【摘要】 近现代历史社区是城市的重要组成部分也是城市文脉的体现之一。如何以“活态”的方式延续其文脉,让近现代历史社区重新焕发生机和活力,而不是城市“脏乱差”的典型,成为目前城市更新的重要挑战。对于以居住功能为主的汉口近现代历史社区来说,更新不应该是简单的生活环境的改造,更多的应该是历史社区空间的重塑和延续以及内部文脉的传承和人文主义精神的体现。论文的研究基础是汉口近现代历史社区现状及其老年人的生活状态,采用了实地调研,问卷调查,资料收集,归纳演绎,实例论证等手法。从适老化理念切入,归纳总结出适合老年人养老空间特征,并通过对汉口近现代历史社区的调研梳理目前汉口近现代历史社区所存在的问题及自身优势。将养老空间的特性和汉口近现代历史社区更新改造设计结合起来,总结出更新的原则。在此基础上试图探讨一种以空间使用者老年人为核心的更新策略,唤起老年人的空间体验感,营造一个老年人和汉口近现代历史社区共生的良好氛围。最终实现汉口近现代历史社区中文脉和人的良好传承,为今后汉口近现代历史社区的更新提供新的思路,也为历史社区的老年人养老问题提供借鉴和参考。(1)第一章:介绍我国老龄化的背景及旧城改造所面临的巨大挑战,并整理好研究的框架,从宏观的角度对国内养老政策和现状及历史街区更新改造的基本情况进行了说明。(2)第二章:综合论述了老年人的基本特征及老年人物质、精神需求,总结出老年人对空间的需求:医养介护空间需求、公共空间重构需求、展示和交流空间需求,以及适老化空间的三个特征:便捷性、介助性、关环性。(3)第三章:简要介绍了汉口近现代历史社区的发展历程,汉口近现代历史社区的区位特征、空间特征与建筑特征,并选择三个汉口近现代历史社区进行详细的现状调研分析,总结汉口近现代历史社区存在的适老化方面的问题。(4)第四章:理论上分析汉口近现代历史社区更新改造的可行性及优势,并通过问卷调研分析汉口近现代历史社区,重点分析了老年人对于汉口近现代历史社区更新改造的实际需求,确定需要更新改造的空间,得出汉口近现代历史社区更新改造设计的原则。(5)第五章:提出汉口近现代历史社区适老化更新改造设计的五个策略。选择汉口三德里社区进行理论实践,验证策略是否合理和可行。在保护汉口近现代历史社区文脉的同时提高其中主要居住者老人的幸福感,达到人与建筑的双传承,也为武汉近代历史社区其他社区的保护与改造设计提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 What problem does the thesis solve? The thesis tries to solve the two problems of Hankou modern historical community renewal and old-age care in the historical community at the same time,and explores a reasonable way to solve these two problems.The thesis is based on the current situation of the Hankou historical community and the living conditions of the elderly.It uses field investigations,questionnaires,data collection,inductive deduction,and case studies.Starting from the concept of suitable ageing,try to find the fundamental problems and basic problems of the ageing and updating design of historical streets.Field surveys have found basic common problems and adopted common strategies to solve the problems that the elderly in the Hankou historical community can foresee.Through inductive interpretation of basic problems and interpretation of the spatial development trend of the historical community in Hankou,the fundamental problem is obtained.Individual strategies are used to guide the spatial development trend in the historical community,deconstruct the original space,evoke the elderly’s space experience,and create an elderly An atmosphere of symbiosis with the historical community of Hankou.Finally,a good heritage of Chinese language and people in the Hankou historical community will be realized,which will provide new ideas for the future renewal of the Hankou historical community,and provide reference and reference for the elderly in the historical community.(1)Section 1: Introduce the background of my country’s aging and the huge challenges faced by the transformation of old cities,sort out the research framework,and summarize the basic situation of this research from a macro perspective.(2)Section 2: Comprehensively contradicts the basic characteristics of the elderly and their material and spiritual needs,and summarize the space needs of the elderly:the needs of medical care space,the reconstruction of public space,the space of display and communication,and the space for aging Three characteristics: convenience,referral and closeness.(3)Section 3: Briefly introduces the development process of modern historical communities in Hankou,the location,spatial and architectural characteristics of modern historical communities in Hankou,and selects three modern historical communities in Hankou for detailed status investigation and analysis,Summarize the problems of aging in the modern historical community of Hankou.(4)Section 4: First of all,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of aging reconstruction of historical communities,and concludes that the reconstruction of historical communities in Hankou has great advantages in alleviating urban pressure,protecting urban texture,and meeting the needs of the elderly..Finally,the historical community in Hankou was analyzed through field surveys and questionnaire surveys,focusing on the status quo of the three Delhi communities and the actual needs of the elderly for the improvement of their living environment.(5)Section 5: Determine the Hankou historical community transformation model based on the elderly’s elderly needs,and put forward a suitable aging transformation strategy for the Hankou historical community based on the actual situation,while protecting the Hankou historical community while shaping a new normal community lifestyle,Improve the quality of life of the elderly,but also provide a reference for the protection and transformation of other historical communities in the historical community of Wuhan.更多还原
