发光透水混凝土路面工程技术研究

【摘要】 随着我国乡村振兴战略与城市化发展持续推进,道路建设规模与日俱增。村镇中的部分水体、陆地相继被混凝土、沥青等非透水硬化路面覆盖,引发了若干问题,如热岛效应和暴雨天气下的洪涝灾害等。随着材料学科的不断发展,透水混凝土路面的出现较好地解决了非透水硬化路面所引发的问题,因此在村镇道路建设中得到了广泛应用。在此基础上发展而来的发光透水混凝土路面还能在夜间美化村镇,同时起到安全警示的作用,进一步满足了一些无路灯场所和村镇旅游建设的需求。目前,关于发光透水混凝土路面工程的报道较少,且发光透水混凝土的国内外研究集中于其力学性能和透水性能,鲜有关于其应用于道路的工程技术、保水性和水分蒸发量等方面的研究。因此,为了丰富节能环保型透水路面的多样性以及推广发光透水混凝土路面在村镇道路建设中的应用,本文进行了关于发光透水混凝土的力学、透水、保水等基础性能及其路面工程技术的研究。主要研究内容与结论如下:(1)针对工程应用,通过调研、阅读文献和参与实践工程,对发光透水混凝土的工艺原理进行了研究,主要包括发光透水混凝土的性能要求、质量参数、配合比设计原理及制备工艺等,为探究发光透水混凝土路面的工程技术提供指导。(2)制备了尺寸均为10cm×10cm×10cm的发光透水混凝土试件和透水混凝土试件,前者表面有尺寸为8cm×8cm×1cm的发光区域。对两组试件分别进行了孔隙率、透水性、保水性、水分蒸发量和抗压性能等测试分析。研究发现:(1)发光透水混凝土的孔隙率比透水混凝土小2.4%;(2)透水混凝土的透水性与其孔隙率呈正相关关系,且发光透水混凝土的透水性比透水混凝土小1.6mm/s;(3)发光透水混凝土的保水量比透水混凝土高0.18g/cm~2,面层铺设的发光骨料有利于内部储存更多水分;(4)发光透水混凝土具有更好的蒸发降温效果;(5)增加了发光石的混凝土强度提高约1.6MPa。(3)分别在春季和夏季进行了发光透水混凝土路面铺装和多种路面铺装对热环境的影响对比测试,主要参照规范《地面气象观测规范空气温度和湿度》(GB/T35226-2017)中的标准,测试了三种路面的表面温度及其上方1.5m处空气温、湿度指标。结果表明:在春季和夏季,发光透水混凝土路面的表面温度及其上方1.5m处空气温度均低于透水混凝土路面和普通混凝土路面,而其上方1.5m处空气相对湿度高于透水混凝土路面和普通混凝土路面;尤其在夏季同一时段,发光透水混凝土路面与透水混凝土路面、普通混凝土路面的表面温度相比,日间最高温度差值分别达7.7℃、13.8℃,同时其上方1.5m处空气温度比透水混凝土路面、普通混凝土路面分别低3.2℃、6.1℃,其上方1.5m处空气相对湿度比透水混凝土路面、普通混凝土路面分别高6.8%、11.2%;发光透水混凝土路面具有良好的生态性能,能够缓解热岛效应,在夏季有显著的效果。(4)通过参与发光透水混凝土路面工程实践,对发光透水混凝土路面的基层处理、施工要点、透水混凝土搅拌及运输、透水混凝土铺筑、路面切缝及填缝、发光面层铺设等工艺流程和施工技术进行了详述,并对完成后的工程进行了经济效益和生态效应方面的探讨,为发光透水混凝土路面的工程应用提供了实践基础和参考依据。发光透水混凝土路面不仅在工程经济效益上有较为突出的价值,而且还能为生态建设带来长久效益。

【Abstract】 In recent years,China’s rural revitalization strategy and urbanization development have continued to advance,and the scale of road construction has increased day by day.Therefore,some water bodies and land in villages and towns are successively covered with non-permeable hardened road surfaces,such as concrete and asphalt,which caused the heat island effect and flood disasters,etc.The emergence of permeable concrete pavement can solve those problems as the continuous development of materials science.Nowadays,permeable concrete pavement has been widely used in the construction of village and town roads and the luminous permeable concrete pavement has been developed on the basis.It can beautify villages and towns at night and serve as a safety warning at the same time.In addition,it can further meet the needs of street lighting-free places and village and town tourism construction.At present,there are few reports about the luminous permeable concrete pavement engineering,and the domestic and foreign research of it has focused on the mechanical properties and water permeability but not the engineering technology,the water retention and the water evaporation.Therefore,in order to enrich the diversity of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly permeable pavements and to promote the application of luminous permeable concrete pavement in the construction of village and town roads,this paper conducted a study on the basic properties of luminous permeable concrete,such as the mechanics,permeability and water retention,and its pavement engineering technology.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Study the technological principles of luminous permeable concrete through doing research,reading literature,and participating in practical engineering.It mainly includes the performance reQuirements,Quality parameters,design principles and preparation processes,etc.And provides guidance to techniQue of pavement engineering.(2)Prepare luminous permeable concrete and water-permeable concrete test pieces(10 cm×10 cm×10 cm).The former has a light-emitting area with a size of 8 cm×8cm×1 cm.The two groups of samples were tested and analyzed for porosity,water permeability,water retention,water evaporation and compressive performance.The study found that:(1)the porosity of luminous permeable concrete is about 3% smaller than that of permeable concrete;(2)the permeability of permeable concrete has a positive correlation with its porosity,and the permeability of luminescent concrete is about2.22mm/s smaller than that of permeable concrete;(3)The water-retaining capacity of permeable concrete is 0.18 g / cm2 higher than that of permeable concrete.(4)The luminous permeable concrete has a better effect of evaporation and cooling;(5)The concrete strength of the luminous stone is increased by about 1.6MPa.(3)Conduct comparison test of the impact of luminous and permeable concrete pavement and various pavement pavements on the thermal environment in spring and summer,which mainly refers to the standard of "Ground Meteorological Observation Standards for Air Temperature and Humidity" GB/T35226-2017.The surface temperature of three types of road surfaces and the air temperature and humidity index at 1.5 meters above it were tested.The results show that,in spring and summer,the surface temperature of the light-permeable concrete pavement and the air temperature1.5 meters above it are lower than those of the permeable concrete pavement and the ordinary concrete pavement.And the relative humidity of the air 1.5 meters above it is higher than that of the permeable concrete pavement and the ordinary pavement;Especially at the same time in summer,comparing the luminous permeable concrete pavement with permeable concrete pavement and the ordinary concrete pavement,the maximum difference of daytime surface temperature reach to 7.7℃ and13.8℃ respectively;the air temperature ratio 1.5 meters above it are 3.2℃ and 6.1℃lower respectively;the relative humidity of the air 1.5 meters above it are 6.8% and11.2% higher respectively.Thus,the luminous pervious concrete pavements have good ecological performance and could relieve the heat island effect especially in summer.(4)This article described the base treatment,construction points,permeable concrete mixing and transportation,permeable concrete paving,pavement cutting andfilling,luminous surface layer laying of luminous permeable concrete pavement by participating in the practice engineering.process flow and construction technology of luminous permeable concrete pavement.And discussed the economic benefits and ecological effects of the completed project,which provides a practical basis and reference basis for the engineering application of luminous permeable concrete pavement.Luminous and permeable concrete pavement not only has more prominent value in engineering economic benefits,but also can bring long-term benefits to ecological construction.
