【摘要】 当前我国经济正进入高质量发展阶段,移动互联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等新兴技术在各个领域的应用和发展迅速。传统金融业在受到新兴“互联网金融”的极大冲击的同时,也为传统金融业发展带来新的机遇。中国人民银行印发《中国金融业信息技术“十三五”发展规划》中强调加强信息技术与金融业务的深度融合,推动新技术的应用,促进金融创新发展,加强金融科技(Fin Tech)和监管科技(Reg Tech)的研究与应用,深入开展大数据技术应用与创新,积极推进区块链和人工智能等新技术应用研究。中国人民银行印发《金融科技(Fin Tech)发展规划(2019-2021)》中明确要求科学规划和统筹大数据应用,推动形成金融业数据融合新格局;合理统筹规划云计算在金融领域的应用;加强分布式数据库在金融领域的研发和应用。大连特贝特信息科技有限公司是一家专业从事银行应用软件开发和系统集成服务的科技公司,有着十三年银行科技服务经验,积累一批忠诚度较高的银行客户,研发有十余款自主知识产权的软件产品,同时具备独立设计并施工银行核心机房、数据中心、灾备中心的能力。近些年银行科技服务行业竞争日益加剧,公司发展过程中的一些问题开始逐渐呈现,例如:业务增长放缓、缺乏高水平人才、市场开拓遇到阻力等。这些问题导致大连特贝特信息科技有限公司在日益激烈的竞争中变得十分被动,严重限制了公司发展。在当前国家要求加强信息技术与金融业深度融合和加快推进新型基础设施建设的背景下,大连特贝特信息科技有限公司必须牢牢抓住难得历史机遇,充分发挥自身优势,补齐公司短板,制定公司发展战略,为大连特贝特信息科技有限公司的可持续发展建立科学依据。本文以大连特贝特信息科技有限公司为研究对象,以战略管理理论为基础,通过走访公司银行客户相关部门负责人,与公司各部门主管、项目经理、部分项目开发人员访谈,获取一手资料,剖析了公司发展现状、存在的问题及成因。应用PEST分析模型对公司进行外部宏观环境的分析,应用波特五力模型分析公司所处的产业竞争环境,对公司现有资源和能力状况进行客观的总结。基于以上分析得到的结果,使用SWOT分析法归纳总结出公司内部的优势与劣势和外部面临的机遇与威胁。明确当前适合大连特贝特信息科技有限公司发展的战略为发展型战略。结合当前国内金融科技方面诸多利好政策和大连特贝特信息科技有限公司的实际情况,制定公司发展战略的短期、中期和长期目标。同时为保障战略目标的实现,从技术、人力资源等五个方面制定公司战略实施方案。并且为保障公司战略实施方案能够被有效的落实和执行,从奖励制度、财务制度等五个方面制定战略实施的保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays the economy of our country is on its high quality development phase,the application and development of the new technology such as mobile internet,cloud computing,big data and AI in all different fields are rapid.The traditional finances are offered new developing opportunities while being greatly influenced by the new “internet finance”.The People’s Bank Of China issued <the “thirteenth Five Year ”developmental plan of chinese finance information and technology>,in which it emphasizes to enhance the deep combination of information technology and financial business.The plan requires to accelerate the new technology application,to promote financial innovation development,to enhance the research and application of Fin Tech and Reg Tech,to deepen the application and innovation of big data technology,to actively promote the application research of blockchain and AI.In the <Fin Tech development plan 2019-2021>issued by the People’s Bank Of China,it specifically requires the scientific plan and big data application on a big scale to promote the new format of financial data integration,and it also requires to plan for the entire project of cloud computing in finance field application,to reinforce the research and application of distributed data base in financial fields.Da Lian TBT Information Technology Co.,Ltd.is a professional technology company which specializes in the bank application software development and the system integration services.It has thirteen years experience in bank technological services,has accumulated a big batch of loyal bank customers,has developed a dozen of software products concerning autonomous intellectual property,and has owned the capacities to design and build main bank equipment rooms,data base center and disaster preparation center.In recent years,the competition between bank technical services is getting more and more fierce,some problems gradually arose in the developing process,for example: the slow growth of business transactions,the deficiency of advanced intellectuals,the hindrance in market expansion ect.These problems led to a passive role of Da Lian TBT Information Technology Co.,Ltd.in the increasingly fierce competition,thus greatly hindered the company development.Presently our country required to deepen the integration of information technology with finance,and to accelerate new style basic infrastructure.Under this background,Da Lian TBT Information Technology Co.,Ltd.must grasp tightly this unprecedented opportunity,make the full use of our advantage while patching our shortcomings,constitue our developing strategies,therefore lay down scientific foundation for the sustainable developing of Da Lian TBT Information Technology Co.,Ltd..This essay focused on the research of Da Lian TBT Information Technology Co.,Ltd.,basing on strategic management theories,obtained first hand material through visitations of the concerned section leader of company bank customers and the communications with company section supervisor,project manager and some project developers.And this essay analyzed the present company developing condition,the existed problem and its causes.It analyzed the outer macro environment of Da Lian TBT Information Technology Co.,Ltd.through applying the PEST analysis model,and the present enterprise competitive environment through applying the Five Force Model by Porter,therefore summarized objectively the present company resources and capacity situation.Based on the above analyzing results,through applying the SWOT analytic methods it summarized and concluded the interior advantages and disadvantages of the company while meeting outside challenges and threatens.Finally it specifies that presently the strategy that applies for Da Lian TBT Information Technology Co.,Ltd is developing strategy.Combined the present multiple friendly policies for domestic Fin Tech with the practical situation of Da Lian TBT Information Technology Co.,Ltd.,it drafted the short term,medium term and long term development strategies for the company.Meanwhile in order to make sure the execution of the strategic goals,it established the company strategic plans from five aspects of technology,Human Resources ect.Furthermore in order to guarantee the effective application and practice of the company’s development strategies,it constituted the protection measures in five aspects including rewarding system and financial system ect.更多还原
