【摘要】 项目质量是企业形象的窗口、企业的生命和企业赖以生存的法宝。在项目质量频发备受诟病的今天,项目质量风险控制已成为企业快速发展的重要环节。随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,各种工程项目开始向大型化方向发展,具有投资大、工期长、施工难度大、技术复杂及参与方的数量众多等特点,这就使项目所面对的质量风险日益增大,所涉及到的不确定因素日趋增多。如不提前有针对性的对项目进行中各种潜在的质量风险进行分析,找出质量风险存在的问题和原因,并对其进行技术控制和有效管理,势必会影响项目的顺利进行。西郊永盛园社区立体车库项目具有投资大,工期长,项目参与方多等特点,这就需要运用科学合理的质量风险识别和评估方法,精准找出质量风险存在的问题及原因,对立体车库项目质量风险进行有效管理和精准把控,确保项目能保质保量交付使用。本文分析回顾了国内外立体车库的发展、研究和事故案例,并以此为基础提出研究问题;接着通过对项目质量风险的管理、识别、评估方法的阐述,确定选用鱼骨图法对项目的质量风险进行识别,通过“圆桌会议”总结出潜在的17种二级质量风险因素;然后运用层次分析法对项目质量风险进行层次化、科学化的评估,得出西郊永盛园社区立体车库项目质量风险在技术评审与输出、供应商评审、工艺设计与标准以及人员管理与培训方面得分较高,质量风险较大。最终依据对四种二级质量风险因素的分析,提出相应的控制措施和保障策略。本文对西郊永盛园社区立体车库项目质量风险进行有效分析和合理研究,使建设者了解行业危险,在实际生产应用中有意识的去提高能力和技术来应对质量风险,在保证项目的顺利施工的同时,也为我国立体车库项目施工质量风险控制提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The project quality is the window of an enterprise image,the life of an enterprise and the magic weapon for an enterprise to survive.In this era when the project quality is frequently criticized,the project quality risk control has become an important link in the rapid development of an enterprise.With the increasingly fierce competition in the market,various engineering projects have begun to develop towards a large scale,featuring large investment,long construction period,difficult construction,complex technology and a large number of participants,etc.This makes the quality risk faced by a project higher and higher day by day and the uncertainties involved increase day by day.If we do not analyze various potential quality risks in a project in advance,find out the problem s and causes of the quality risks,or carry out technical control and effective management,it is bound to affect the smooth progress of a project.The stereo garage project in Xi Jiao Yong Sheng Yuan Community is characterized by large investment,long construction period,large number of participants,etc.,which requires scientific and reasonable quality risk identification and evaluation methods,accurately finding out the problems and causes of the quality risk,and effectively managing and accurately controlling the quality risk of the stereo garage project to ensure that the project can be delivered with the quality and quantity as required.This paper analyzes and reviews the development,research and accident cases of the stereo garages at home and abroad,and puts forward research issues based thereon;Then,through the elaboration of the management,identification and evaluation methods of the project quality risk,it is determined to select Fishbone diagram to identify the project quality risks and summarize the potential 17 secondary quality risk factors by roundtable conferences.Then,the analytical method is used to evaluate the project quality risks in a hierarchical and scientific way,it is concluded that the technical review and output,supplier review,process design and standardization,personnel management and training have higher score and higher quality risk in stereo garage of Xi Jiao Yong Sheng Yuan Community.Finally,the corresponding control measures and safeguard strategies are put forward according to the analysis of four project secondary quality risk factors.This paper makes an effective analysis and reasonable research on the quality risks of stereo garage project in Xi Jiao Yong Sheng Yuan Community so that builders can understand the industry risk and consciously improve their ability and technology to deal with the quality risk in practical production and application,while providing a guarantee for the smooth construction of the project,it also provides a reference for the construction quality risk control of the stereo garage project in China.更多还原
