性,以及数字化改造项目属于新技术改造应用,客户需求往往并不明确,在项目执行过程中会由于项目范围不清而带来各种问题。如何应用项目管理的研究方法,开展对数字化工厂改造项目的项目范围界定的研究,本文从项目管理的基本定义开始,通过对数字化工厂基本特性的分析,研究5G与数字化工厂改造项目的结合点,系统的分析了数字化工厂改造项目如何进行项目范围管理,归纳出了数字化工厂改造项目各个阶段范围管理重点,并在实际项目中得到了有效的验证,最后认为在项目初期进行项目范围的合理规划是项目全生命周期内最重要的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic units of manufacturing industry are factories one by one.In order to meet the market demand for product diversification and the demand for shorter and shorter product delivery time,enterprises must change the old large-scale mass production mode,and flexible production becomes the urgent demand of factories in the future.The reconstruction of digital factory is the whole project solution of building flexible manufacturing system.The transformation of digital chemical plant is a systematic project of overall planning.From the traditional plant to the transformation project of digital chemical plant,it is necessary to achieve the three goals of product intelligence,production automation,information flow and material flow integration,and establish the "digital twin" of the plant.From the perspective of the transformation project of the digital chemical plant,5g technology provides a wireless network with high performance level.In addition,it covers 5g Internet of things widely and realizes the foundation of interconnection of everything.In the future,the plant is bound to combine physical reality and digital virtual,modern manufacturing industry and it technology.The plant is no longer an independent closed individual,and the internal and external boundaries will be More and more vague,it plays an important part in the whole value chain,which is what we call "digital factory".Due to the differences in infrastructure between factories and the application of new technology in digital transformation projects,customer needs are often not clear,and various problems will be caused due to unclear project scope in the process of project implementation.How to apply the research method of project management to carry out the research on the project scope definition of the transformation project of digital chemical plant?Starting from the basic definition of project management,through the analysis of the basic characteristics of digital chemical plant,this paper studies the joint point of 5g and the transformation project of digital chemical plant,systematically analyzes how to carry out the project scope management of the transformation project of digital chemical plant,and sums up At last,it is considered that the most important management in the whole life cycle of the project is to plan the project scope reasonably in the early stage of the project.更多还原
