【摘要】 失智症作为一种以认知功能损坏为病症特征的不可疗愈综合疾病,正在世界老龄化趋势的催化下影响越来越多老年人的正常生活。北京市作为六朝古都,胡同社区不但承载了历史与文化,也是北京市老年人口最密集的区域,目前针对失智老人空间环境设计的研究,多从机构养老和家庭养老的角度入手,对失智照护机构和生活单元的设计方法进行探讨,而关于社区养老模式下的社区环境设计研究还比较薄弱,日托养老驿站基础下的社区养老模式作为兼顾了家庭养老与机构养老优点的养老方式,既可以给到老人充足的家庭与亲情支持,也可以减轻家人的照护负担并提供专业的失智症照护,因此本文以“失智老人”和“北京胡同社区”为研究对象,通过对北京胡同社区的建筑学调研和社区内失智老人的行为学调研,结合失智老人的行为心理特征和社区环境设计的相关理论,试图归纳出北京胡同社区中的失智老人社区环境设计原则与方法,为给失智老人提供一个更好的生活环境提供理论上的参考,为失智老人的空间环境设计提供一种新的研究视角。本文共四章。第一章,梳理总结老龄化发展的社会背景、失智症的现状、失智症的研究背景。分析北京本地的政策与现状。明确了研究对象、内容,和研究的目的及意义;第二章,对本文研究对象的相关基础知识,失智老人的行为心理特点和社区营造的相关研究理论及设计方法进行梳理。第三章,依据对胡同社区的建筑学与行为学调研,对调研的内容进行梳理,通过统计分析明确老人对社区环境的使用情况。第四章,根据失智症的行为心理特征,相关理论和现状调研提出相关设计策略与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an incurable comprehensive disease characterized by cognitive impairment,dementia is affecting the normal life of more and more elderly people under the catalysis of the world aging trend.As the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties,the Hutong community not only bears the history and culture,but also is the most densely populated area for the elderly in Beijing.At present,the research on the spatial environment design of the mentally retarded elderly is mainly from the perspective of institutional pension and family pension,and the design methods of the mentally retarded care institutions and living units are discussed,while the research on the community environment design under the community pension mode The research is still relatively weak.The community-based pension mode based on the day care pension station,as a pension mode that takes into account the advantages of family pension and institutional pension,can not only provide sufficient family and family support for the elderly,but also reduce the burden of family care and provide professional care for dementia.Therefore,this paper takes "the elderly with dementia" and "Beijing Hutong community" as the research object In order to provide a better living environment for the mentally retarded elderly,this paper attempts to summarize the principles and methods of the community environment design for the mentally retarded elderly in Beijing Hutong community based on the architectural research and the behavioral research of the mentally retarded elderly in the community,combining the behavioral psychological characteristics of the mentally retarded elderly with the relevant theories of the community environment design Environmental design provides a new research perspective.This paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter summarizes the social background of the aging development,the current situation of dementia and the research background of dementia.Analyze the local policies and current situation of Beijing.In the second chapter,the related basic knowledge of the research object,the behavior and psychological characteristics of the mentally retarded elderly and the related research theories of community building are combed.The third chapter,according to the research of architecture and behavior of Hutong community,sorts out the content of the research,and clarifies the use of community environment by the statistical analysis.In the fourth chapter,according to the behavioral and psychological characteristics of dementia,the relevant theories and current research put forward the relevant design strategies and methods.更多还原
