【摘要】 系统哲学作为普遍意义上的世界观和方法论,为思想教育心理疏导整体优化提供了理论支持。整体优化律是系统哲学中的一个基础规律,它从系统整体出发,到系统整体内在要素构成的相互作用,揭示了系统运动的趋势和方向。本文以整体优化律为指导,将思想教育心理疏导系统划分为主体、对象、环境、目标和设施5个子系统,通过优化每一个子系统的结构,到达提升思想教育心理疏导科学性的目标。心理疏导是思想教育工作的一个方法,在新时代下思想教育工作者如何运用心理疏导方法,是值得思考和关注的问题。以习总书记讲话精神为指导,以人们心理状况和问题为基础,运用整体优化律分析高校思想教育中心理疏导的主体、对象、环境、目标和设施要素,探讨高校思想教育中心理疏导整体优化的内涵、重要意义、合理性,并充分吸收心理咨询有益成果,遵循从现实出发的内在逻辑,优化心理疏导聆听、区分、提问、反映和引导环节,加强对教育对象的思想引导,促进教育对象健康成长成才,切实提高思想教育的实效性。从当前高校思想教育心理疏导的现状出发,寻找问题、剖析原因,以此建立整体优化模型。根据整体优化模型,开展具体实施步骤:开展理论培训及其实践锻炼,优化主体系统;开设心理疏导相关课程,提升教育对象认知,优化教育对象系统;建立家校互动模式和加强宣传,优化环境系统;加强系统思维训练和做好总结评估,优化目标系统;加强建设思想教育心理疏导基础设施,优化教育设施系统;从而解决大学生的认知不清、情绪激化、意志薄弱等问题,更好地实现思想教育的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a universal world outlook and methodology,systematic philosophy provides theoretical support for the overall optimization of ideological education and psychological counseling.The law of global optimization is a basic law in system philosophy,which refers to the organic whole evolution of system functions and properties through the interaction between system and environment.In this paper,guided by the overall optimization law to ideological education psychological counseling subject,object and environment,target and facilities to the five subsystems as optimization object,in order to realize the goal of global optimization of college ideological education of psychological counseling,so as to achieve system function optimization.Psychological counseling is an integral part of ideological education and the basic task of ideological educators.In the new era,it is worth thinking about and paying attention to how do ideological educators carry out psychological counseling.Guided by the spirit of General Secretary Xi’s speech and based on people’s psychological status and problems,used the law of overall optimization to analyze the various elements of psychological counseling in ideological education,This paper discusses the connotation,significance and rationality of the overall optimization of psychological counseling in ideological education in colleges and universities.And fully absorb the beneficial results of psychological counseling and follow the internal logic from reality,so as to optimize each link of psychological counseling,strengthen the ideological guidance of the object of education,in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological education,coordinate the subject,object,environment,objectives and facilities.Starting from the current situation of psychological counseling of ideological education in colleges and universities,this paper seeks for problems and analyzes the causes,establishes an overall optimization model,and then discusses the optimization path according to the overall optimization model: To carry out training related to psychological counseling and strengthen theoretical cognition and practice of educational subjects;To psychological counseling courses are offered to improve the cognition of the educational objects;To optimize psychological counseling environment,strengthen the integrity of the environment;To strengthen the systematic thinking training of educational subjects;To strengthen the infrastructure for ideological education and psychological counseling.So as to solve the cognitive ambiguity,emotional intensification,weak will and other problems of college students,better achieve the goal of ideological education.更多还原
