【摘要】 目的:观察膏摩法治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱腱鞘炎(瘀滞型)的临床疗效,为医者的治疗工作提供有效的临床思路和手段。方法:根据随机分组原则,将纳入的60例患者进行简单随机分组,每组30例,分为观察组和对照组两组。观察组即膏摩疗法组,对照组即传统推拿组。将两组患者按照各自的研究方法进行治疗,每日1次,7日为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分中的关节活动度(ROM)的评分方式对本病的治疗效果进行测评。采用SPSS22.0软件进行统计分析数据,观察膏摩法治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱腱鞘炎(瘀滞型)的临床疗效。结果:1.经临床观察,治疗后观察组较对照组的VAS评分、ROM评分有明显差异性,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。2.观察组总有效率为93.33%,治愈率为20.00%,显效率为43.33%,有效率为30.00%,无效率为6.67%;对照组总有效率为80.00%,治愈率为6.67%,显效率为23.33%,有效率为50.00%,无效率为20.00%。经秩和检验,两组之间有明显差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:1.膏摩法治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱腱鞘炎(瘀滞型)有效2.膏摩法治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱腱鞘炎(瘀滞型)的疗效优于传统推拿手法治疗本病更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of plaster massage on treatment of long head tendon of biceps brachii(stasis type),so as to provide practical and effective experience and methods for clinical work.Methods:According to the principle of random grouping,60 patients meeting the standard were divided into two groups,the paste massage group and the traditional massage group,30 patients in each group.Two groups of patients were treated according to their own research methods,once a day,7 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 2 courses.VAS and ROM in the Constant-Murley shoulder function score were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the disease.Spss22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the clinical effect of paste massage on tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii muscle(stasis type).Result:1.According to the clinical observation,the VAS and ROM of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05)after the treatment.2.In the observation group,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the cure rate was 20.00%,the marked improvement rate was 43.33%,the effective rate was 30.00%,and the ineffective rate was 6.67%;In the control group,the total effective rate was 80.00%,the cure rate was 6.67%,the marked improvement rate was 23.33%,the effective rate was 50.00%,and the ineffective rate was 20.00%.By rank sum test,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The treatment of long head tendon of biceps brachii(Stasis type)with paste massage is having effect.2.The method of using paste message is better than traditional massage on the treatment of long head tendon of biceps brachii.更多还原
